Hi, is it possible to duplicate a product so all that's needed is to change the design in the design tool? I am creating gift tags and the text will be the same, but the image will change. How can I do this so I don't have to recreate the text every time? Or how can I allow someone to select a different design on the same product? For instance, if I want them to choose between red, blue and yellow for the same product. I've researched this, but I haven't found my answer. Thank you!

I am NOT a U.S. citizen, I was suppose to recieved $180 from zazzle, but zazzle remove 30% tax from it... so I end up only recieving $126.63 ... I didn't expect this. Do I get some kind of tax return from this at the end of the year? I'm pretty sure, this kind of small amount shouldn't be tax. I'm confused. I didn't fill up my tax treaty because I'm confuse with this.

1. Come up with some art that has a theme attached. 2. Set up a dozen products with the same art, with titles and descriptions appropriate and varying across the theme. All product CATEGORIES are "New Product" at this point. 3. Create a new collection according to that theme, and assign the products. Things I've noticed... A. There's a time lag before the collection, and more importantly the PRODUCTS in the collection, become visible. If I try to share the collection before it's populated, it will show as an empty collection. Not good. B. As I slowly try to move products from the "New Product" category into their own product type, it's so slow that it's not noticeable. Either that, or I've got a BUG on my end. Because it's been DAYS and my Throw Pillow and Coffee Mug (and so on) categories are still coming up empty DAYS after I've moved the products there. Is there a smarter way to do things? Is "New Products" not a viable way to get attention for new items? Would it be better to categorize them properly from the get-go, and use something like Featured Product to get eyes on the newer stuff? Feedback appreciated!

I just came across an account that seems to be selling mostly blank products - I mean not even solid color ones - totally blank. And this is Pro Bronze Creator. Is it really that simple? I starting to doubt in all I know about this platform. Despite all my efforts I am only Pro. I am really confused right now. Do people really buy those products from creators and not directly from zazzle?

I just read the announcement where Zazzle says they will be prioritizing products with cover photos. If so, then doing a search by "popular" would not be accurate, it would be arbitrary and misleading. I used to have several beach and tropical invitations that would be on the first and second pages of results because they have sold well. Now I have to dig a few pages in to find them (and they have cover photos!). If you do a search for "tropical wedding invitations" or "beach wedding invitations" and look at the results that show up on the first page, about half of them have zero to do with "beach" or "tropical".... The cover photos are extremely time consuming. If a person wants to do them on items of their choosing, and has time for it, great. I try to do as many as possible, but if you are doing a collection that has 20 - 30 items in it, there is no way I have time to do cover photos for every single product, and some don't need it. Some look good as they are with the focus on the product and artwork. There is cost and time involved - is there an increased cut for the designers who are now functioning as a free art department? Yes in some cases, it may generate more sales - and yes the designer would profit from sales - but if the designer is the one incurring the fees (canva pro for example, or some are purchasing product mockups) and the designer is the one taking the time to make these cover photos - which takes time away from making OTHER stuff - then a bigger chunk of the profit should go to the designer.

I just woke to an email from zazzle telling me i have a message on zazzle, i log in and i see a message telling me i have made my first sale but as its my first i need to verify my id before they can show details and add to my account balance! seems normal so far.. so i click ed the link provided in teh chat which is a payment.zazzle domain.. where i was asked to enter my card details and my balance to verify my id.. i did this with 2 cards as the first didn't work... i then receive a flurry of calls from barclaycard regarding registering my card with apple pay and trying to spend 2400!! i then open email to find my bank email saying my apple pay registration was successful! It seems zazzle has been compromised and they are tricking users to verify their account through zazzles message center! I have now cancelled my cards but wanted to warn the community to hopefully stop anyone else falling victim to this. I find websites that trade 7 days but only offer 5 days customer support super frustrating!i cant seem to contact zazzle at all so here i am!! please be careful

My product that I just created was deleted by Zazzle Content Review. Result: Not Approved Policy Notes: Your design contains an image and/or text that may infringe on intellectual property rights. Per Zazzle’s Copyright Policy, we will be removing your design from the marketplace due to an infringement claim from the intellectual property owner. Image: View the image The image i took on pixabay.com, i found on pxhere.com too. And many other creators use it too, and there are no problem. I will be afraid to use images from copyright free websites like Pixabay, Unsplash. But on the other hand, many creators use images from them, and it's safe. Honestly, I am very confused by this situation. I just used the image only as a mock up, I didn't really sell it. Buyers will customize it with their own photos.

I've got a stash of products stuck in the under review basket. These are mostly fresh arrivals waiting for the green light. There are four rejects hanging around there too, just taking up space. Plus, there's one duplicate I'm eager to toss out since I already have an approved version. It seems like a recurring issue with Zazzle. Understandably, not every product can be reviewed right away, but it's frustrating when it puts everything on pause.

I'm at 100%, have fulfilled all the requirements and my store collections aren't getting any views. I also have a Zrank of 4, which isn't the worst but.... I've always been largely good at designs (I think 🤔), but struggle with marketing. I don't believe I am doing anything really wrong but the problem persists.
