This is a weird one! I was on Pinterest trying to organize my boards and while searching for my own art, one of my images I have on a Zazzle product was showing as the cover photo for another designer's pillow! Here is the link - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/618893173803759350/  I have since reported the copyright to Pinterest so they can take it down, but no worries, I didn't ask for a strike, just a take down. So, the pin may or may not still be there. But that is very odd. Hi everyone, A problem with calculating my 10% royalty, which I don't understand how Zazzle has calculated my royalty, I get a different amount than Zazzle's amount which is much lower than 10%. Hi everyone, I have the same problem. Many products have 'Last Viewed Date: 1025 years, 4 months' and 'Last Sold Date: 12/31/0999',  AND my sales have fallen to not even enough for Z payment this month, this is very scary stuff, this from healthy sales since I started on Z, also see strange calculation of my 10% royalty. I understand that the volume bonus has been retired, we will not receice any money as "As of April 1st, 2025, the Volume Bonus program has been retired. Bonuses will still be paid for all sales made before April 1st, 2025. My query is why is my volume bonus showing that I made $1,542.43 worth of self referrals in May yet my referral history only shows that I made $8 in May. I would really like to know, even though as I said before the volume bonus has been retired, why this figure is on my volume bonus......makes me feel like I have made more self referrels than I am being shown.  ... Hey Zazzle Folks, When a customer sees a product they like, whether they find it on the Zazzle site or see it on social media like Pinterest, they click on it and the page takes them to the landing page.  If they click on a product that belongs to a collection, wouldn't it make more sense that the collection shows up right under the product? Instead they see "other designs you might like" which is confusing. Unless someone is totally familiar with Zazzle's layout, they won't know to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the rest of the collection. I know on wedding and I think baby shower collections, some products show up right below it but on birthdays and other holidays like Halloween they do not. It seems like it would be a better customer shopping experience to see the other items that match product they like, right under it so they know there is a collection of matching items. it seems like that would be the obvious way to upsell, letting them see that there are matching products, instead of trying to direct them to random products from other sellers. I hate to report this but I was searching 4th of July mugs and on the first page it's spammed with tons of mugs that all have nothing on them but black. I already reported the design and the account doing it, but it was just so upsetting to see this because Zazzle failed to catch the spam. It also makes the whole website look cheap. If customers come here to search 4th of July mugs and see this, they will just click off. To note, they may have done this with AI. I know that with the paid AI program, you can have it log in and possibly created tons of products.  ... View more

Is anyone making any money on Zazzle? I'm don't know I was selling some then all this crazy fee things stole most of my profit. Just cannot not see how to earn any money doing this. The fees, other people can steal my profit not to mention at the end of the year I will have to claim this income on my Income taxes. If anyone is making any real money, please let me know how too. Instead of charging marketing fees that are deducted from Zazzle designers’ royalties, Zazzle could offer paid advertisements — like Etsy does — that designers pay for by setting a specific budget that is used on a pay-for-click basis. This way, Zazzle could generate the extra income they want from paid ads instead of reducing designers’ royalties. The paid ads would be placed on top of search results with a “Sponsored” notation, and the top-selling products would be displayed under the paid ads.
