Thank you so much! I was using Zazzle Create to be able to download the design to create the mockup. Then I would copy and paste all the elements of the design into a product to publish for sale. Now, this step will not be needed anymore. This is very appreciated!

Speaking of ever-evolving Creator features, could you please explain:
1. where the option to copy a piece of HTML code for embedding on a website has gone? Let's say I want to embed another creator's product on my site with my affiliate marketing link, how do I find the appropriate piece of code (that will pull the image and product title from Zazel)? 

2. where has the like icon gone?  (the icom that was on the product image on the sales page next to the share icon?

Looks good, however one thing I miss is the ability to click "view all my products". Now I'm going back to my profile picture, then clicking "my stores" then choosing the store I want, then going to "products" etc. I might be missing something in my method but I wish you had kept the "view all my products" function so it would take me there in one click. I'd love to see that included in the new grey toolbar.

I would really like/rather see these options available in the actual store management area than to have to go to each and every product page to get to them. That throws off certain things for me since that then counts as a page view in the stats along with just being a time suck. It's a management tool. It should be where we manage products and our store and not out someplace else.

As mentioned above, I'd find it easier to absorb the stats if Created, Modified, and Royalty were maybe just below the Likes. 

And I'd LOVE it if a "total royalty earned" stat could show here as well.
Bonus points if that total royalty amount added up royalties from all currencies. 

One other thing, I'm not sure if it rolled out with this specific change, but it would be great if there were directional arrows on either side of the large product image that you could use to scroll between all the views. Currently with the larger product photo, even on a good size laptop, you have to scroll down to see that there are other views.

I keep expecting clicking that image to scroll between views, I think because lots of sites are doing that lately instead of the enlargement.

The site is definitely looking pretty slick! 😍

It is awesome!  Great job, Zazzle team!  It makes creating cover photos soooo much quicker and easier.  Last night I wasn't able to download the back artwork on invitations, but I notice today that it has been fixed so fantastic!!  😍

Here is my feedback:

I may be in the minority but I much preferred the previous blue version and seeing the stats at a glance. I didn't realize it was a menu but always thought it was just a quick way to view the stats on the front end. The blue background was easier to see and there was nothing wrong with it. But I do work on a large monitor so screen space isn't an issue for me.

Having the stats in view was one of the best features when analysing my sales. Now I have to click the link for each product individually after opening the windows. I don't like the way the flyout covers the image. If you must have the stats in a flyout could you please put the stats in the same order as they are listed in the management area.

It would also be helpful if when we click on the Add to Collection, the collections that the product is already in would show at the very top of the list rather than having to scroll through all the collections to find the tick.
A way of letting us know that the product is already in a collection especially in the back admin area (like the group icon) would be great.

Also if you could please remove that 20% off pop window that I have to keep closing almost everytime I open a product window.

Agree with these ideas. Would love to be able to tell at a glance without clicking anything, minimally, if a product is in a collection. Even more helpful if the collection is listed with the stats.

Apparently I have never used this particular tool! I have never seen these old views never mind the new ones! I usually navigate with saved bookmarked pages, rather than round zazz site, can someone point me to the new or old tool please? I would be interested to see what I've got the old or new version...and the replace tool also many thanks

An oldie here, but apparently missing a lot of things I should know about, I only have one store.!

I use a laptop, so my directions are for a laptop - windows 10.

When you open one of your product pages the old blue banner used to be at the top of the page. But now it's gone and there is a light grey banner with links in it. The Quick Stats link has a drop down list of the stats. And the Edit Details link opens up the details page we would normally see in the management end where we can change the title, tags, store category, royalty etc.

Fantastic! There were always ways to get your previews or composite design images but to be able to do it now in one easy click is just phenomenal.

I am a fan of the new condensed toolbar. The page is now less cluttered and closer to what the public sees.

I love that The Quick Stats now show the product type. This is the same product "code" that shows on your earnings pages. I don't recall that being there before. This is especially useful for cards where it was very difficult to determine what blank you used for it - holiday card? thankyou card? generic card? invite? etc.... It's also a live link so you can go right to that blank if you want to start from scratch. Very helpful.

My one request would be that the Quick Stats show only the same stats you selected to show in your back-end. And one suggestion: Maybe make the mouse-over highlight for Delete Listing red. I don't have anything I want to delete right now so haven't clicked it to see if there is a confirm dialog or not before it's deleted, but the extra visual for not clicking on it accidentally would be good.

Although I do miss seeing my stats at the top of the page without extra clicks, I just tried downloading both a mockup & artwork & am blown away! The quality is amazing! I'm so used to clicking on the product, enlarging the screen view, taking a screen snap, sharpening & rebalancing exposure in photoshop before I could put it in my mockup. The resolution is razor sharp & the colors spot on. This addition is well worth the trade-off. (Although it would be great if the products were silo'd pngs...)

I just used the mockup download for the first time and the cover photo I was able to make was so much better with a nice crisp product.  I love this so much there are a few mockups where the product quality was not as sharp as it needed to be and I will be remaking them.  This is fantastic for someone like me who is not super saavy with editing digital images!

Anyone else experiencing problems downloading artwork? Business cards let me download front and back, but if they are white the design itself is transparent when I pull it into photoshop.

Tshirts on the other hand come down on a big coloured rectangle depending on the colour of the shirt - I'd love those designs to be transparent!

Other products like "sheet of paper" do not let you download the back view.

Also it says they are high res but products like Profile Cards are downloading at such a small size I have had to resort back to screen shots.

Oh Yeah!  Much appreciated!!!  Was able to download and edit an image to create a text template where I hadn't in the original.  Worked out well.  May I ask if there are any limits on what we can use if we download one of our designs that we also inserted Elements from the Zazzle design tool bar?  Triangles, Squares, & Lines?  Thanks again sooooo much!!!

With the change to the ‘Add to a Collection,' it looks like I can only make collections containing my own products. I liked that customers and affiliate marketers could add my products to their collections before. Also that I could make a collection of Marvel products, e.g., to promote with my affiliate link.

wow, that's true! I haven't realized that until now. Maybe it was something not intended? I hope they fix it because I like my personal collections.
