OK, just saw yet another "why ain't I gittin' sales" post, and so whenever I see another one, I'm going to be able to find this post with a bunch of replies to that question, some included with tough love from yours truly (that would be me). And some more tough love, folks: It's one thing to ask for advice, it's another to actually take it and improve your store.

When this forum replaced the old one, I suggested to Zazzle that they grab the long and excellent sticky post from the old forum that we were always able to point out to newbies. It gave excellent advice. My suggestion was supposedly passed on, but since nothing was ever done about it, I figured Zazzle had never bothered to archive the old forum. Or maybe this new forum has no such thing as a sticky. What a shame.
