Product Under Review. Been a whole month.

Hello, I have a simple graduation cap topper under review and it has been a month and 2 days. It is still not available for purchase on my shop. Does anyone know how long a product is under review for?

My Shop is Susy Maldonado Illustrations.

Update: I reached out to Zazzle support. They fixed it. Please reach out to them if your product has been there more than a month so they don’t forgets it.

people have had products under review for over 6 months noted here previously. You may have to try reaching out to a staff.

Are all grad caps subject to review? If not then you might want to consider why it might be held in review

I've made a few grad caps and they aren't subject to review.

The tags used for Susy's particular design may be what's triggering it to be put in the Under Review folder.

Good luck.  I have 3 under review from 8/24/2018 1:51:00 PM ,  1/30/2022 4:43:00 AM, 7/6/2022 11:11:00 AM I think sometimes they get lost and stay there forever.  I have had others go through in as few as a few days.

What's the latest on this? Is product still under review? Could there be some propriety school language causing the problem? I wonder if you can just remake the product and see if that one gets through review quicker. Then you can delete the other.

Don't laugh (OK you can laugh because I definitely did) but an issue I had with some grad products a few years ago. I had used the Latin phrase for graduating with honors and, uh, one of those Latin words triggered a flag and it got stuck in review. I just re-created the product without that phrase (which I'm not using here so as not to get in trouble again) and it launched fine. Just a thought!
