Strange customer problem- how to solve?

A customer messaged me that she had ordered a sample of a wedding invitation, but now the product seems to have disappeared from her saved designs. On her end, and Zazzle's customer service end, it looks like I re-posted the product. (She found the link to my "re-posted" product, but it's the original one that I posted back in 2022!) However, I have not made any changes to, or re posted that product. She gave me the old PID number, and I searched all my sales, but did not find that number, or anything close to it. So I have no idea what's going on!

Is it possible she signed in with a different email and inadvertently created a new account, hence can't locate her old order etc.
