Hi everyone, It's Been more than 50 days almost 7 weeks and I didn't get any answer regarding my w8 ben Form which is disappointing. I don't know what I should do regarding this issue And I'm wondering why my case took that long with not even one answer from the review team side.

Hello

I have received massage from Zazzle team that all the details in my W-8BEN form are correct and it is processing under standard 30% rate. I have received this email on June 13 and it's been almost a month but I haven't received  any email for process completion.

Please help me with my form and let me know when can I receive my earnings.

I submitted my form and I got a response that my payment settings had been updated and my that I should see a payment pending process on my account. My cleared balance is above threshold and its now 10:18am GMT +2 where i am and still nothing. I was wondering then, is there something else I needed to do for my payments to be processed because I did set my payments to normal and they should just be paid out automatically but I still see nothing. Any moderator here to help please. Thank you

you had asked about how to fill in the W8BEN form. I see it in my mail but cannot locate your question on the discussion, so let me answer it here. I was advised to fill part2, section 10 as 'Royalies from the artistic designs based on the number of units sold'. Hope that helps

Hi

I got this email on 20th January..

Your form now looks to have all the correct information necessary for it to be processed under the agreed Treaty rate between your Country and the US. We have now sent it forward to be processed by our finance team. We will be in touch when the form is processed and applied to your account or if we have any questions.

The email says this should take 2 to 4 weeks, it's been about 6 months

I havent had any email since so I think it has not yet been applied to my account?, I sent an email in May but have not heard anything back.

Any help would be appreciated

Please help me as well. I have been making sales since February and have submitted the form multiple times since. The replies have been tardy but the last email said everything look set except for the address and a personal ID number. I have revised and resubmitted the form on the 11th Aug. I would love to get paid this month. Anything you can do to expedite payment is highly appreciated.

Hello Pádraig, Would you mind chasing up my w-8 BEN renewal as well please? I've submitted the form on 26th of July 2023 and was told in a reply that it would take 2 to 4 weeks which has passed now. I have 2 months royalties not paid to me because of the wait. Thanks for your help.

Hello Pádraig, 

I had previously submitted the form via customer service, and I received an email from the support team stating that the information on the form needed to match the information on my account.

I have since updated my account information and resubmitted the form by replying to the same email. However, I am still waiting to receive confirmation or feedback regarding the status of my submission.

Would you please look into this case and let me know if there is anything else I need to do to complete the process? Thank you for your attention and assistance.

How long is the waiting time as this is very long.

I am having the same issue. Submitted my updated form well in advance of the deadline, didn't get paid for february and it has been weeks of no response

I do not consider 'we will look into it' with a request to then leave a five star review rating to be helpful

Hello Padraig,

I have been sending W8-BEN forms to Zazzle since January 2024!! I do everything they ask, and each time after a lengthy wait I get a different Zazzle staff (I think this is a big part of the problem, lack of continuity), and they say it looks good ... except for this part blah blah. So I change that part, send it back, another wait and sometimes I have to send a reminder! More than once actually. Then I get another person who says.. add this thing, so I add that thing ... and on and on. I'm getting very frustrated, and honestly I've sent so many versions in I've lost count. The last one I got was the end of May asking for me to put my FTIN in section 6, I replied "like the one I sent back in February?" and attached that copy. No word back. I asked for an update on June 3rd, no word back. I have put my earnings on hold for now until you guys get your act together. I am a Silver Proseller and I'm about ready to close my shop that I've had since 2008.
I have given you every version of this that I can, now I'm being asked to do what I already did months ago, after that  you moved the goal posts! Now we're going in circles and I'm tired. Ready to call the IRS for help, I'm in Canada btw. You need one dedicated staff member to see a case through from beginning to end, then possibly you might shorten the process for all concerned. Any help in approving mine would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, it certainly can feel like no one cares when you just keep getting pushed from pillar to post, without any resolution! Hopefully Padraig will answer me here and we can all get some help. It shouldn't be rocket science.

Hi Spark, no he didn't and no one did... I see from time stamps that Padraig hasn't been on here since last year? Does he even work here anymore? Who knows... but I bumped it yesterday, and will keep bumping it until I get an answer... or a legal expert to help me. I will maybe have to contact the American IRS directly? They'll sort it out hopefully.

Hi! Yes, Padraig probably doesn't work anymore. But it doesn't change anything because Fiona wrote to me recently, and she's the moderator here now. But again nothing has changed, and no one has contacted me about the W8-BEN. I don't know how all this will end, but the situation is not normal, because the creators also want to receive their money for their work, but without an approved W8-BEN form, this is impossible. All this is very unpleasant and lowers motivation...I always thought that Zazzle a very serious and cool platform, but now I don't know what to think about them. It's a very strange situation((
