W8-BEN Tax form No response from Zazzle

Hello to everyone! I have not been able to resolve the problem with W 8BEN-form for more than six months. Z-Support does not respond. Can anyone help me or give me advice what i need to do?

On April 11, 2024 I received a letter from Z-support saying that my address in my Zazzle Payment settings has duplicate postal code and my form does not, and I need to fix it. Then I fixed it, attaching a new W 8BEN-form and send it to zazzle support. But there was no response… The last time I sent my form again was 10 May 2024 to this email address: Zazzle-w8@Zazzle.com and there is still no answer. Who can solve my problem or who did you personally contact for submitting and accepting W 8BEN-form?

I had also like Dwyne received a message in January that they verified the form and send to the and they sent it to the finance department. Now I got another email, from a different address, saying I didn't file the W8BEN form!!!!?? :(((( They canceled my payment for this month! And it looks like I have to start over! Has anyone else had this happen these days??

I'll try to help, try asking Zazzle directly where your error is via email or through the community, most likely you will be notified.

The way Zazzle is handling this is strange – they're blocking my payout of over $100 due to absurd issues with the W-8BEN form: they reject it for minor address differences (e.g., "Śląsk" in the province/state field – it doesn't affect the address at all, it's just their own additional required field in the form), they demand a **bleep** instead of the acceptable PESEL, and now they want me to resubmit the exact same thing with a new date. It's strange and frustrating that the platform withholds creators' money for months instead of paying it out, while on Redbubble or other sites the verification goes smoothly without such delays. On top of that, support contact is a nightmare – responses come every over a month, with weeks of waiting for any reaction. The motivation to create new projects is completely gone.
