The community forum feels overdue for a reset. Not because disagreement exists that's a sign of life but because how we engage has shifted. Sarcasm, passive digs, tone-policing… they’ve started to undermine thoughtful dialogue. Silence is used to dismiss. Shade is used to control. That’s not community that’s performative pecking order. Today, a creator messaged me privately to share her concerns. She gave me permission to speak on her behalf but that alone is a red flag. No one should need a spokesperson to feel safe expressing their thoughts. Everyone deserves a place at the table. That is the clearest reason yet for a forum reset. Tone isn't the problem. Disrespect is. If a post doesn’t resonate with you? Scroll on.  If someone’s approach isn’t your thing? Let it be. If your reply doesn’t add clarity or encouragement? Consider holding it. This isn’t a call for forced cheer. It’s a call for emotional maturity. A space where creators seasoned, new, bold, quiet can share without feeling like they’re being measured for sport.  Leading with clarity shouldn’t be met with coldness. Politeness shouldn’t invite silence. And thoughtful critique shouldn’t have to wear armor. Let’s rebuild the tone from the inside out. Let’s speak with purpose, not perform for status. And I’ll be the first to admit: when my words are twisted or I’m accused of something as serious as fraud, I will defend myself. That’s not drama. That’s dignity. But the fact that creators feel they have to defend themselves just to participate? That’s the real issue and it needs to stop for this forum to thrive. I used to have the Zazzle Earnings app on my phone and found it really helpful for checking sales and referrals quickly. I deleted it by mistake and now I can’t find it anywhere. Please provide the following benefit to Zazzle customers:  Create a block against new shops using the name ZAZZLE anywhere in their shop name URL. Seeing shops such as these surely is confusing to customers, who most likely think they are dealing directly with the company, and not with a random creator.  Bonus Points for finding and shutting down some of the already existing shops. I'm forwarding the request of a customer, who was asking if she could have a second (different) design (sticker) to go on the back of the matchbox favors.  Currently, the imprint area of the matchbox favors is limited to a sticker on the front. I get that auto-saving is a fail-safe, but it's frequently just creating unnecessary clutter in Saved Designs that needs constant cleaning-up. Anytime you enter the Design Tool on something or even just click to open the template panel, poof - into Saved Designs it goes whether it's your product or someone else's.  There's lots of reason you might do either; maybe you're opening your own product in the DT just to copy an element or hex color, maybe you're looking at another Creator's work to help troubleshoot something, maybe you're just looking at a new product blank, maybe you're just testing that your templates work right ... And every single look, it's another thing added to Saved Designs.  I would love the option to toggle this off and be able to toggle it on only when I am actually wanting to create something.  ... We need toaster covers! Fabric covers (preferably cotton) that can be designed on front side only: each side panel and the one, long strip that runs along the top and sides. Please change the default setting for postcards to 18 pt thickness / 120 lb weight. This is what most buyers (and sellers) expect for postcards! I don't think about changing this product feature every time I create a design, and buyers probably don't pay attention to it either. It would also be good if the product image that was created earlier didn't disappear again as soon as I changed a product feature. Right now, I'm trying to change the standard setting to 18 pt for all the postcards I designed. Hello! I don't know if this is already available and I can't find it, but just in case. I think it would be great to have a way to short, in our back end, the products that are not in collections. I am sure that a lot of products that could be in my existing collections are not there because I didn't remember to add them when I made them or the collection was made afterwards and I forgot to add them.  If this is already possible, I wold appreciate if you let me know how to do it.  Thank you! ... I get frequent requests from customers to help make tweaks to designs - sometimes they want me to call them and chat and go over their changes.  With the new ambassador program and our loss of sales, it's not really worth my time to help customers with custom design work -  even the smallest of changes. So . . .  I'd like to suggest that Zazzle bring back the Live Designer option so customers can get the help they deserve. It would be really helpful to be able to edit both the foreground and background colors on QR codes so they can be made to match our designs. Just a small suggestion - would it be possible to remove the side column from storefronts (where the media section is) so the categories and products can go all the way across - like they do on the products page and collections page? The sidebar kind of creates a blank waste of space along the side for most of the page and causes the category images to be odd numbered with a blank spot on the front page. If you have 8 categories with images - looks great on the products page (2 rows of 4 categories - perfect!) - but on the front page - it shows oddly as 2 rows of 3 categories and 1 row of 2 categories with a blank spot. Maybe move media - under About and same width as that - but above Categories - so categories, collections and products can be full width. ... View more

Not sure if this is a "technical" issue. But when doing a search for "Christmas Socks" the search results have tons of "Christmas Stockings." Sorting by "newest" really highlights the issue. I think there should be a way to remove Christmas Stockings from the search results. ... View more
