I would just like to suggest that Zazzle clarify that if the customer needs help with an order - it's late, it's wrong, etc... that they contact ZAZZLE. Probably 90% of my direct messages are people complaining or asking about their order delivery date. I know there is an auto response. I just feel bad for them that they have to wait for me to reply and to send the link, then they need to email Zazzle, then wait. It seems so stupid. This makes me the first line of customer support for things I have zero control over. It's really inefficient and frustrating for everyone. Just my feedback. I'm sure I am not the only one who gets all these order questions. thx

I think the paper plates are such a cute idea for parties, but I have stopped creating designs for them as the reviews are so bad and they all say the same thing. "Plates are thin and flimsy, won't even hold a piece of cake" even the people who leave a good review mention how thin they are. Why would you not increase the price 25 cents and punch the plates on a thicker stock? Also, the customers complain that the plates are shipped in envelopes and crushed upon arrival. If you slid a piece of chit board on the top and bottom of plates in the envelope it might stop some damage.

Zazzle, would you please optimize your Facebook feed. Just about every day I see you posting a beautiful product on your Facebook feed. People might wish to buy these gorgeous Zazzle offerings. However, never once have I seen you provide a link in your post. Sometimes, but not always, your Facebook post tells me I can find "link in bio". There is never a link in your bio. There is never a way to find the lovely product I and countless others might otherwise buy. Your Facebook feed has two hundred and thirty eight thousand followers. I suggest that you optimize your near daily communication to these 238K people, by providing a link with each product you post. https://www.facebook.com/zazzle

I believe nowadays more and more folks are using their mobile devices to browse and shop online. Please add Sort by: Popular Newest Price: low-to-high Price: high-to-low to the mobile and app interface. While one of my own items pops currently up as number 5 with the default of popularity in this example (and that makes me happy of course because I sold it twice this months) adding more sorting options would level the seller play field a bit (meaning would give newer sellers a better shot on Zazzle) as well as be really beneficial for customers too because they will have some sorting options they currently only enjoy when they use a computer to shop on Zazzle. I am thanking you for your consideration.

If possible, it would be great if you could add distance measurements in the design tool like Canva does. Also, please change the new pink lines to another color that's easier to the eyes to work with. It would be great if text and images could align like before. Now I have to click manually the button while before, I could just move until it touched the line and it changed color letting me know it was touching that line. Here's an example. Before, we could know it was aligned. Now it only aligns to the other element, not these lines. This means I first have to center one element manually using this and then the other align to the element I centered. Hope it makes sense. It was good before. Thanks!

I often get simple design requests from customers for things like changing colors or fonts, moving elements around, or adding a photo to a design that doesn't have one. The vast majority of these requests are things the customer could easily do themselves if they just had a basic understanding of the design tool and what it can do. Some customers are comfortable with the FAFO method (ie messing around until they figure it out) but others just need a little bit of instruction. It would be SOOO helpful if there was a simple tutorial that I could point them to for help. The current help files are all geared toward designers and they're just WAY too much. Something simple that is geared towards customers who want to make a few changes to an existing design would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

I request among the stationary template options, you label clearly which ones are downable in the template description. It's not identified and I may not find out I fill out the marketplace selling form whether a stationary design is downloadable or not, then once I see that, I have to go find the right one and remake the design. Please make what is downloadable clearly labeled on the stationary template selection.

It would be really great if we could customize both colors of the QR codes, not just one. As it is, one of the colors has to be black or white - which works in most situations, but not all - like say you're designing a blue on blue design where you have a dark navy text on a pale dusty blue background. It would be great if we could match both colors for the QR code.

It would be great to add the ability to search our products by product number. I keep a spreadsheet for license usage and searching by title brings up too many results. Searching by product number would quickly bring up the item so I can enter the data into my spreadsheet, with a screenshot of the product for quick reference.

Hello Zazzle Team! 👋 I’d love to suggest a new feature for the design tool that I believe many creators and customers would benefit from: the ability to add a border (outline) around letters and numbers frames, with customizable border width and border color. This feature would allow us to create more dynamic, bold, and eye-catching text effects — especially useful for festive, seasonal, or kids’ products where impactful typography matters. It would also help improve visibility when placing text on busy backgrounds or colorful designs. Some use cases where this would really shine: 4th of July and holiday-themed items Birthday invitations and custom party products Personalized gifts like shirts, mugs, and signs School and sports-themed designs (team numbers, etc.) Thank you for constantly improving the creative tools and supporting the designer community! This small change could make a big visual impact. 😊 Best regards, Kristina

Wasn't sure whether to put this here or in technical issues - but is there any way Zazzle can make the curved “ ” and ‘ ’ the default in the customizer? Or is there a shortcut I don't know about to make them show up easier than copy paste (since customers likely won't do that). That straight prime symbol that shows up is so unsightly and even obtrusive in some fonts. Thanks! (I tried to search if this has been asked before but every post that Mark has ever commented on came up in the results 😂)

Hi, i would love to see the option to find our "hidden" products under the dropdown "sort" menu. This would make optimizing and organizing my store so much easier. Thank you.

It would be great if somewhere in the back end of a design, there was an area to assign a graphics package used for it. Even if it was only a numerical entry (as we could label our graphics packages with that number). And then make it so designers could filter by that field so we can get a quick reading on how many sales were made for that graphics package for licensing totals. I use a numerical system in a spreadsheet, but this would make it sooooo much easier!!

Wish the tank top had a color chart for the piping black and white just does not look good on everything with all patterns. I always know my color codes I use and could match to piping to match better than black or white.

It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning. I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively. This would not happen if Bata testing was performed.
