It would be great to see ---Any Baby or Boy & Girl Baby--- as an option in the categories. Right now the optional under kids are Any Child, Baby Boy, Baby Girl, Boys, Girls Teens etc. Many of our Baby items are for boy or girl. It would be nice to mark as such.

I know this topic has been brought up numerous times, but in light of Zazzle's push to gain traction in the Wedding market, I'd like to emphasize the need for updated fonts in these categories:: Signature fonts with access to glyphs ... It would be great if Zazzle had a continuous rolling update list, so that when we see a new feature, or something gets changed, we can check the list to see if it is intentional or a bug. For example, recently in the Design Tool, the background color option was removed from the layers panel, and now we have to just use the Background tab. not a big deal, but it definitely took while to figure it out! Same thing happened when the "Uploads" tab was moved. So a list that would immediately be updated when a change goes live, would be a great idea to keep us all informed, even of small changes, without having to search the forums.

So I've just gone through my daily ritual of checking my messages and explaining to various customers that I can't make changes for them after they've placed and order. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'd like to suggest that Zazzle make some attempt to explain to customers how the process works. A non-trivial percentage of customers assume when they fill out the form to personalize their design, that what they are doing is sending me instructions for how they want me to customize their invitation (or whatever.) They don't understand that they are actually doing the customization themselves, and that it's an automated WYSIWYG process. It seems like a great deal of confusion could be avoided if Zazzle gave them a quick message when they put something in their cart. Maybe a screen that showed them the product mockup and said something like "Congratulations, your design is complete! Here's what your printed product will look like!" Just something to make it clear that what they see is what they get, and that the design process is over once they finish the purchase. To be clear, my issue is NOT that I have to deal with these customers. Trust me, by now, I have simple cut and paste answers for this situation because I have to deal with it at least several times per week. I just think that a lot of customer unhappiness and frustration could be avoided if some attempt was made to explain the process so they're not assuming that I'm going to tweak and perfect their design after they submit it. I've searched this forum and it looks like the last time this came up was back in Oct. '22 during the Paypal incident. So I'm bringing it up again in the hopes of getting some movement, or at least a legitimate reason as to why Zazzle continues to hold back this important feature for creators. PLEASE add a direct deposit option for getting paid. I can't think of a reason why Zazzle does not implement direct deposit payments. Etsy does it. Amazon does it. My employer does it. SURELY it is less expensive for Zazzle than paying those Paypal fees! Ultimately, limiting payout options to Paypal or a paper check puts Zazzle WAY behind the curve and creates a poor user experience for creators. So please, please add direct deposit. I really appreciate you all at Zazzle, and I know that you are always working to make the company better. Thank you for listening to creators!

I'd like to see throw pillow covers available for purchase without the insert. Personally, I enjoy changing decor seasonally, but I don't have the storage space for a mountain of throw pillows.

I absolutely love the Zazzle throw pillows, both designing them and their quality. My family loves them as well, but they have small homes with a single couch, so covering it with a million of my pillows isn't really an option. lol Enter: Throw pillow CASES! With all of the emphasis on holidays and special occasions on Zazzle, I think covers only would make A LOT more sense and possibly skyrocket sales on the product. One can only use and/or store so many pillows at a time, but covers are MUCH easier to store, and it's fun to switch out decor for various seasons and events. It also doesn't seem like it would be a huge problem in terms of sourcing, as zipper covers are already offered and could move seamlessly into this role. Perhaps in addition to selling the cases on their own, there could also be bundled options: if someone designs a case with spring on one side and then summer on the other, and then a second case with fall/winter, it would make a great 2-pack of cases. The bundles could also have the option to add a pillow insert if desired in case they have not yet ordered a pillow from Zazzle.

Idea for additional Info to be included in View Insights: Please add where the traffic came from. Such as Facebook, Wordpress Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Wix, and I am sure there are others that need to be included. I am part of the Referral Program and as I understand it, I cannot add anything to the referral link such as tracking codes. Please let me know if I am wrong about this. It would be so helpful to know where my referrals are coming from so I can make sure I am active on the sites that are working. Zazzle — Please don’t roll out new features—especially one that includes big changes—on a Friday and then abandon creators over the weekend with no support or feedback until Monday. Better yet, roll out of new features should occur on Mondays, so creators can access the help they need (via forum moderators, software engineers, programmers, etc.) for a full five days. As you can see by the comments, and the frustration, and the amount of questions, this roll out was not smooth sailing. In addition, before a big change—like new collections—rolls out, create test groups before launch to work out as many kinks and questions as possible, and provide thorough training via videos, forum posts, and emails to creators before roll out—with an extra emphasis on training before roll out. I've requested this before, but I strongly feel this is very important so I'm repeating this suggestion. I hope that is okay. Please, please put disputed products on hold or freeze until the dispute is settled. Nearly 2 years ago, I had products deleted because of an erroneous belief. Putting products on and promoting them is labor intensive and time-consuming. Human beings make mistakes. I totally understand. What I don't understand is immediately deleting the products. I'm no expert at dresses since I never wear them 😄, but seeing how it's always trending in the summer, I think offering a basic dress in different sizes could be a big hit on Zazzle in the summer times. And it would be especially cool for creators if it has an all-over print. Think of summer dresses, simple bridesmaid dresses, cocktail party dress, glitter, gradients, floral, etc. Something like this, but there are probably thousands of types. PS. Don't forget me when you launch this product 😉

When an outside link brings a potential customer to a product that no longer exists (deleted, removed, other) could it redirect to that seller’s main store page? It could have a pop up message that said the product couldn’t be found and they are on the main store page. Or, could you show several of that seller’s similar products (by keyword?) in place of the list of unavailable reasons? Reasoning: Someone has successfully gotten a potential customer to Zazzle. The text at the top, at first glance, tells them (potential customer) that their goal failed and they should immediately go away. (I don’t know how many people would stop to read the info before hitting the back button.) Giving them clickable product images from the same store, at the top, would give them (potentially) very similar products to go to. The search result images below are less likely to be similar to what they where looking for.

Playing off of another thread here I would like to make the suggestion that Zazzle offer a standard insitu with the front and back view shown together for all two sided products. Yes it would be nice to upload our own but I also think there should already be one that Zazzle has uploaded. I have made them for pillows for my Pinterest boards and they get a lot of eyeballs. When clicking from the earnings page to see what sold, working on a transfer or anything else that involves the product page, it's extremely annoying and distracting to have to smack the escape key when that giant ad banner shows up. What I'd like to suggest is a small checkbox on these banners that say something like a simple "No Thanks", "Don't Show Again" or "I'm a Designer not a Shopper", or maybe a "Do Not Disturb" setting I could select so that Zazzle doesn't bother me with any popups at all, including the "Continue This Design" popup reminder for saved designs. In fact for that I'd like to suggest a "Saved Design" indicator at the top of the product page that I could click on instead. Anything that would create a more distraction-free environment that doesn't disrupt the design process would be a welcome change. Thx.

Would love to be able to save a custom palette for background colors (like you can in Canva) instead of being able to only access the last 6 most recently used. I spent a lot of time finding the hex codes for a particular palette (like Pantone Spring/Summer 2022...) and would love to be able to easily access those colors/shades without having to rely on my handwritten cheat sheet once I get past 6 or 7 colors. (Also open to other creators' advise as to how they handle similar issues - TIA 🙂
