With thousands of products, I'm always trying to make things easier to manage.  One thing that would help streamline things is the PRODUCT TYPE in the back end in bold type while browsing items .   BONUS WISH:  Click on the products BOLD TYPE and instantly all those products would be shown. YES....I could go through the directory and search for a product type under it's correct classification which sometimes takes a while as I'm not sure if it's under Office, Home, Sports, etc, and what subcategory. But... clicking on a bold name under a type of product and having all those items in the store displayed would be AWESOME!!!  ... I know that it's been suggested before, but we really, really need a good in-situ view for Duvet Covers. As it is, one can't tell what they are looking at, and the design detail is tiny. A view showing them on a bed would do the trick. Also, we could really use more views on the Pillows. The round pillows, in particular, look like a lump of nothing. A nice view of them on a sofa or chair, please! There are so many items that need an in-situ view, and Zazzle should make this a priority. It would be nice if we had an option for collections to be organized by sales data or views data. Previews used to be labeled front, back, left, right, etc etc.. That went away with the new page design. I thought that was really helpful and while it's often self-evident which "side" of a product you're looking at, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes it's not clear if you're looking at a different pic of the same side or a different side. Here's two examples where being labeled "Side 1" and "Side 2" would be helpful. Can Cooler  Duvet Cover  Then there's things like Zipz or pillow case sets where there are multiple pieces each with multiple sides. Also sometimes can't tell which side an insitu is showing. (Accent pillows have five previews but four of them show the same side.) I wouldn't label things "front" & "back" anymore as for many things (like pillows and tote bags for example) there isn't really a front & back, just two sides that may or may not have the same design on them so the product can be worn/displayed either way. For instance, I had a customer requesting one design for their cruise.  They wanted a regular t-shirt for the husband, and a v-neck for the wife.  They wanted them to be matching in the navy blue color.  Here is the example:   They could not purchase them, because the navy blue does not match even closely.  Would it be possible to have t-shirts from one or even two manufacturers that do have various necklines?    I know many family reunion t-shirts would also appreciate this type of look as well.  But, they're all turning to other companies that do carry a full line of styles in matching colors.   Thanks for listening.  -LauraLee   ... Bells. These are great little items, and my husband and I used to collect them. I'm sure we're not the only ones. I already have a few ideas. They could be designed for anniversaries or other occasions. Milestone birthdays, keepsakes from first Communion, so many possibilities. So, it's just a suggestion, but one I hope will be truly considered. Here is an example of what I mean: This bell is pretty old, but we've cherished it for years. It is approximately 4" tall. When I look at the pillowcases, I see nothing that would indicate what they are with the images that are presented. They look more like a placemat. I listen to youtube videos while working and I always get the same 2 videos as ads. Someone talking about a wedding invite and a stamper thing for wedding invites. I am not engaged. I do not care. Zazzle should be advertising their new backpacks, and the t-shirts. Also people are crazy about cups for some reason. Why not show off the to go mugs? I see ads for competitors and I am honestly tempted to buy some of their shirts made by other people, meanwhile zazzle only advertises wedding stationery to single and married people.  ... View more

Chat messages aren't dated, having only the day of the week and time of day. for the past week when I am trying to go to the sell page from creating a new design that popup keeps appearing asking for my email address in exchange for a 20% discount.   Can you please program that thing to recognize the difference between a creator making something for sale and a buyer buying something?  Today it was not responding to my click on the close button and I could not proceed to the sell it page.  finally after about 8 clicks it closed and let pass.  it is like a bad gate keeper asking for a password from a monty python movie...     Thank you for your consideration!  ... I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly.
