Hi! I want to suggest adding other options to the "Collections Sort Order," such as "last viewed day," "more views in the last 24 hours," and "last sold day.", thanks in advance!

I just got a message from a confused customer. She was ordering a wedding sign - I had made the "his" and "hers" words templates so that people could use the sign for an LGBTQ wedding (His & His, Hers & Hers or whatever) but since she didn't customize those, the "Review your Design" dialog box popped up to alert her. Unfortunately, the message is so vague that she didn't understand what the problem was - she thought she had done something wrong. It would be much less confusing for the customer if the message could spell out what the issue is. Maybe it could read something like "you didn't customize this text, did you mean to do that?" or something on that order. Thanks!

The notifications do not currently link to the specific product that is shown in them, but simply to general areas in the backend, leaving you to search for the object you have been notified about. I hope this can be upgraded so that where where there is an image, it takes you to that specific product. For example, I'll often see a notification that says "you have one product that needs optimization." Let's say I think, wow, I really want to fix that item and get it back into marketplace. But if I click on that notification it brings me to the big general listing of all of my products that need optimization instead of to the specific product I just saw an image of. I would have to hunt - sometimes through several pages, to find that item I'd been notified about. So I wind up not doing anything about it at that moment. It would be much more effective as a prompt if I could click on the image and immediately fix or delete the item that needs optimization. The sales notifications also bring you to a generic page - the page with all recent sales. That works for me, and I think it's less important for those notifications to go to the item page. However, it would be really helpful if those optimization prompts took me right through to the specific product so I can take action on it. I would definitely get more done.

Discussions about unscrupulous folks who are using screenshots of invitations and other flat products and then printing items elsewhere for cheaper got me thinking that one way to discourage this beyond watermarks, might be to make the product views or mockups in such a way that it discourages this sort of behavior, similar to what is done with t-shirts or other non-flat items. With invitations this could be something along the lines of angling the product just enough so that it can't be screenshotted in a flat state, adding some shadows or adding some sort of small overlay such as a thumb holding the card or some foliage that overlaps a corner. I realize that determined thieves could still find workarounds for such effects, but it would at least make it more challenging to steal the artwork.

...I'm thinking mainly of on the 'Show me' board. It would be great to see what other designers are creating for videos without having to click on their product links. As a side note, didn't we used to have a 'Suggestions' forum? I posted here because it seemed the only reasonable alternative although it's really just a suggestion.

It would be amazing if we could have the Download Artwork/ Download Product Mockup buttons in our back end, so we don't have to open up each product to get the downloads for our cover photos. Please consider this function quickly, as I'm in a mad rush to get all my cover photos done, and it's extremely tedious to download thousands of products!

We have "Recently Used Fonts" which populates with any font you've even tried within a design. It would be really helpful as a designer (and probably as an end customer as well) if there was a fly-out for "Fonts Used in this Product" which would ONLY list the fonts currently active/in use on a product. This would save time when finalizing our designs, and also make it easier for customers when adding text boxes. : )

It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning. I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively. This would not happen if Bata testing was performed.

Following o from this thread https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/anyone-else-notice-a-curious-spike-in-linkovers-on-the-30th/td-p/75037 Is it possible we could have insights related to linkovers as it would be really helpful to know where the majority came from to help us focus our efforts.

Hi Zazzle Team, As the international situation escalates, don't you think it would be just the perfect timing to introduce the long awaited option to get our payments directly to our own bank accounts? I'm pretty sure it would have more positive impact on your valued Creators' lives than changing a button color to a different shade of blue or making the profile picture round instead of square. I know, Americans think that PayPal is a little piece of heaven, but in most of the other parts of the world, it's just an unnecessary third party with bunch of ridiculously high charges, nonsense limitations and verification requirements, and long processing times. (No, I'm not russian.)

The horizontal rule, where we can adjust colour and thickness, is very useful. It would be good if we could further customise it to change to a dotted rule, and maybe a dashed rule too. Useful for where we might want to place a line for a signature or where handwritten text would be added by the buyer - such as on stationery items or stickers etc.

I think custom garden products would be hot sellers.... custom garden aprons (aprons specifically designed for garden use) with pockets for tools and without pockets custom garden signs wooden or plastic printable / customizable custom garden stones / stepping stones... these would be a blast to design custom flower pots / planters with or without saucers custom suncatchers: not specifically a garden item but I threw this one in anyway 🙂 They can be plastic or acrylic printable (acrylic would be best) round or square - or rectangle shapes. In plastic they could be printed onto the plastic in acrylic they can have a printed insert... the sane way the acrylic desk nameplates work

Especially in the wedding area, a search invariably shows up "editor's picks". That would be fine if the drop-down choice would be editor's picks. However it is "popular". So popular items have become invisible. I would like to see a few additions added to the drop-down menu, like "random" and "editor's picks" and keep the standard to popular. The way it is now with pages after pages of editor's picks, it could be considered spam. And a random choice would also help to find those products that normally don't get seen that easily. Zazzle never used to be a "one size fits all" concept, it would always celebrate the abundance of creativity that is on this platform. I would like to see that being emphasized again. It would also help to bring back proper navigation buttons. Go to page "..." and one button left << to go back to the beginning and a >> to go to the last item. Thanks.

It would be fantastic if we could see the additional special swashes/curlicues for applicable fonts in the design tool via a separate control panel. Yes, the Unicode code can be typed in as a workaround, but this can be quite tedious depending on the complexity of the design.

Perhaps it could be added to statistics... idk. You choose where to put it. But it would be a nice piece to have. We would then be able to look at the cover image, the date, views, sales, etc to get a feel for how successful that cover image has been. If it is performing poorly, we can then change it knowing that it has been around for awhile. The way I see it, is that it is going to take 3+ months in internet land before we will know how successful the image is. If after 6 months I haven't generated a sale or received a bunch of views... I should probably upload a different style cover image. But knowing which images I uploaded 6 months ago is tough right now as I did not note the image upload date anywhere... I would still like a way to be able to separate out products with cover images too. FYI. Cheers PC .............................. ETA - I don't think the program has been available to all for 6 months yet... so that helps me a little bit...lol. ...........

I thought I asked this a while ago (can't find it now) but please please please.... can we please finally have double side product (front and back together) product views in one same image? Front and back of coffee mug in same image / insitu Front and back Tshirt image in " " This is kind of important for products that have a message on one side and punchline on the back.... see only the front of such a design takes away all the pop and power of a two side message, joke, even front and back images THESE ARE NOT my images: I'm just displaying as example of front and back designs. Imagine the front and back like father and son design below.... and all the customer sees as the representing image is the father and son sitting... who is going to know what the other side says unless both are displayed in one product view image? Firsthat are related.

Wow our world would be so much more efficient if we could "drag old categories right into one new one!" Combine 3 into one and downsize instead of having to delete products, having to put all products into the new category, and waiting a week to see it all appear the way you want it.

Hi Zazzle Team, Now that the little graphic that used to be under the product image on the product page is gone, there is no way that I can easily tell if a product is in a collection. It doesn't really matter to me how you do it, but please provide some way for us to be able to tell if something is in a collection. As of now, besides opening a collection to see if something is in it, there isn't a way to know that it has been added to at least 1 collection. As things are evolving, maybe its there somewhere and I'm just missing it?? But it would be helpful to know that I did add something to a collection without going through collections the product might have been added to. Thanks for considering. For those who are not yet aware of the biggest online news story right now, Paypal have been forced to U-turn on a policy to fine their users $2,500 if they have been judged to post any 'mis-information' online... judged by Paypal, that is. For obvious reasons, people started closing their Paypal accounts in droves... and still are, despite the company saying it was 'a mistake'. https://www.marketwatch.com/story/delete-paypal-searches-spike-after-2-500-misinformation-fine-controversy-11665427396 The fact is that they do want to implement that policy, and that shows them to not be a 'real' bank, but instead a politically motivated company that their customers simply cannot trust to hold their money. You can't put the toothpaste back in the tube. Paypal have now laid their cards on the table. The $2,500 fine fiasco follows the closing of the UK's 'Free Speech Union' account without explanation. https://a2zfacts.net/articles/paypal-closes-account-of-uks-free-speech-union-without-explanation/ No 'real' bank would be allowed to do this unless an actual crime had been committed in the country where the account holder was based. That was not the case. Again, this was politically motivated by what 'Paypal believes' is or isn't free speech. And again, no 'real' bank would be allowed to do this. I decided a few months ago to delete Paypal from my life completely because I was expecting something like the above to occur, and I firmly believe not only in the ideal of free speech, which has always been at the very core of democracy, but also because I want to know my money is in safe hands, and fully protected by the law of the land. That's what a 'real' bank offers. I believe that Zazzle has a responsibility to its creators to at least provide alternatives to online payment of earnings, when the one company that we are forced to adopt has begun closing some of its users' accounts, without any explanation, and has shown that it intends to adopt - at some point in the future - a fining policy of thousands of dollars for anyone 'it decides' has breached its own 'misinformation' rules. Zazzle currently offers an alternative of payment by check, but if the company wants to present itself as a global and forward thinking company, other online payment options are surely the only realistic policy to put in place. Currently, there is a significant backlash against Paypal and the term #BoycottPaypal is trending fast. What if Paypal were to collapse at some point in the future, or not be able to operate, for any reason? What if it now becomes the main target of hacking and is regularly offline? Who knows what the future will bring. The only sensible action is to cover your bases. Without an alternative payment option in place, Zazzle can only rely on Paypal, for better or for worse. Surely, Zazzle can easily offer alternative methods of earnings payments. After all, the company offers the usual banking alternatives for customer payments. This also raises the obvious question of why Zazzle can't simply pay my earnings into a 'real' bank account? However, if online payment systems are the only realistic option for Zazzle, then alternative options are the only true way to guarantee financial security going forward, for both Zazzle and creators! Having all your eggs in one basket is simply not a wise or realistic way to operate a global business. I believe Zazzle should look at this urgently. What do you think? Until Zazzle provide this basic provision to its creators, I am forced to look at the check payment alternative. Does anyone have any experience of this? How long will I have to wait for a check to arrive at a UK address each month?
