I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly. I was wondering if Zazzle would please provide a generic collection header for each category of collections. As designers we are all so overwhelmed with all the new requirements just to be visible. Previews used to be labeled front, back, left, right, etc etc.. That went away with the new page design. I thought that was really helpful and while it's often self-evident which "side" of a product you're looking at, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes it's not clear if you're looking at a different pic of the same side or a different side. Here's two examples where being labeled "Side 1" and "Side 2" would be helpful. Can Cooler  Duvet Cover  Then there's things like Zipz or pillow case sets where there are multiple pieces each with multiple sides. Also sometimes can't tell which side an insitu is showing. (Accent pillows have five previews but four of them show the same side.) I wouldn't label things "front" & "back" anymore as for many things (like pillows and tote bags for example) there isn't really a front & back, just two sides that may or may not have the same design on them so the product can be worn/displayed either way. I know that it's been suggested before, but we really, really need a good in-situ view for Duvet Covers. As it is, one can't tell what they are looking at, and the design detail is tiny. A view showing them on a bed would do the trick. Also, we could really use more views on the Pillows. The round pillows, in particular, look like a lump of nothing. A nice view of them on a sofa or chair, please! There are so many items that need an in-situ view, and Zazzle should make this a priority. I don't know how the technical team are supposed to find NEW issues when there are multiple posts about the same issue appearing daily (categories with no products visible being the most recent and prolifically reported). If it's technically possible can something be implemented to raise a 'warning' if it looks like a duplicate report is incoming OR to at least remind creators to use the search before posting. It is also tedious for creators to find new relevant content with so many identical content threads drowning out new content. I understand the frustration and confusion for creators when these blips arise but I feel we need (and will benefit technical team) a more efficient method to avoid duplicate content. ... View more

When I look at the pillowcases, I see nothing that would indicate what they are with the images that are presented. They look more like a placemat. I enjoy designing in gold foil but only have the options to do so in the flat Save the Date, Invitation, and post card.  I would like to design full gold foil wedding suites and feel discouraged at the lack of foil flat cards and sizes I can use.  Please give us the options to have gold foil response cards, enclosure cards, stickers, and outside of envelopes. All in different size options.  This would be so fantastic. Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. I think our personal store Categories arent being utilised enough. If a person is on a listing for one of my products, and wants to see similar products, they only have a couple of options: 1. View Collection. Only works if a collection has been set up with that product in it. 2. 'Other designs you might like' section. Only works if they are looking only at the same product type. Eg if the product they clicked on is socks, only more socks will show. 3. Manually go to my store and try and find the matching products. This could take dozens of clicks, each more likely to lose the customer. My suggestion is to have other items from the same Category appear below the product, with a link to that category in your Store. This will be a fast way to get people looking at your store, see your variety of related products, and hopefully convert more sales. Also linking to categories can be better than collections because you have a finite amount of collections, but you will ALWAYS have a product in a category. I’d like to request two upgrades to the Design Tool Elements: 1) Please add an editable polygon tool. 2) Please allow designers to name each element layer. Currently elements in the design tool show up as layers named, “rectangle, square, circle, line, etc.” So, if I create a design with multiple rectangles, each layer simply says, “rectangle.” That makes it hard to track, reorder, or revise each element.
