Please PLEASE can we have some sort of reference to let us know if a cancelled order was re-ordered? Trying to go through to see if a person has reordered by cross reference is tedious and difficult - ALSO would Really be nice to have some sort of key as to the type of cancellation ie: cancelled or declined or returned? Maybe even a date so we could see if they cancelled Before or After they got their product. And While we are on the subject.. would really be nice if there was a limit to how long ago the order was that they can cancel.. like a cut off of say 60 days or ?? Not a year I have had cancellations from almost a year ago - this is no longer a cancellation IMHO I just downloaded my Feb earnings and took a look on my spreadsheet. I had 154 cancellations amounting to $1178.79 in just cancellations alone for Feb.. that's crazy .. anyone else getting high numbers besides me? I don't know how many of these re-ordered, if any.. too many to try to cross reference.. which is why I asked my initial request of having some way to see in our backend if a customer re-orders ..

In the old forums there were several threads discussing how people will buy one ivitation with the intention of using it as a digital invite or to mass produce and print their own. Well I don't sell that many invitations (so far) so I didn't jump in to those conversations. However over the past weeks I have an example where I know this is why one single invitation I designed is going to be used this way. I was contacted by a shopper a couple of weeks ago through my own email addy asking me if this specific invitation was offered as a digital download. I informed the person that it was not and they thanked me. Then nothing happened until this morning when that exact invite sold one copy to a person whoses name matches the one that emailed me asking about it. So, okay I got a sale of one invite but I am pretty sure it was not so she could sample it and come back for a bulk order. Anyway I just wanted to mention it. Hopefully this kind of thing only happens rarely.

I wonder if some people get discouraged from buying something from Zazzle, after they see the shipping cost. Since they don't have experience with Zazzle, they may not want to sign up for a yearly membership to have that cost reduced. Therefore I wonder, if it makes sense to offer them free or reduced shipping cost for their first order.

When Insitu images were moved from the side to below the main product image they ended up below the fold on my screen so that if I want to change the insitu I have to scroll down, click, and then scroll up again to view the new image. Assuming I'm not the only one who has to do this (or is it just me?) I'd like to suggest arrow keys on the left and right side of the main image that would allow the viewer to move through the insitu images without having to scroll. For those with the right screen resolution this probably isn't an issue, but for others I think this would be very helpful.

I know Zazzle sells doormats and bathmats. It would be nice if Zazzle sold area rugs, in different sizes and styes, like ones that are fuzzy, carpeted and non slip ones. I just bought a large Christmas area rug, for my living room, with non slip backing and I love it.

I would like to suggest that Zazzle provide an in-situ for the Photo Blocks that uses the same in-situ as the Wooden Box Signs. I think it would look quite nice and would give some perspective on the size of the Photo Blocks. Thank you!

Problem: Right now, collections can only be Public or Private not Direct-only linked like products. In a public collection, Direct-only link products show on the front end with other open published products. Solution: Add Direct-only link ability to collections so creators can group Direct-only link products out of view from the front end store. Reason: Sometimes customers have multiple items they want but private designed. It can be hard to add Direct-only products to the cart by clicking on each link in an email or message or spending time searching through messages to find each product link. Benefits to Accessing Direct-only Link Collections: Makes things easier for customers to view and add private designed Direct-only items to the cart creating a smoother less frustrating transition and likely repeated sales. Allows one place for creators to organize and share special private designed Direct-only products to a customer or customers that requested those designs. Thanks for your consideration!

It would be nice if there were tote bags, especially all over print, a wee smaller for children. For instance, in trying to make Halloween treat bags for children, Zazzle's are just a bit too big for kids.

After being on Zazzle for 14 years, I've uploaded many images. But I've also deleted many products. To make my images easier to sort through and to save hosting space for Zazzle, it would be nice to know if I have images that are not on any products. This used to be on the Image Info, but it got removed. Please bring it back.

I have two suggestions to enhance the design tool. 1. Add the ability to set the transparency of images. A subtle hint of a background image can be a powerful thing. 2. Add the ability to group images. This, in turn, would allow designers to tile more than one loaded image.

Can you please either put the latest posts back on the homepage or at least put a link to them in the body of that page. The recent changes have made the forum all but impossible to navigate on my phone.. There are pop up/ sidebar menus that appear on the desktop version that do not appear on the mobile one…

As I mentioned when this format first came out - there is no way to locate the LAST RESPONSE to the various threads. I will not scan more than 5 pages of listings for the NEW and TOP posts. So there are always some posts that go unread.

Hi there! The recent update has significantly slowed down the workflow for high-volume creators. I propose adding a "Pro Mode" or a "Compact View" to restore efficiency. The "Idea" includes: 1. Consolidate Tabs: Bring back essential design tools and layer management into a single view to eliminate excessive clicking. 2. Template Visibility: Move the "Make this a template object" toggle back to the main design panel instead of hiding it under Selling Options. 3. High-Precision UI: Create a layout with smaller buttons and precise coordinate inputs designed for large desktop monitors, not mobile touchscreens. Why this is needed: Sellers productivity has dropped by more than 50% with the new "mobile-first" interface. And this new interface also confuses buyers, and they ask sellers questions about how to use it. Dear Zazzle, we need a tool that functions like a professional workstation, not a mobile app. So, please bring back the old version or fix the new interface. Thank you very much in advance.

It would be great, if we get a page on top too, so we don`t have to scroll 204 items to the next page, especially when we have many designs to change, edit, make cover photos, etc. Even better is, if you can put in manual the page number.

Can Zazzle provide a solution for those of us wanting to make double-sided mugs? The current process is smooth if you are doing a single design on the front of the mug - you just centre align the design. However, if you want to have a double-sided design there is a lot of guesswork and confusion involved. And no real way of checking your design placement, except through the previews which may not be accurate. The Printful mug design tool is amazing, you upload the design once and click the box to duplicate the design on both sides of the mug. I know this has been requested before, but here it is again: Please, I'm begging Zazzle, pretty please add 12x12 in scrapbook papers to the site! Standard scrapbook albums are made for the 12x12" papers, and that's what people use. Also, if Zazzle sold those albums, designers could have another object for creations (more $$!). Another possibility is to add 12x12" papers to the digital downloads, and let us create in that size, and let the customer download the papers; Etsy does this. Is this doable?

Often when designing invitations, save the dates, holiday cards etc, I create different versions of the same product to offer the customer different choices on the back of the card. E.g. a wedding invitation might have three versions: one with a pattern; one with photos and a link to the website; and one with details/information. Would it be possible to design 2-4 different options for the back and let the customer choose between them when customizing instead of the creator posting separate products? So, under layers, we'd have Back (main) and then maybe a checkbox to click if we want to design another back, which would add Back (option A). Then another checkbox to add Back (option B). Or however one wants to structure it. I don't know anything about software or coding, but if it's possible to add this to the tool, I think it would make things easier for both customers and creators, and it would help in decreasing the number of products in the marketplace that look identical at first glance.
