It would really be nice to have some insitu photos for the glass Trinket Trays. As it is, the views of them from the side make it nearly impossible to see the designs on them. We need some shots from a different angle to highlight their dimensions as well as the their designs. Happy Monday! On the back end, in addition to the "Total Views (Most to Least)" and "Newest to Oldest" please add the options to sort products by "Least to Most" Total Views and "Oldest to Newest." This would be very helpful for quality assurance and promotional activities. I have more the 10,000 products and I have not been able to figure out a way to view/review the oldest products and those views least. I've tried different ways to get to these, but I am unable to so, Best.

Wow our world would be so much more efficient if we could "drag old categories right into one new one!" Combine 3 into one and downsize instead of having to delete products, having to put all products into the new category, and waiting a week to see it all appear the way you want it.

I am writing to share a suggestion regarding the product review process on your platform. Currently, I have five products that have been in my under review basket since November last year, and they have not yet been cleared or deemed inappropriate for the shop. I have noticed that some products I submit for review are processed more quickly, while others linger in the under review basket for an extended period. I understand that Content Reviewers have a high volume of items to assess, and immediate attention may not be possible for every submission. To address this, I propose two potential enhancements to the current system: Option to Delete Products Under Review: It would be beneficial for designers to have the ability to delete products from the under review basket. This feature would allow designers to make adjustments or decide not to include a particular product in their store without having to wait until the item is cleared from the review process. Time Limit for Under Review Status: Implementing a time limit for products in the under review basket could help expedite the process. If a product remains in the under review status for a specified period, such as 30 days, it could be automatically removed from the queue. In such cases, a notification could be sent to the designer, explaining that the product couldn't be reviewed within the given time frame, and they are encouraged to resubmit or recreate the item. I believe these enhancements would streamline the product review process, improve user experience, and provide designers with greater control over their submissions. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to any improvements that could be made to enhance the efficiency of the platform.

I am beside myself - I just got an email from a good customer - I did her entire wedding suite for her and this is the email I just got : Hey there! I want you to know that I am beyond thankful for all that you did for me! You have done such an amazing job, but I’m seriously thinking Zazzle is just NOT The place. I finally got everything in except the custom envelopes for the invitations and went to put them together and discovered that the invitation, belly band and RSVP card are a completely different shade from the thank you card, return labels and the honeymoon wishes card. The team at Zazzle seriously needs to get a handle on the color issues in printing - I have tried to contact support via email and it falls on deaf ears - PLEASE Zazzle - esp the wedding suites Need to match and be the correct color - Im upset to tears right now - what is going on in the printing department? I have never had negative feedback until recently.. so was there changes made? if so can we please fix them? If word gets out that Zazzle is NOT the place for wedding suites .. this will hit me and many others very hard - just coming out of the stay at home years - brides are happy to get out and have big weddings - this kind of feedback is not helping.

I enjoy designing in gold foil but only have the options to do so in the flat Save the Date, Invitation, and post card. I would like to design full gold foil wedding suites and feel discouraged at the lack of foil flat cards and sizes I can use. Please give us the options to have gold foil response cards, enclosure cards, stickers, and outside of envelopes. All in different size options. This would be so fantastic. They would be perfect for holiday cards, birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries, graduations and so much more. They would look dazzling with matching gold foil envelopes and inserts. Hi there Zazzle team! Can we get an outline also called a stroke or border for the text option in the design editor? There is one for elements but it would also be helpful for text. For now I sometimes add a second layer, a copy, of text slightly moved one pixel to the right and down to create a shadow effect. It is very helpful when you want bright text on a bright background. I've been designing a lot of envelopes recently and have a few suggestions/requests. First, it would be really helpful if there were customizable envelopes available for all the size cards that Zazzle offers. The two requests I get most frequently are for envelopes for 3.5x5 inch cards (not sure what size that is) and size A9 - for cards designed on 8.5x5.5 inch paper (cardstock) sheets. Second, would it be possible to get a product view that included the front as well as both back views (open and closed) of the envelope? Often, most of the design is on the inside flap, but if I choose that view, then customers can't tell whether the design has a pre-printed return address on the back flap, or a pre-printed mail-to address on the front. Is there a way for the customer to select the matching envelope when purchasing wedding invitations? I have seen the envelope drop-down box option, but the only options were for either a white envelope or none at all. I think it might be a good idea if, when purchasing wedding invitations, the customer had the option of selecting the matching envelope made by the same designer. For example, in the drop-down box when purchasing the invitations, there should be the option of something like, "white, matching design, none" rather than just white or none. Just a suggestion.

I would like to be able to add an alternative/optional text field or two to the back of tees. There would be times where someone would opt to not fill that text template field. But because when I add a template field to the back of the tee, the price is higher. It remains higher even if the customer opts not to utilize printing on the backside of the tee. It would be nice if leaving that field blank could somehow trigger a lower price since the backside would not be printed on. Otherwise to allow for both options of use, I would have to create essentially the same design on two products that would "look" to be the same at first glance. This would seem counterproductive to having a clutter free MP. I hope that I have conveyed this thought properly and hope that at some point in the future that Z may consider making this idea possible. Thanks, PC ................................

Hello lovely Zazzle team! We love the design tool, but were just wondering: would it be possible to create a tool that allows us, within any given text field, to change the type case: from whatever it is to: Case type (so the first letter of each word is capitalized), lowercase, and uppercase. That would save us a ton of time rather than having to individually re-type everything every time. Thanks for considering this request!

This may have been suggested before, but I didn't come across it after a quick search. When designing, I sometimes find it difficult to get the size I want for an image with the +/- function or shift + drag. Most of the time I can eye ball the size that I want, but there are some instances where I want precision and this method takes a while. Even it's just with width and height, I think something like the transform function would be helpful for designers, especially if they work with large files. For example. let's say hypothetically I want to make a 16" x 16" pillow and have the pattern repeat in a 4 x 4 grid. The image for the pattern in question is 15" x 15". Then I would scale the image to be 4" x 4" and then apply the pattern maker, which also fills the workspace to protect in the event of cropping.

I have a suggestion for getting more looks at our Poufs in stores. For one thing, we desperately need insitus. It's difficult to know what one is looking at without an insitu for this product, especially the cubed shaped ones. I had never heard of the word "pouf" before seeing them sold on Zazzle. I was only familiar with the word "ottoman." I have looked at number of other major websites that sell these items and both "pouf" and "ottoman" are used in product titles and descriptions. I think that if Zazzle also included the more commonly used word "ottoman" in product titles that these items would be found easier via Google searches and store searches. I have discovered that over the past few months that pacifiers are going in and out of stock due to the mouth guard color and/or size. I did change every one to have a white mouth guard to have them all show in the MP. Sales started again. Sales have stopped again because on the smaller size pacifier all colors of mouth guard are not available. But if one change the product merchandising to the larger size with a white mouth guard then they would all show in the MP again. So I set my product view to 204, chose select all discontinued products, then went to action to mass edit the merchandising view and the only option was to delete. I tried only selecting 24 at a time but again, only an option to delete. To get my pacifiers back in the MP I will have to individually change the merchandising option on 600+ pacifiers. Ouch. Please provide a better way to simply move discontinued product options to an available product option. Thanks for considering, PC ......................

It would be great if we could have up to 4 templates we can automatically choose from to send to customers who contact us. We could create professional sounding responses that do not sound hurried or have any grammatical errors, and best of all sound like they are coming from us. The same canned response with a "Kind Regards" and a name from multiple creators may leave the customer feeling that we are just sending canned response. My responses for what I'm selling may be different from what someone else is selling. A congratulatory and thanks for shopping for a Bridal Boutique, may sound different from a store that sells pet memorials. I think that 4 of our own canned responses. Or, even Zazzle creating them and us editing them may be fine. For example... 1. One for shipping times. 2. One for order mistakes with name, etc.. 3. One for product materials and specifications. 4. One for returns.
