With thousands of products, I'm always trying to make things easier to manage.  One thing that would help streamline things is the PRODUCT TYPE in the back end in bold type while browsing items .   BONUS WISH:  Click on the products BOLD TYPE and instantly all those products would be shown. YES....I could go through the directory and search for a product type under it's correct classification which sometimes takes a while as I'm not sure if it's under Office, Home, Sports, etc, and what subcategory. But... clicking on a bold name under a type of product and having all those items in the store displayed would be AWESOME!!!  ... At least once a month I get a message from an unhappy customer who misunderstood the ordering process for table number cards and ended up ordering all of the cards with the same number. They seem to assume that if they order 20 cards, they will get 20 cards numbered sequentially 1-20, but of course, this is not how it works.  I tried placing a mock order to see if it would give you any sort of an alert, and while it did advise me that I hadn't changed the table number, that message is clearly not enough for some customers. Maybe it could pop up something if you're placing an order in a quantity greater than one or something? Or maybe they could be offered in sets similar to the wine glass charms?  I'm not sure what the best solution is, but clearly at least some subset of customers don't get it. To further add to the frustration, when I see an order come in for 20 table number cards, I know, somebody's messed it up again, but there isn't anything I can do about it. Chat messages aren't dated, having only the day of the week and time of day. For example, Tuesday can occur up to five times a month, and there's no way of knowing if the person sent their message this Tuesday or last or even if it's actually an old message sent a month ago. Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. I listen to youtube videos while working and I always get the same 2 videos as ads. Someone talking about a wedding invite and a stamper thing for wedding invites. I am not engaged. I do not care. Zazzle should be advertising their new backpacks, and the t-shirts. Also people are crazy about cups for some reason. Why not show off the to go mugs? I see ads for competitors and I am honestly tempted to buy some of their shirts made by other people, meanwhile zazzle only advertises wedding stationery to single and married people.  ... View more

I searched "Seamstress Business Cards" which resulted in 15 pages of designs in the Market Place.  . I noted there were 12 of one design.  All 12 were identical except for a name on the sewing machine.  I have noted this is a pattern with other items in the Market Place as well.  Since Zazzle limits the number of pages a Customer can search, wouldn't it be more advantage to both Zazzle and Creators to show just one design that has duplicates.  This would give exposure to more  designs and designers.  It would also benefit Zazzle by offering the Customers more to choose from. ... I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly. Bells. These are great little items, and my husband and I used to collect them. I'm sure we're not the only ones. I already have a few ideas. They could be designed for anniversaries or other occasions. Milestone birthdays, keepsakes from first Communion, so many possibilities. So, it's just a suggestion, but one I hope will be truly considered. Here is an example of what I mean: This bell is pretty old, but we've cherished it for years. It is approximately 4" tall. I enjoy designing in gold foil but only have the options to do so in the flat Save the Date, Invitation, and post card.  I would like to design full gold foil wedding suites and feel discouraged at the lack of foil flat cards and sizes I can use.  Please give us the options to have gold foil response cards, enclosure cards, stickers, and outside of envelopes. All in different size options.  This would be so fantastic. Sometimes a customer's concerns are time sensitive and we don't get to them immediately.  It would be nice if there was a button where we could forward a customers message to Zazzle's customer service. And when we did, an auto response is sent to the customer also stating something like....
