It would be good if, once we group something in a design we could right-click on it and set it to "do not allow customer to ungroup". That's because the licenses I have don't allow me to sell digital images unless it is "flat", you know? So, when I create digital invites, I make some groups and lock them. The problem is that sometimes the customer just wants to move that group or resize it, but once it is locked, it is not possible. It would be really great if we could copy a collection to make a new one. For example, if I have multiple colorways, I could make a collection for the blue colorway, and then copy that and change the word blue in the title and description to red. Sometimes a customer's concerns are time sensitive and we don't get to them immediately.  It would be nice if there was a button where we could forward a customers message to Zazzle's customer service. And when we did, an auto response is sent to the customer also stating something like.... The past few days I e-mailed back and forth with a customer, send her several examples of the product with her logo on it, and today it finally happened, she was very pleased with the design, she bought the product via the direct only link I e-mailed her. I am happy with the sale because it is a nice amount that I am going to receive, but even if the amount had not been so nice, it is such a disappointment to see that Zazzel considers this sale as "Referred None", it doesn't feel right... I just had a frustrating experience trying to locate a product I'd saved to finish later. Since we are not able to delete revised designs, it's become very difficult to use this folder for its intended purpose. I currently have several thousand products in my saved designs folder. I'd love to have some type of search function to make it easier to locate things we'd like to continue working on at a later date. Any type of search box or filter to improve the functionality of the saved designs folder would be much appreciated. I never did manage to find what I was looking for. I know folks have asked for the shadow feature on store banners to be removed before. It really interferes with banner designs and text readability. If you can’t remove the shadow completely, can you make it a choice that creators can turn off or on individually? Thanks. ... View more

I'd like to suggest there being the option for white text to have a grey drop-shadow effect added. This would be useful for text that is placed over a photograph, as a caption on a calendar page for example. Since your announcement via email that products with cover images will be prioritized over products that do not have them, I've started to dabble and have even created a few.  Yay me!  But as I go along I do see the need to be able to quickly tell which products do have and don't have a cover photo.  Seems like adding something under the product visibility drop down is a logical place to add such a sort.  You may have a different idea about where to place it, but having the ability to figure that out quickly would help everyone.  On a side note, being able to d/l a transparent .png of the product mock up would be super helpful too! I have seen this on other personalization or photo editing apps: when using the crop tool, there is a button or check mark for "square" which pops in an exact square that you can scale larger and smaller and move around the photo so that you know you have a perfectly square crop. I think our personal store Categories arent being utilised enough. If a person is on a listing for one of my products, and wants to see similar products, they only have a couple of options: 1. View Collection. Only works if a collection has been set up with that product in it. 2. 'Other designs you might like' section. Only works if they are looking only at the same product type. Eg if the product they clicked on is socks, only more socks will show. 3. Manually go to my store and try and find the matching products. This could take dozens of clicks, each more likely to lose the customer. My suggestion is to have other items from the same Category appear below the product, with a link to that category in your Store. This will be a fast way to get people looking at your store, see your variety of related products, and hopefully convert more sales. Also linking to categories can be better than collections because you have a finite amount of collections, but you will ALWAYS have a product in a category. Zazzle, please consider providing the DATE of cancellation for cancelled orders in the Earnings History. This would be very helpful in assessing our earnings, and give us some idea of why customers are cancelling- whether immediately (if they re-order right away, no problem, but if they cancel and don't reorder, it probably means they saw something they liked better), or after they received the order (could be a quality issue, or maybe a design issue. Hello!  I would love to see a feature added that allows us to upload a grouped SVG and then ungroup it into its separate layers after uploading it to Zazzle.   The interface on Zazzle limits our ability to quickly align and arrange elements with absolute precision, and the zoom still makes it difficult to see those finer details.  As such, it would be easy to create these in Illustrator, group together to keep the sizing/placement correct upon upload to Zazzle, then ungroup to give us the freedom to create with already perfectly scaled and aligned design.
