I would like to request that the Zazzle Email, which is a message to someone who has purchased from a Collection, be made available on ALL Collection Types please.. Currently it is only available on  Cross sell/Event Type Collections. I believe a Holiday-Christmas of Holiday photo cards (Type: similar style/theme) is as deserving of a Zazzle email message from me to a purchaser of one of my Holiday cards from my Holiday collection. Or a Gift Type themed Collection that is all, say, cats, is as deserving of a Zazzle email to purchasers as an Cross-sell/event. Particularly for earnings reports (but any report that gets generated as well), it would be very nice if onscreen navigation by entering a page number were possible. Currently the only way to sift through multiple pages is to use the beginning, back, end, and forward buttons, and this gets laborious very quickly if you have a few thousand orders to go through. I used to have the Zazzle Earnings app on my phone and found it really helpful for checking sales and referrals quickly. I deleted it by mistake and now I can’t find it anywhere. It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. Or it does I forget go to work on something else and discover the empty categories a week later. So I hardly bother and my store is just a mess. Please make it how it use to be.  ... View more

Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly.  I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with.  Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do.  (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process) and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky!  Please just STOP doing this. ... I am a coloring book designer and I would love the ability to add a stroke line color to fonts. That way I can have a white fill and a black outline on the text that people can color in.  As it stands now I have to put a background image that is white to cover behind the font of choice. Here is a sample of what I have created recently. I could only find a couple of fonts that can be colored in.   Custom Quote Adult Coloring Poster by SuzyLeeLo   Here is a sample of one where I attempted to do two layers of text. The back text is black and the text in front is white. I made the back text slightly larger to try and give that outlined effect. Hello, I just noticed that a Zazzle QR code is showing up on the back of my cards.  Did I miss an announcement about this? Unfortunately it messes up my logo and information I just created after Zazzle changed the attributions on the back a short while ago.  It's my understanding that the QR code will bring the customer directly to our store, which is great in some ways, but it might take away from my referrals, as I was putting my website on the back of my cards.  Would love to hear feedback from other creators.  Thanks! ... Hi Zazzle,  I have created image placeholder templates for different products. It has come to my attention that when a customer tries to add to cart a product with such a placeholder, the wording on the page can be better improved. My customer is confused by the wording that there is something wrong with the image itself. If the customer has not contacted me, they may have dropped the purchase. I am not sure how many more of such customers has actually dropped the sale thinking that there is an issue with the image.  Could the wording be changed to something along the lines of "We noticed you have not changed the image. If you would like to proceed with the same image, please select Add To Cart. Otherwise, choose Edit template to make changes to the image".   Thank you very much! Rusty ... View more

I think its high time that the minimum royalty before the carve out for designers (or creators or whatever we are deemed these days lol) should reflect the same thing that is happening everywhere. Prices on products have increased across the board, but we are still charged an additional fee after 14.9% which has been in place for a decade+. Should that not also reflect the times? We should be due for raises too! The minimum percentage that we place on our products before the carve out should be increased a bit in my opinion. Maybe 17 or 18%...    Thank you! Cheers.      ... It's been a while since I have clicked on that and just wow! You've efficiently packed a lot of great stuff in there and not a single link-out to someone else's products / stores. There's "other products from this collection" in case they missed that on the product page and "other products from this store" that scrolls 96 random products! I really love that the design description we wrote is in there, too, as I often write instructions in my description and now customers can see those instructions while inside the design tool where they need them. Now just to figure out how to coax customers to view that panel. Hmm. Maybe sometime in the future "about this design" could be its own button/menu option above the Creator one. If a customer has gone as far as entering the design tool to customize things, I think they'd be pretty likely to check such option out for info/directions. Anyway, great job! ... View more
