Just a small suggestion - would it be possible to remove the side column from storefronts (where the media section is) so the categories and products can go all the way across - like they do on the products page and collections page? The sidebar kind of creates a blank waste of space along the side for most of the page and causes the category images to be odd numbered with a blank spot on the front page. If you have 8 categories with images - looks great on the products page (2 rows of 4 categories - perfect!) - but on the front page - it shows oddly as 2 rows of 3 categories and 1 row of 2 categories with a blank spot. Particularly for earnings reports (but any report that gets generated as well), it would be very nice if onscreen navigation by entering a page number were possible. Currently the only way to sift through multiple pages is to use the beginning, back, end, and forward buttons, and this gets laborious very quickly if you have a few thousand orders to go through. It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. I think it would be wonderful if Zazzle offered a gift box or case to accompany the pens. Please consider adding something like this, as it would make for a much better presentation when giving as a gift. I recently got in to diamond painting and there's a lot of people buying what's called Coverminders which we use to hold back the plastic from the diamond painting. I'm not sure what they use to make them but I think acrylic or plastic seem popular and then vinyl stickers maybe with the image goes on top. Some use resin to protect the image. And there's a nice magnet on the back which is what holds the plastic. Im not sure the details but im sure the Zazzle staff in charge of the product designs and stuff would be able to figure it out. Hi Zazzle,  I have created image placeholder templates for different products. It has come to my attention that when a customer tries to add to cart a product with such a placeholder, the wording on the page can be better improved. My customer is confused by the wording that there is something wrong with the image itself. If the customer has not contacted me, they may have dropped the purchase. I am not sure how many more of such customers has actually dropped the sale thinking that there is an issue with the image.  Could the wording be changed to something along the lines of "We noticed you have not changed the image. If you would like to proceed with the same image, please select Add To Cart. Otherwise, choose Edit template to make changes to the image".   Thank you very much! Rusty ... View more

Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly.  I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with.  Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do.  (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process) and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky!  Please just STOP doing this. ... I am a coloring book designer and I would love the ability to add a stroke line color to fonts. That way I can have a white fill and a black outline on the text that people can color in.  As it stands now I have to put a background image that is white to cover behind the font of choice. Here is a sample of what I have created recently. The back text is black and the text in front is white. I made the back text slightly larger to try and give that outlined effect. I think its high time that the minimum royalty before the carve out for designers (or creators or whatever we are deemed these days lol) should reflect the same thing that is happening everywhere. Prices on products have increased across the board, but we are still charged an additional fee after 14.9% which has been in place for a decade+. Should that not also reflect the times? I have several things in my shopping cart and every time I go to another page the shopping cart pops open in the corner reminding me I have things I haven't purchased. It's super irritating. I always add things to my cart over a couple of days so I can place one order. Maybe that's not how most people shop, but it's how I shop. Hello, I just noticed that a Zazzle QR code is showing up on the back of my cards.  Did I miss an announcement about this? Unfortunately it messes up my logo and information I just created after Zazzle changed the attributions on the back a short while ago.  It's my understanding that the QR code will bring the customer directly to our store, which is great in some ways, but it might take away from my referrals, as I was putting my website on the back of my cards.  Would love to hear feedback from other creators.  Thanks! ... One thing that's always made it hard for me to be fully organized with my files in the image browser is that there is an option for "all images", "recent images", and "my folders" but no option for images that aren't in folders.  I want to go through my files as quickly as possible and find any that aren't already organized into folders and get them sorted quickly without having to sort through every single image I have in the "all images" option.  Please consider adding the ability to filter by files that aren't saved into folders. ...
