Currently the Homepage includes the About section at the top of the page. This section is cut off for some reason which makes the page not look as good as it could. My thought is that we move the Search bar up into the "Menu" bar, and also insure that the About section fully appears. I have included images of how the site looks now (Current) and what I think would be an improvement (Revised)

Yeah, so I just slapped on a faux neon design on one of the nifty new signs and it seems that we need a pop-up to let customers know it's not actually a neon sign, just as a "lace" or "wood" design has a pop-up. Thanks.

I love the new wording used for 'edit using design tool'. The only problem is that this is still hidden at the bottom of the pop-up window for 'personalize this template'. In many cases, especially for invites, this can be a very long list and thus a customer would have to scroll down this long list of template items before even finding this design area access. From the chat messages I receive, it's obvious that many customers don't even know that the design area exists. Why isn't this made a prominent option on the product page....why hide it in this out-of-the-way location??

Since collections are the main focus now, we need something in the back end to quickly see where items are missing from collections. If I search for a wedding design as an example, I would be able to find products that need to be added to a collection by scrolling down and looking for ones marked as zero. Products that belong in more than one collection can easily be picked up too. Currently, I have to click through each item just to see if they are in any collection and that is super time consuming.

RE: Replace product feature Recently I noticed a Replace product button to resubmit a product To the Z team: it would be nice if there was some guidance as to how much we can change without rejection? While the product rejection notice I received yesterday had an explanation (and some of it made sense). It will save both the designers and reviewers time if we knew what we generally can or can't do. The reason for my request is I just had a product I resubmitted after making some alterations. I changed the font which was a poor design choice (in my early days of inexperience). The text was also poorly aligned and the layout was chaotic. I though this was a good candidate for replacement. The reviewer though otherwise and for some of the reasons they mentioned, they were right. One reason mentioned: A customer revisiting the product might be disappointed by the drastic changes (their words.... paraphrased 🙂 Thank you in advance for considering some guidance.

I would love to be able to export the data from the Royalty by Product screen to an csv. It would also be super helpful if we could export our products with the stats we are able to view on the product page. Thanks!

Hi! When you lock any element of your design with the padlock or by marking objects as permanent and always visible to prevent modification, and then you want to transfer or copy and paste that design, the designer must unlock and unmark the objects, which is really annoying since they then have to lock and mark them again. Would it be possible to find a solution so that this doesn't affect the creator? TIA!

I recently made a couple of pillows and noticed the images of the pillows are smaller than previous ones I made - I believe before the in situ images were added. Both of these pillows are 16x16. I definitely prefer the larger pillow size. Can this go back to the way it was? Thanks

Back in 2015 Zazzle launched a special store, called Support Nepal, after an earthquake hit Nepal in April that year. Designers could submit their designs with a theme that would relate to Nepal. Thirty percent of the gross proceeds from the sales from products in the Support Nepal store would be contributed to the Direct Relief organization. And because this was a charity effort, designers would of course not receive a royalty for these sales. There is still a blog about this here... I would love to see Comfort Color T-shirts being offered. The Unisex 1717 t-shirt is very popular right now and I feel the t-shirt line needs to be updated. I think that these t-shirts would be very popular with bridal parties.

Now that we have insitus for Zazzle made pillows, are we going to get some for the round style pillows? They look like an unidentifiable lump of something or other. For Napkins, please offer Product Merchandising option of "All Options except Guest Napkins." This is the one shape that is so radically different from the other paper napkin sizes. As a result, designs (that are not patterned designs) that may look good on the other napkin sizes, don't look very good on the Guest Napkins. Alternatively (and this has been asked for in the past), please make it so we can just select (via tickboxes) exactly which options we can have our designs appear on. Thank you.

Thanks to @ColsCreations we recently discovered that thumbnail images for our stores on the home page do not always accurately represent the stores. Some include outdated images, or images that do not sell that well, while we have products and designs that perform much better. So my suggestion is: Please allow us to create thumbnail images for our stores just like we do banners and logos. This way every designer could choose the most appealing and accurate representation of their store. If thumbnail images are chosen based on customer's browsing history and are not stuck, then maybe we could create thumbnails for each most searched category for the algorithm to choose from? Any comments from the Z team would be greatly appreciated.

Before the conflicting rules came out re cover photos ie with text, without text I created a cover photo as such Info as accompanying this image would be a great way I believe to convert viewers to buyers as it demonstrates the great many features and options they have without them having to hunt for them!

It would be convenient if the Zazzle canned response message didn't disappear after the first message is sent. Sometimes I have to ask a customer for more information as they can be vague. Once I do that the canned response with the customer service link disappears. If it were still up I'd just click on it, then, edit it per each customer's specific needs.
