I frequently get customers who want to transfer a poster to a foam core board - usually a seating chart. And while I have most of them available in both formats, customers often don't know that, so they'll spend hours customizing the seating chart and then when they go to select the paper they realize that none of the choices are what they want.  Unfortunately, Foam Core boards are not one of the options for products that you can transfer the design to. Of course you can choose view all products, and search for it - yadda, yadda, yadda - but customers don't know that and it's way too complicated for most of them. So that leaves them with 2 options, they can either start over from the correct template, or they can contact me for help - and then I have to talk them through the process of sending me a share link so I can access their design. I get several chat messages per week that read something like: "Could I get this in the color blue?" I have no idea which product the customer is referencing, nor if they've already customized and/or purchased it. If there's some way we could get that information it would be a huge help. It's not that I mind copy/pasting my "this system doesn't let me see what you're working on" message, the problem is that figuring out what they're talking about usually takes 3-4 messages back and forth, and at least half of the time, they give up somewhere in that process so the sale is lost. If I could just get a little bit more information, I'd be able to provide them with a quicker answer without all of the back and forth. Here's the info I'd dearly love to have. 1) Which product is the customer referencing? Originally, the chat system included a link to the product, but that feature disappeared within a month or so and has never come back. It would be SUPER helpful to have that feature back. 2) Is the customer messaging about a product that they've already purchased? So often customers assume that I can see their order history and will know what they're asking about. If I could know that they've already made the purchase, it would save all the back and forth to figure that out and to get them over to customer service so they can get the help they need. Often these customers want to make a change to something they just bought - and by the time we get through with all of the back and forth the item is already in the print queue and it's too late for them to cancel and redo it.  3) Has the customer already customized the item? If they have, could the system give them the option to share their work in progress with me? I try my very best with creating engaging content on social media, but I am not sure if what I am posting is what I should be posting or if I am even posting it on the right platform, day or time. I also am not even sure if I am utilizing all the features that I could be utilizing on social platforms. Getting professional tips and tricks would be great. It's unbelievable how many "me too" posts are generated in the Tech forum. We need someone to lock all but the original post. Usually someone from Z has acknowledge the issue on the first post. But members don't seem to look for duplicate threads of the same problem and start another. Even writing on those duplicate threads with links to the original does nothing to deter other's from adding their "me too" posts. Would love to have the image options that are now available under the 'Share' button of our collections (portrait, square, landscape, etc.)  become downloadable like our product mockups. Right click and copying the image from there is really not clear enough to use for anything. For now, I download individual product mockups and make my own collection ads for posting on pinterest, etc. but it would be nice if we could just download a larger copy of the image already provided in the collection. ... While rectangular sizes have different aspect ratios and need to be published separately if you use frames and such, all square sizes can be served in one single product/design. It would be useful if you would add a Square Only publishing option for that matter. Especially considering that the design gets completely messed up when switching from square to rectangular sizes and vice-versa (an issue I have addressed at the beginning and you have confirmed to be a known problem). I know that the team is trying to steer customers towards the customer service team when they try to message designers but customers are still messaging us with non-design messages. I noticed that there is an alert on the actual message page before the customer types in their message to us - saying (again) that Creators are only responsible for artwork. But the font is tiny and it's a light grey colour. Any chance the tech team could make it bigger and bolder so the customer is more likely to read it? ... View more

Can there please be an option for us to choose which video "Insitu" to use for each product?  I am designing foil wedding invitation suites and I would like to choose which ones show with the product.  It is weird and off-putting to see a bold floral wedding invitation in the middle of a wreath with a red background.  That would work great on invites designed around that theme, but not others.  It would be nice to check the boxes next to the video Insitus that we feel work best with our designs.  Thanks for your time. ... I know this was marked solved on another post but it truly wasn't put into the Suggestions forum to begin with. I'm really going batty and blind trying to create transparent backgrounds on mugs, keychains and other products currently shown on white backgrounds. Because my time spent on designing has now doubled for one product (creating the design, using the Z design tool and now trying to create beautiful covers), I'd sure appreciate a better system to make cover photos. ... Currently in "My Images" we have the option to see: All Images Recent Images My Albums I'd like to suggest a third option  -  Unfiled Images It can be confusing to navigate My Images when there's a lot in there, and hard to know what's been filed and what hasn't. Being able to see Unfiled Images only (if selected; not suggesting it replace the other views) could really help with that. ... View more

This works for fabric and it works perfectly, could we please have the button to post other types of products for sale on phones? (I dont have a tablet so I dont know if this can be done on tablets?) It's so convenient, I tend to spend a few days designing and then upload a lot of designs over a day or two, its would be so helpful to be able to publish those designs when I'm not in front of my computer. It helps me to keep organized to do one thing at a time, so if I'm uploading a lot of designs I lose track if I have to publish each one before moving on to the next.   ... View more

How is a designer supposed to avoid repeating a specific content violation yet be sent a notice of content review with zero way of finding out which design is the offending design? In the email it says view image but... you get there and there's nothing but a blank white square box!!  If Z is concerned about sending us to an image of the product that has the content removed can you please simply include a thumbnail or screenshot of the within the email (not a link) of the product with a watermark over it? ... from the market place: if possible please consider keeping the products that already have sales. Some of my products, as soon as they are sold for the first time, disappear from the market place, perhaps because that is when the system detects that it is a "repeated" product according to the criteria it uses? An example: I have several t-shirts for kids in different colors with the same image (a logo), ok I admit it can be considered a repetition, my intention was to see which color the market preferred and delete the ones that didn't sell (I did this with other products in the past) but the problem is that the one that was sold disappeared right after the sale, the others are still on the market. As products that already sold are not subject to "Optimization Needed" shouldn't be missing either, in my opinion. or maybe I'm seeing this all wrong due to my lack of experience in these things 😳 Thanks! ...
