When I enter "paper bowls" as a search term when transferring a design to another product, the database of Zazzle products doesn't return the new 7" paper bowls. Entering "bowl" or "bowls" only shows the chili and soup bowls. Entering "plate" or "plates" is the only way to see the paper bowls, and they're the last of the search results. Thank you!

I've needed to use this a bit lately as people want to know about shipping for Valentine's Day. I know this seems minor but it reads "contact our customer support." The "our", in my opinion, is misleading. It would be better to leave out the our or say "Zazzle's customer support." I helps clarify that we are not Zazzle employees by showing we are a separate entity. -- I also think it's critical that when someone leaves a message for a designer that they are immediately shown they need to turn on email messaging, or given the option to turn it on right there if it is off.

I thought it might be very useful to have a separate forum category/subject for just the desgin tool in zazzle...it is so ocmplex now and so useful (thank you) but easy to forget the updates and what they do, and harder to find such in search. For example I only just remembered about the mask function today and tried it.That was a surprise! its like the clipping mask in Inkscape. I am sure newbies would love to be able to just look up design tool functions in a spearate heading/category

Yes, this has been asked before, I know. But I'm doing some serious envelope designing and editing, and trying to "cross-reference" my descriptions, telling the buyer which of the co-ordinating cards will fit with which envelope. My 'math brain' is hurting, because so few of all the cards (folded or flat) actually match up with the envelopes, particularly the A2 and A6 sizes. The A7 envelopes are easy enough - 5"x7" flat and folded cards. The square envelopes only fit the 5.25" square flat cards. (Wish we had folded square cards). But the A2 is 4.375"x5.5", and says it fits 'standard A2 4.25"x5.6" cards'. But Zazzle doesn't offer a 4.25"x5.6" card. The closest are the 4"x5.6" folded note/greeting cards, and the 4.25"x5.5" flat cards. And the A6 envelope is 4.75"x6.5", and says it fits 'standard A6 4"x6" cards'. Again, Zazzle doesn't sell 4"x6" cards. I'm saying it will work with the 4"x5.6" folded cards, and the 4.5"x6.25" flat cards. I had someone message me not long ago about which card would fit with a specific envelope, but my brain was 'cold', and I embarrassed myself trying to direct them to the right card. Am I missing something obvious that would make all this easier? It would be so nice to have card and envelope sizes that matched up better, as well as more envelope options for more cards, like the 3.5"x5", and maybe 4"x9" or 9.25"? Ok, and the little 3.5"x2.5" notecards. OK, just for all the sizes. There, I said it. Please. 🙂

It is such a boring, time-wasting effort to hunt down if a product does have the embroidery ability to it. Can Zazzle simple have a one-click-to-search for blank products that we can add embroidery to?

it seems this is becoming a huge problem right now, the review team are not able to keep up the update on the W8 form of many designers. why not automate them just like other sites. zazzle currently are accuse of many things. because they are not able to release payments for the designers. You can check the general discussion on this matter, someone even reported that zazzle withold his earnings for a year now.... is that even possible? with the increase number of people working on zazzle without automating this thing, will become a huge problem.

I would like to see the automated titles of the wooden gift boxes with tile insets changed to "trinket boxes" or some other appropriate name. They are much too big for a typical "gift box." If I was looking specifically for trinket boxes and jewelry boxes, I would never use the search term "gift box" to look for one. Please can you add Engagement as an Event/Occasion in collections, and/or change it so that the Invitations requirement of the Wedding category also accepts Engagement invitations. At the moment, when I put them in the Wedding Category Cross-Sell, it doesn't recognise the invites for the required slot, so I've had to put all my engagement collections in the Similar Style/Theme category instead, which is not ideal. I've also tried putting them under "other" in the events section and put Engagement in the "suggest a category box". Thanks very much.

I would be helpful if any time after we have uploaded a file to our file storage folders we'd have the ability to rename the file. There are numerous incidences where this would be helpful. Paper sheets are a popular product - used for all sorts of designs that don't lend themselves to existing products. The problem is that some of the paper options are bond-weight (foldable) and one is cardstock (the semi-gloss.) Customers do NOT understand this, and the descriptions don't make it clear, so we really need to be able to control the paper options so card designs can be restricted to semi-gloss, and foldable designs can be restricted to the bond-weight options. At the moment, the only way to control the paper choice is to choose "this size and media only" which restricts the options too much. We need to be able to restrict paper type independent of size, and we also need to be able to exclude one paper type (semi-gloss) for designs that are designed to be folded.

It would be really helpful to many designers, including myself, to add a rule of thirds grid line, perhaps as highlighted color overlay or in bold for many of the flattened products like invitations. Or as many products as possible if it's possible. Thanks for considering. -LauraLee

Can we rearrange the sections this way (or something similar), so that collections that are not events or occasions do not get lost in the abyss? Collection Class/Category - Event or Occasion - Business - Schooling - Art - Graphics - Backgrounds or Patterns - Comical - Politics - Other Then under each of these sections, we have the type of collection (cross/sell, similar styles, etc.) Maybe something like this is already in the works, but if not, can we? Pretty please 🙏

There doesn’t seem to be a good way to remove a group of products from a collection — sometimes it works if you select “add to a collection” (the one they are currently in) — but then you have to go and check the collection to see if it really happened. More steps then should be required, when the other would be really simple. Thank you. Vivian

The idea of a "to do list" in the back end of the store came to me this morning when sharing some of my products on social media. I realized that I had more girl birthday cards than boys. So I made a "mental note" to work on designing more boy themed cards. Suddenly, the idea dawned on me that it would be good to have a "to do list" integrated into the back end of the store, so I won't forget these mental notes that I make for myself. The list can even have a calendar attached where we can insert a date for completing a task with reminders when a deadline is approaching.

There is already a site wide first time buyers discount for 20%, but I think it would be really cool/fun to be able to offer my first time customers a discount code with a word that was specific to my store to use on social media and my website. Can we please either get more colors in the women's basic tee, or another women's tee with a wider selection of colors? The color selection is getting pretty dire in the women's department. There isn't even a pink for vivid print anymore in the women's shirt. Or if even basic tees become unisex (or something like the boy/girl basic tees where they are listed separately but are really just the same shirt using male/female models) so we can get the "men's basic tee" color selection in the women's department. Those do have a pretty nice color selection!
