Back in 2015 Zazzle launched a special store, called Support Nepal, after an earthquake hit Nepal in April that year. Designers could submit their designs with a theme that would relate to Nepal. Thirty percent of the gross proceeds from the sales from products in the Support Nepal store would be contributed to the Direct Relief organization. And because this was a charity effort, designers would of course not receive a royalty for these sales. There is still a blog about this here... Please don't mark already Hidden products as needing Optimization. It is confusing when we sort for all the products needing Optimization, because I have a whole folder of old Hidden products that I've made new version for, or are otherwise keeping just for reference. These are showing up along with the former Public products that are hidden by Zazzle for lack of views, and then I'm not sure whether a product I'm trying to optimize was hidden by me or Zazzle! I end up wasting time working on those products, only to find out that they were Hidden by me anyway!

RE: Replace product feature Recently I noticed a Replace product button to resubmit a product To the Z team: it would be nice if there was some guidance as to how much we can change without rejection? While the product rejection notice I received yesterday had an explanation (and some of it made sense). It will save both the designers and reviewers time if we knew what we generally can or can't do. The reason for my request is I just had a product I resubmitted after making some alterations. I changed the font which was a poor design choice (in my early days of inexperience). The text was also poorly aligned and the layout was chaotic. I though this was a good candidate for replacement. The reviewer though otherwise and for some of the reasons they mentioned, they were right. One reason mentioned: A customer revisiting the product might be disappointed by the drastic changes (their words.... paraphrased 🙂 Thank you in advance for considering some guidance.

Hello Zazzle Team! 👋 I’d love to suggest a new feature for the design tool that I believe many creators and customers would benefit from: the ability to add a border (outline) around letters and numbers frames, with customizable border width and border color. This feature would allow us to create more dynamic, bold, and eye-catching text effects — especially useful for festive, seasonal, or kids’ products where impactful typography matters. It would also help improve visibility when placing text on busy backgrounds or colorful designs. Some use cases where this would really shine: 4th of July and holiday-themed items Birthday invitations and custom party products Personalized gifts like shirts, mugs, and signs School and sports-themed designs (team numbers, etc.) Thank you for constantly improving the creative tools and supporting the designer community! I recently made a couple of pillows and noticed the images of the pillows are smaller than previous ones I made - I believe before the in situ images were added. Both of these pillows are 16x16. I definitely prefer the larger pillow size. Can this go back to the way it was? Thanks

It would be really helpful if we were able to select multiple SVGs in a design, and change the color all at the same time. Even if it was limited to "only 1-color SVGs" or "Only if it's the same file name" - so that we can make color swaps more efficiently. : ) Thanks!

Could we have a notation accompanying products chosen as PERFECT GIFT picks (in the same way that products chosen as Editors' Picks are flagged -- with a yellow star icon and the text "EDITORS' PICK" to the right of the icon). https://www.zazzle.com/collections/editors_picks-119036089277446232 Perhaps a giftbox icon and the accompanying text "PERFECT GIFT." On the individual product page, please explain below the Title what and why this product was chosen as the Perfect Gift. When I visit a product chosen as Editors' Pick, I can hover over the link that's just below the Title and it will tell me "This has been selected by Zazzle Editors as a top-quality or top-selling design". https://www.zazzle.com/whimsical_hedgehogs_in_an_english_country_garden_hanging_tapestry-256697410166280262 A similar explanation accompanying a Perfect Gift pick on its individual product page would be extremely helpful. The fact that there is presently no notation, definition, or accompanying explanation for Perfect Gift picks (even in the Help Center) leads me (and possibly potential customers as well) to believe that a product chosen as a Perfect Gift might be not as good one chosen as an Editors' Pick.

Thanks to @ColsCreations we recently discovered that thumbnail images for our stores on the home page do not always accurately represent the stores. Some include outdated images, or images that do not sell that well, while we have products and designs that perform much better. So my suggestion is: Please allow us to create thumbnail images for our stores just like we do banners and logos. This way every designer could choose the most appealing and accurate representation of their store. If thumbnail images are chosen based on customer's browsing history and are not stuck, then maybe we could create thumbnails for each most searched category for the algorithm to choose from? Any comments from the Z team would be greatly appreciated.

It would be convenient if the Zazzle canned response message didn't disappear after the first message is sent. Sometimes I have to ask a customer for more information as they can be vague. Once I do that the canned response with the customer service link disappears. If it were still up I'd just click on it, then, edit it per each customer's specific needs.

Now that we have insitus for Zazzle made pillows, are we going to get some for the round style pillows? They look like an unidentifiable lump of something or other. It would be great if we could easily and quickly sort and see which product types we should be focusing on by sales. Having it under Royalty Reports which can look at all stores simutaneously saves time. Example: We may "feel" we sell more stickers than buttons, because we keep getting mostly sticker sales. So, we make even more stickers. But, often it can be the case that just one or two designs in particular keep selling. Our false assumption creates stores with lots of one type of product, and, not a lot of others. Creating based on product types that sell, rather than by a particular popular product, may save us time, and, be more profitable for Zazzle. If this is too hard to do, you can just make the word TYPE which is already there clickable to sort it alphabetically?? Just an idea.... Thanks for all you do!

When creating a new Store Category at the post product for sale stage, it might make more sense for the Edit Category button (in the lower right corner) to be an OK button instead.

It would be really cool if we could customize door entry key cards that they use as hotels, business offices, security businesses etc. I know hotels for example use these by the gazillions and customize each one with a code at the time they hand them out to hotel guests. But they could be used for a wider variety of uses like VIP cards for entry to special events, corporate functions, promotional campaigns etc. etc etc.

I was wondering if it might be possible to add a statistic to our store’s back page to track which products have been shared? I know it would only work if the built in share buttons were used, but I still think it would be useful to help keep track of which items have been shared and which could still use some attention.

Hello! I would like to have the option to make "public", "hide" or "share only with link" option for collections, because sometimes I want to make collections with other creators products maybe because this creator product complement mine or I want to give customers particular options to choose from, sharing this collections on my website or blog but I don't want theme to be visible on Zazzle marketplace directly. Yeah, so I just slapped on a faux neon design on one of the nifty new signs and it seems that we need a pop-up to let customers know it's not actually a neon sign, just as a "lace" or "wood" design has a pop-up. Thanks.

Here's a helpful and less time consuming idea. Let's say you make a t-shirt. It would be helpful for a cover photo if we could upload the background and have someplace we check off that places the cut-out image of the t-shirt against our uploaded background. Right now, the cover photos seem to take too much time because we have to isolate the image to put it on the background but if this part was done for us, it would make uploading cover photos a breeze.

Hi everyone! I see how Zazzle keeps improving the connection between creators and customers. I was thinking that it would be cool to have an option allowing the creator to set online / offline status.
