Hello! I would love to see a feature added that allows us to upload a grouped SVG and then ungroup it into its separate layers after uploading it to Zazzle. The interface on Zazzle limits our ability to quickly align and arrange elements with absolute precision, and the zoom still makes it difficult to see those finer details. As such, it would be easy to create these in Illustrator, group together to keep the sizing/placement correct upon upload to Zazzle, then ungroup to give us the freedom to create with already perfectly scaled and aligned design. Thank you for considering!

Problem: Searches for the "Mommy to be" t-shirts, which are requested for collections for the baby shower category in the cross-sell types are not very organized. This may not even be very popular, since Zazzle doesn't sell maternity shirts anymore. So, why even request them? Strange as that is.... Searching for "Mommy to be" shirts, you'll see categories of "aunt" and "nana"....um, huh?? Trying different terms, such as "Mom to be" shirts, you'll see: "for him", "for pets".... Okay, so this whole transgender thing, um, I guess, idk?? Even if you put in the quotes for "Mother to be" and add t-shirts...that comes up with cards, toddler t-shirts, etc. in the first 8. What's going on there? And if you drop down by Category sort to "Women's t-shirts", hmmm, t-shirts just drops off the main search, and you end up with Men's t-shirts [image category at top] and Women's t-shirts [image category at top] with a slew of t-shirts not even related to a "mother to be". Really?? So in retrospect, I'll make one to fulfill 1 [only] collection request, but I can almost guarantee it won't ever surface to whatever category it is finally chosen for. Nor is it even a popular requested item, if you don't even sell maternity shirts, hello? And that's just according to the research that I've done. So, please tell me, what is the point? [rant over]

please consider offering spot varnish as an option for printing on stationery and paper products like greeting cards, invitations, rack cards, business cards, drink labels, brochures, diplomas, etc. like foil printing, spot varnish can convey a sense of sophistication while simultaneously elevating the (first) impression of an already premium design. as Zazzle already offers foil printing, this would also help broaden the range of its printing options. examples plus a quick intro on spot varnish printing can be found here Spot Varnish Printing For High-End Brands (resourcelabel.com) thank you for your consideration. Would love to see full bleed as an option for the kiss cut stickers. Some sticker designs need to be full bleed for a professional product. Thanks.

I made a trifold wedding program using standard 8 1/2" x 11" stationary paper. I had wished that they had an official trifold program template. The great news is that now there is a trifold brochure, so I created a wedding program with it. The bad news. I was disappointed when choosing the marketplace department, that it wasn't an option for wedding. Plus, I am unable to add it in the section designated for wedding programs in my collection. Is it possible that the new brochures could also be considered a program in weddings?

Thank you cards and announcements don't seem to have the digital download option available. Seems like they would be a natural fit for the feature.

I recommend that Zazzle remove all Zazzle Marketing attribution from All current cards. Create new templates for cards. Insert a blocked area, so that Designers are not able to apply any design in the blocked area on any cards created from the new templates. Advise designers to use the new templates and not to create a new card from an existing card. Show a warning to remind. After that, Zazzle can change up Zazzle Marketing attribution annually, or once a month , or every day, on all the cards created on the new templates, by placing the Attribution of the Hour in the reserved blocked area. This will help Zazzle to put an end to the practice of destroying the hard work of Zazzle's valued designers.

It would be great if the secondary content (background) designers were popped into the Creator Panel in the design tool BELOW the original product designer. This would prevent secondary content designers from getting unrelated messages and help direct the customer to the right person if they want matching items or have product questions.

I would love to see the zipper pouches make a come back. I've only been with Zazzle for a few years and these disappeared soon after my store really got going. I see so much potential with these for travel toiletry bags or school supplies and they would make fun gifts and party favors. Thanks for your consideration!

My daughter purchased recently 3 small size posters - THANKFULLY they were small enough she did not have to reorder but the way they were shipped were extremely careless. Each time they came in a PAPER cardboard envelope that had a huge crease down the center like the post office bent it along its journey to fit a cubby or something. She has a HUGE mailbox so it did not need to be folded to fit inside. The other thing issue is protection against extreme weather - our postal service comes late (sometimes after 6PM) so it sat all night in the mailbox during a heavy rainstorm. I know the poster comes in a plastic liner but in the morning the envelope was so drenched on one entire side had the contents been just a inch larger it would have affected the poster. And she had no idea it was in the mailbox..... but this is really not the point. Something like this should really be delivered UPS so it is left at your door - if this cannot happen then the packaging material needs to be a heavy duty plastic with some sort of non foldable insulation inside and even write DO NOT BEND - FOLD in large red lettering across the entire outside. As well something non foldable should be placed inside to prevent it from being folded and creased. I was really disappointed that this happened not just once but 3 times it came arrived looking identical - outside damaged and carelessly shipped. She also purchased wrapping paper and while that was left at the front door the cardboard box was too pliable - it too had a huge crease in the middle like it had been folded in half or something heavy laid across the center of the cardboard. What a shame!!! When she pulled the paper out of the box her beautiful wrapping paper had large dent in the middle; leaving a giant fold/crease across the entire roll of paper when unrolled for use. She had no time to reorder she just had to make the best of it - but it does reflect on Zazzle when things like this happen. Again this should be mailed in a heavy duty cardboard box that cannot be bent or damaged in case something heavy lays on top of it and a do not bend/fragile sticker - anything - should be marked on the outside. Hope this can improve as she is leary to order these types of items again in the future - it did leave a bad impression. As well I would think the cost of better shipping materials over flimsy ones outweighs the cost of re-shipping and production of duplicating orders.

I’ve only really paid attention to sales and such on Zazzle since last November, and I had never seen free shipping as a standard offering. I’m a huge advocate of Zazzle Plus, but I think offering free shipping for a short term ( like even a day or maybe for a weekend) would bring in more customers who could see the quality, and THEN might become a longterm customer and probably get the membership too. I’m bad about cancelling subscriptions before time is up, so I typically would NOT make use of the Zazzle Plus deal. I know I’ll probably forget, and so I’d never try it at all…and then move on to another place offering custom products. I think a “Black Friday” or “Cyber Monday” type event would be huge (just think about those “Prime Days.” Maybe they could even offer it further out to ensure things arrive by the holidays. Obviously they’d need to change shipping timeframes due to volume, so this could adjust for that, too. A random day would also ensure everyone doesn’t wait until they know the sale is coming to buy everything they want for the whole year. 😂 They could advertise this day to creators a week ahead of time and ask them to start spreading the word three or so days in advance. I don’t think it even needs to be on all product types. I could see how a huge once in a lifetime event like weddings might be a big risk if they’re concerned people wouldn’t come back (and small businesses starting up might be risky too), so maybe it could be focused on gift items. This would also help boost sales for the site in this area as well. A large number of the people I know who have heard of Zazzle know about their event offerings and don’t realize the massive amount of other products available. Just a thought. Many of my customers have complained about shipping costs. I try to drop my royalties to compensate, but I think there’s “sticker shock” and they don’t transfer the money (in their mind) I’ve attempted to save them so they could put it toward shipping. 🙂 …

These Zazzle Maker Moments Videos are great! https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMQHLsxd7kB0vMLvwKQEk06bsknh5FBk2 Am I right that the latest one is six years old? Now that social media is more video focused, designers would share these on their social feeds, which would bring good attention to the company. So please make more.

Would it be possible to have someone adjust this particular mockup (see example) for the stamps so that the wooden stamp is closer to the stamped design, and preferably a little larger? it could even overlap a corner of the stamped design, but it doesn't have to. Just please make it look like these two things are intentionally grouped together instead of randomly placed. Thanks! Cute Okapi Line Drawing Rubber Stamp by mscontrary

It would be great to be able to select products within a collection e.g. to use the action 'group these products'. Sometimes I see that products are not grouped, and I can't select them to be grouped because they are spread over several pages, while they are already in one collection, where they could be easily grouped if that functionality would be available.

I think that Zazzle should promote the possibility of digital downloads (especially for invitations) more. For example, point this out directly on the cover photos or make it easier for the artists to download the corresponding cover photos. Of course, it might not be so profitable for zazzle (although you could certainly decrease the maximum royalty percentage to 90%). But in my opinion, Zazzle definitely has a better position / competitive advantage over other providers (e.g. Minted) considering this option. And I have also found that customers buy both the actual cards and the digital version.

It's nice to be able to see how many link overs we have had but we need more information please. It would be nice to be able to click on the date and be able to view the landing pages of these lonk overs. If we are getting a high number of link overs on a certain product but it hasn't been purchased, it would help us see that and we can review that design and update it accordingly. Also, it would be nice to see if it was a link over from Zazzle promotion, an Ambassador promoting it, or our own promotion efforts.
