I kept thinking it was my eyes, but there seems to be a problem with the previews on the bottle labels. I'm hoping it's just a preview issue, not something about the printing process for these, but the colors just look WAY off. These cards use the exact same artwork as the bottle labels, but they don't even look close. Could this be fixed please? Thanks! Please make it possible to click on the checkboxes for multiple (continguous -- i.e. across the same row or rows) products in the backend using the mouse and [Shift] key (note: this was possible in the previous version of the backend). At the moment, I can only click on each checkbox individually. Thank You!

I first want to say that I really appreciate all the effort being put into making the website and the forum/community look fresh and new. Y'all work so hard--and I am really grateful. But--I also feel that I need to share some feedback on what isn't working for me and why. I believe that it all comes down to a difference in coding and viewer preferences between mobile devices and computer screens. Mobile devices can be tipped to change the layout from a vertical rectangle to a horizontal rectangle, but computer screens are all horizontal rectangles. The larger the computer screen, the more you can pack into that rectangle from side-to-side--but this isn't necessarily a good thing for the viewer's focus--which is mostly at the center of the screen, straight ahead. (which is why older versions of websites tend toward columns of information centered on the screen. With the new Zazzle backend format, in a full-size window at 100% normal size/resolution (my default) on my computer screen, I now have seven columns of products that fill my screen completely (and the category list has been pushed to the far left). While I can minimize and adjust the size of my screen to have fewer products--that just isn't how I typically interact with websites (or with Zazzle in particular) and this is too much input at one time on a computer screen. As someone who wrestles with issues related to focus, it's--incredibly overwhelming. I need and want more white space on the side of my screen. I'm relieved to see that the shopper view isn't doing this as well just yet--and I really hope that it isn't switched to the same. (I know shoppers who already feel quite intimidated by Zazzle's website) Please add in some coding that limits the overwhelm on the computer view of the back end or give us a "classic" view option that we can revert to as needed. Carrying this request over from the last forum. The Custom Cuteness Banners display products that are no longer available on Zazzle. Associates who wish to promote baby goods should not use these banners as it is false advertising. The products displayed can't be bought here. Hello, I'm glad on the select drop down menu you have the option to select discontinued products, but now the select all options is missing. I tried the drag to select and that didn't work either. So if we want to delete a whole page of products, or select all to make hidden products public, we have to click on each one individually which is time consuming. Thank you!

Maybe I'm missing the template? I'd love to see the full range of paper options added to the folded card templates. It would be great to have all the same invitation/flat card paper options available to create coordinating and matching folded thank you cards, greeting cards, and folded invitations. I just noticed that the locations of the action drop down list and share button under each product on the products tab are reversed from how they used to be. This is driving me nuts - I'm so used to clicking in a certain place for each for so long it's really messing with my workflow. 😧 Is it possible to switch it back?

Hey I noticed when you post in the forums in the emoji menu there is a category for custom emojis that isn't being used yet. Emojis aren't my top priority or anything, but since it is already there... Zazzle should make some! 😃👍

Regarding the coming backend changes to our store, this sounds great! I know we've been asking for a while to be able to bulk delete discontinued products. Thank you very much for listening to our suggestions. I just have one request, though. Can you please FIRST fix the current indexing issues with product merchandising changes not sticking, and moving products from one category to another taking days to update? And please don't break anything when you implement the backend changes, and DON'T do it on a Friday, LOL! Sometimes it seems like one little tweak breaks the whole site, and it always happens on the Friday, so we have to wait all weekend for things to get fixed!

It's always appeared to me that the speed style bottle openers preview backwards or at least left handed here. I'm accustomed to seeing them read left to right from the opener end of the tool (which is also the way I design them, no offense left handers..), but it means that they are upside-down if shown in the horizontal view.. here's an example - my trusty park tool speed opener - reads left to right and right side up when used right handed. vs Medieval Floral Illuminated Letter A Monogram Bar Key by Brightly_Illuminated

Many text fields, e.g. when replying, are small in height and the resizing (dragging) doesn't work, which makes it a pain to edit the content (Win10, Chrome, desktop). In some cases the resizing works, in other cases not. If it's a setting and not a bug of the tool you're using, please allow resizing on all text fields, or make them at least taller in height (especially on replies). Thanks!

I'm getting the impression from the things that Scott has said that Zazzle wants to use these particular forums almost like a submission form rather than an actual discussion in order to make it easier for the mods to keep up with feedback and technical problems. That makes total sense. So, my question is, if I have a related but slightly different suggestion, would it be preferable to start a new thread rather than replying to an existing one? I have resisted doing that in the past because I didn't want to create extra work for anyone by starting a new thread - but I'm starting to think maybe it would actually make it easier for y'all if I put things in a new post rather than in a reply on a long thread. Likewise, on the technical forum, if I have a related problem to one I see posted, would it be better to start a new thread rather than replying to an old one? Just trying to sort out the best way to use this new system. Thanks!

I know that the power of a database comes from its searchability and that crud in means crud out. Data input needs to be consistent to maximize usefulness. With posts here, we can all make up tags (data input) on the fly which is really cool but that means results from searching the forum will be as random as results searching the marketplace where what you get depends on what the designer/poster thought to enter which might be way different than what the searcher thinks to enter. Now that we have a high-end forum that's searchable by key words and/or by clicking on something in the tag cloud/list, we need some consistent tagging to really maximize the potential here to quickly find what you're looking for. Whether it's a Creator looking for help with the design tool, or a Customer looking for info on shipping options, or an affiliate looking for a certain design style .. I think having some consistent tags to choose from would help make things more cohesive. Even just for defining whether the question, comment, tech issue is with the forum or the website. I'm not saying we shouldn't be able to make up our own tags (we should, that's a cool feature and one probably most useful in the Show Me section) but there should also be a way to select from a set of common/standard tags already in use to tie like things together for the benefit of the searcher. I'm thinking of Stack Exchange as an example.

the Zazzle website works well in Dark Mode. however, from within the Zazzle design tool, darks and lights in the design space do not always render correctly (unless one looks at the Preview thumbnail).

I am not sure if that ever came up, but while trying to clean up / organize my products, making them ´´hidden´´, I realised that we should be able to do the same with the whole collections. For example, now I wouldn´t mind hiding Christmas ones, which will make the shop look tidier. I looked for that option but couldn´t find it.

It's nice to be able to see how many link overs we have had but we need more information please. It would be nice to be able to click on the date and be able to view the landing pages of these lonk overs. If we are getting a high number of link overs on a certain product but it hasn't been purchased, it would help us see that and we can review that design and update it accordingly. Also, it would be nice to see if it was a link over from Zazzle promotion, an Ambassador promoting it, or our own promotion efforts.
