Hello! Not too new here and I have come to the conclusion that categories are not easy for me. Is there a chance to update the old instructions? I am viewing the page with a desktop iMac. When I attempt to move items from one category to another, or organise/manage my categories, there are all sort of problems. Zazzle instructions come from the link here: https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-gb/articles/220679787-Store-Category-Sorting-and-Browsing they say: How to Set Up a New Category with Custom Icon Go to your Public Products page, click on "All Categories" in the left-hand navigation, and click on "Add new category" under the "Store Categories" title.' This is all clear but in my page I can see nothing called All categories. And the word Categories is not clickable. Surely in the shop management page there should be an option that when I select a number of items I can move them to a category? But for some reason some end up in Collections and this is not the same. Several members kindly tried to help me but while they can see ALL Categories, I do not! Thanks for your help!

I just checked the Xmas in July sales - and was overwhelmed. So (too) many truly nice products on nice sales, and only 3 days lasting. This a) gives promoters only a short time span to react - please consider that you need the first day to create your promos and that if you use ads, these ads usually have to be revised first and will start only on day 2 (you can't rely on promo emails cuz the items often change), and b) too many products on sale all at once means a way too broad field to promote. Not to mention that designers with small stores will have a hard time doing anything. I personally would love to have weekly sales with nice discounts on a handful of truly nice products and smaller discounts on a few more products. Consistent over the weeks. This gives more time to concentrate on some products, create these products, and prepare promos and ads without rushing and letting them run for a longer period, which helps a lot for visibility and efficiency. A suggestion (not a criticism) based on my own preferences - others may have a different one. I'm curious to know how other designers feel - I personally am always overwhelmed in such cases.

Closing Stores - Setting Stores and Products to Private/Hidden – Zazzle Help Center "While there is currently no way to delete a store on Zazzle, you can set it and all of the associated products to private/hidden." It would be cool if we could offer our customers who want a better party supply solution (for both corporate and consumer) plastic cups, plates, bowls, and utensils And it would also be cool if we had arts and crafts quality aprons (as opposed to just kitchen aprons). Aprons one can use for schools, crafting, craft parties etc.

I tried to find an existing thread for this but couldn't find one so apologies if this is a duplicate. It's my turn to be in the A/B test with the alert bell on my profile. 1.) Could the alert number be a different color (not red, since it doesn't require a response)? Could the bell be placed all the way to the right side of our profile pic so that the chat remains more prominent, since THAT is an "action" item, while the bell alerts are "passive/nonurgent" items. 2.) It's listing the quantity sold as though it's an individual sale. No, I didn't get 144 sales within the last half hour. That would be lovely. But it's really a few sales that resulted in a total quantity of that number of cards. I feel like it's toying with my emotions. : ) Maybe I'm missing something (I'm all ears), but I'm not finding the actual/functional usefulness, aside from locating those spam accounts lol - because I have nothing specific to do when someone follows me, and use the actual stats reports to check sales. I'm not opposed to it existing, but the manner in which it is "alerting" me is functionally distracting from actual work processes while on-site. It pops up a bright red number every time a page refreshes, and I keep thinking I should be responding to a chat or that something is wrong? Yep, I'm one of those people who HATES alerts and has to have my message counts down to zero on every app I own. 🤣 I practically jump when that thing lights up in the corner.

I keep wondering why the only insitsu image of the Espadrilles shows an image of them that is not what the creator published. This is very confusing to the customer. Could we not have an insitsu of what was actually designed and published? Below is an example of what I am referring to. Take a look at the insitsu image. It does not match what was published. It is a small but useful item for cleaning rings and other jewelry. it could also be a great accessory item for bridemaid gift bags. Men's accessories jewelry. Also for many small businesses of jewelry or other business advertising. I got one from a funeral home with their logo on it. I have worn it out, but I still use it, because it is an awesome item to own. thank you, Sherri

I love the gift idea but I am very disappointed that only the item you choose shows up! For example I design kids watches so looked to see if mine was in the mix https://www.zazzle.com/featured/gifts+for+kids but when I went to the kids watch you choose to display all the links went solely to this creator 😐 and this one watch, no one else got a look in? I know Zazzle has lots of lovely designs but it is a bit odd every link goes to this one product for kids watches by this only and frankly very very lucky designer! I get it they maybe a gold seller or a favorite but it would be nice to give the rest of us some chance of having our unique art and designs actually seen by the customers! ie the shop now button should point to https://www.zazzle.com/s/kids+watches as you have previously done to show a variety of designs on in this case kids watches. I really hope you consider more than just the one designer or make the shop now reflect the diversity of designs available. Thank you for you consideration. Sarah

I know we narrowed down our choice of apparel options but a pocket tshirt is a pretty standard basic in an apparel line. I have a customer today who is looking for a quantity of them and I keep having to tell customers who request them that we can not accommodate them.

I tried adding this post elsewhere but I keep getting the Please Verify you are Human button. I hold it down and it doesn't matter. I can not do my work and now is the only time I have to do it. Why is this happening again? It went away for about a month and the last two days I have been stopped in my tracks due to this. No matter where I try to do something it happens. Please help. I have to try and do a lot because my time is limited then this happens yet it doesn't fix after following directions. I sometimes wish I were a robot and stuff might get done,

Please offer vertical orientation as a Design Placement choice for throw blankets within the Zazzle design tool (note: this option already exists for fleece blankets, although "horizontal" would be a more apropos choice than "Front" there). It's easier than turning one's head 90 degrees to the right while designing. 😉 Thank you W.H.

I love that Zazzle makes it possible for us to follow different shops, but I think this feature isn't really utilized to its full potential. In marketing emails I receive from other print on demand sites, I often notice suggestions of new products from creators I follow there. I wonder if in the daily marketing emails Zazzle sends out that they would ever consider adding a section that would be something along the lines of "new items from shops you follow." I realize it would not make sense to include every single new item from every single shop one follows, but just highlighting a few new designs in an email might help to boost sales. I would assume there must be a way to set up some sort of code/algorithm that would pull a few designs from shops that the user follows. Just my random suggestion.

I'm designing an invitation with multiple text templates (on my laptop) and when I hit the button to personalize it I was confused before figuring out how to reach the bottom to Want to customize this design even further? You have to scroll down the page before the scroll bar shows up on the Personalize this template. I didn't even notice the scroll bar at first - I just saw the Personalize this template shrinking away. People with larger screens shouldn't have this problem. It didn't take me too long to figure it out, but it was a bit frustrating.

Since zazzle suggests quality over quatity, would it be beneficial to show 1 item when a products is grouped by color??? This way customers don't get as overwhelmed searching through all the products to find the one design they like. Leading to frustration and going to shop somewhere else. It would also allow more space for shop owners & less frustration in marketing their products. To alert customers of multiple color options for a product, a small "multiple color choices" banner or flag could be displayed where this option is available. Rather than just 3 little dots that only designers see. Any thoughts or opinions???
