I create custom baseball cards using Zazzle business cards and sell quite a few of them. However, I'm convinced that I don't sell as many as I could, simply because that many potential customers don't want 100 cards of the same player. A customer messaged me a couple of days ago to ask me if I sold custom baseball cards in packs of less than 100. She wanted to make three different baseball cards of her niece with three different photos in packs of 25. I had to inform her that unfortunately I had no control over that. That is a lost sale of 75 cards. There might be others like her that thought the same but didn't bother to inquire. How many times could I have sold a pack of 50 cards or 25? At the very least, Zazzle should have an option to break up a set of 100 into sets of 25, that way creators can design 4 different cards in the same pack. The typical national flag size is 3'x5'. The current flag size of 27'x40" does not accommodate most national flag images. Worse still, it does not match the size of a standard flag that it might be paired with on a display. I recently found out that more than 10 media items (photos and videos) can be added to the All Media section of our stores. I mentioned this idea in the old Z forum, but I thought I'd bring this up here, too. It would be great if we had the ability to select multiple designs for batch change of merchandising options across the same product type (e.g. throw pillows). We obviously wouldn't be able to get thumbnail previews of each individual product, but if implemented, this would be a huge time savings feature, especially for those of us who have thousands of designs on that product type to change one by one.  Thank you for your consideration, W.H. Hey Zazzle Team, I know it's a big ask, but I wondered if you might try working with Pinterest to get them to allow Zazzle stores to have a business account? Pinterest stats show a 70% higher rate of sale when pinners tag their products in a lifestyle image. Currently Pinterest does not allow Zazzle stores to have a Pinterest business account. They do, though, allow Etsy stores, so however it needs to work with a merchandising platform that allows people to have stores on the platform, does work on Pinterest. I'd really not like to have to go to all the extra effort, expense, and time of creating a website that I then must maintain simply so I can tag photos. Hoping you'll consider this idea! I design images on my Power Point on my Laptop and then upload to my Zazzle product. I find that on Power Point, one can copy, paste, move around, add backgrounds (though I use the Zazzle backgrounds too), add text (though I use the Zazzle text tool too), use more filters such as color, artist filters, correction image, borders, etc. I save my final image or images on JPEG, then I upload to the incredible design page on Zazzle. I can arrange all my predesigned images etc. and voila, all done! I can "fill" an image on my product and use it for a background and then upload more to add and arrange. Zazzle makes this so easy to do and then of course, one has the extra Zazzle tools such as: filters, white only, sizing, backgrounds (remember: if you use the solid backgrounds offered you can sell your product; however, if use the beautiful other choices, you cannot sell, cause not your orginal, I think.)  Thank you for reading. I think it would be a really good idea for Zazzle to have a special person to be a liaison between designers and the printers, with a special messaging button or email address just for that. That would make it easier, when we order samples and see that something isn't right, to actually work with somebody knowledgeable about the designing and printing processes, to determine the problems and work toward a solution. Customer service is fine as far as they go, but we need a way to work more closely with the printers, to know if a design or colorway is feasible, and to ensure that the problems are fixed for all future orders, and not just for my replacements. This would probably save Zazzle a lot of money on returns and lost sales, as well. ... View more

I'd really appreciate it if we could download the designs that we create in the designer/creator design tool. It would be really helpful when creating personalized mock ups/cover photos since I don't have some of the design tool fonts.  It would also be helpful for cover photos of products where I've used the design tool tiling.  Since download is available in the Create tool which is free to everyone, it seems strange that the ability to download our own designs isn't available to us in our design tool. I clearly don't know the ins and outs of it, but since the Create design tool appears to be the same, it seems like it would be an easy feature to add to our design tool. It would be super helpful if there were a few larger standard sizes offered for the square shaped foam core boards. Presently, the largest standard size is 24x24 inches, so customers often don't realize that they can choose a bigger size - up to 40x40 inches. I guess they don't understand the spinners, or don't see them, or just think that 24x24 is the biggest size. Soooo, frequently, they'll choose a vertical or horizontal shape, when what they really want is just a bigger size. Once they do that, it's a mess - especially for seating charts because, of course, the design does not adjust to the new aspect ratio. It would be so very helpful if there were a few bigger standard sizes offered so customers could easily get a larger size square board without messing up the design by accidentally changing the aspect ratio. I'm not a fan of the banner. It just looks a bit internet 1.0 to me. Could we please get rid of it and just have the collections cover image with the layer like this or something similar? Or at least give us the option to display the page something like this when there is no banner added.
