It would be great for designers to know from viewing an item in the store weather or not it is currently in a collection. More to the point does it need to be optimized.  I would love to be able to tell before I promote an item from a collection if it is currently showing up to buyers or is it marked to be optimized. The only way I can tell now is when looking at backend items that need to be optimized. I have promoted numerous items from collections only to see them with optimization needed later in the backend. It would be so great if, when we are in a collection, we could delete items from them. I have been reorganizing my store and deleted some items without first removing them from collections. I just read the post about Products not showing up on backend past page 10  in Technical Issues.  I can get to page 83 and I have 417 pages (when I include all the hidden and discontinued products).  I tried years ago to put everything in categories but I am not sure I ever finished.  Now that we cannot go through our stores page by page to make sure we have everything in the appropriate categories, it would be useful to be able to choose an option under "Product Visibility" to view all products not assigned to categories, as well as, products not assigned to collections. I am assuming this is not a technical issue because I noticed this around the time that the marketplace pages were limited but just assumed our store backend pages had been limited as well. But even if it really is a technical issue it would make it much easier to find those products that were never assigned to the appropriate category/collection. If I had to choose between one or another, right now I would choose category.  The reason why I would choose category is because we can edit the products either singularly or in groups and see products' statistics in the categories (including their visibility).  I have been wishing for this ever since I discovered not being able to see all the pages and may have suggested it on the old forums.  I just don't remember.  Also, if this is a technical issue, please relocate to appropriate board. From time to time I have customers who think Zazzle previews regarding invites show two pieces of paper. This has recently raised a complaint as when the customer asked me if her invitation would be on one piece of paper or two, I, of course, said 'one'. However, having placed her order and received them, it appears that what she meant was: 'will all the text appear on the front side'? Which is quite different. She mistakenly thought the back view of the image was a second sheet of paper and I hadn't realized this was what she was thinking (this might be obvious to others, but it never occurred to me) and now of course she's upset to find text on the reverse of her invite as per the 'previews'. A small twiddle re previews (overlay text) just to say 'this is the front view' and 'this is the back view' would help negate this issue going further. Many thanks   ... View more

I was hovering over the notification bell where it shows you sales that were made etc. and noticed this message: you have two products that may need optimizing, review now So naturally I clicked on the product thumbnail image displayed and guess what? It didn't take me to the product to review it 🙂  Where it took me was a page of products that could use some help (some hidden some not public)  Now it's possible that since it was mentioning two different products together it decided just taking me to the page where products might need optimizing or? Hello! I normally finish my custom designs using the Zazzle designing tool and I find it will be nice for me if I can use the following features: 1. Once I use the tiling effect I would like to be able to move the pattern to the position I want because I can change the size but not the position without creating blank spaces in the pattern. 2. The column layout is different between Storefront and Store Management views. In Store Management there are 5 columns. In the Storefront (Public View) there is only 4 columns. As the nexus of what our design space could look like I would love us to have the opportunity to work with a modular design space where we as the designer could click an Edit button to be able to move different parts of our design space around to suit our needs. For example: you may as a designer be able to drag and drop the left side menu to the right side or you may want to drag the right side design tools to the left side and when done click a box finished and start designing with the different modules where they are most convenient for your workflow. Or you might even be able to hide some parts of the workspace that are a distraction to your workflow. I've uploaded one or two parts of our design space as examples of parts of our design space that could become modules that could be arranged.  I know this is a "way out there' idea but it would be just one more way to customize our design space that might help speed up our workflow.   ...
