Note I am referring to the 'details' portion of the product page where all the template fields appear in a single list. And NOT the editing page the customer sees after 'customize further' etc. I myself currently add the word 'REVERSE ....' when adding a template field to the back of something before saying the purpose of that text field. It is not always obvious to the customer which side of the template they are editing from their view unless they enter the customization tools. It would be great if the system automatically had a fail-safe where the template field always indicated which SIDE of a document, card, invitation they were entering text for.

I'm pretty sure this was discussed in the old forum but I don't know if it's in the works to be fixed?? I've seen other designers mention this, so I know I'm not the only one who accidentally sends garbled, unedited, half-messages by hitting the return button in chat. Since I'm not a very good typist, my answers usually require a lot of editing before I dare hit send....and with Chat I'm often left red-faced; my goobledygook has been sent and it can't be edited. Sigh.

I want to call your attention to the Stone Coasters. As it stands, there are 4 different styles. In question are the names of the "limestone" and "travertine" styles. Travertine is limestone, and therefore creates confusion with the style names of these two. There are different styles of travertine according to articles I have read about it. The style of travertine shown in this Zazzle product is referred to as "tumbled travertine" because of its rustic and aged appearance. I would strongly recommend that Zazzle rename its "travertine" style coaster to "rustic travertine" to clarify any misunderstanding between that style and the smoother "limestone" style. For some reason on our public profile, only the reviews we have left for others are public. It would be really helpful to have the reviews we have received made public on our profiles. There have been a few occasions when I have needed / wanted to refer a potential customer to my reviews, but I can't?

I know this has been discussed to death, and I know Zazzle is analyzing data from the test run, but I just want to add another voice to the chorus begging for this feature. I just had to delete about 30 products that I'd already promoted because I discovered that I forgot to set the inner fill property on the photo template. It just kills me not to be able to fix things like that, and deleting products after they've already been promoted is such a messy solution.

the FAQs Help - Zazzle link goes to a page called Help. It might be better to call this page FAQs, to avoid confusion with the Help menu to its immediate right. for the Help Zazzle Help Center menu It might be better to open this link in a new window, as there is no link on the Zazzle Help Center page that takes the user back to the Zazzle Community Forums (yes, you could always use the Back button). for the Creators, News and Information, and Community Help and Feedback links, I think it would look more aesthetically pleasing if the sub-menu choices under each of these sections were left aligned as opposed to their current [center] alignment. BTW, thanks for adding the Community Home link, and I really like the more compact organization of the sections for these menu links. Thanks again, W.H.

Hello, I'd like to know if you will still be sending 1099s since those paid with paypal will receive a 1099K due to the new laws. The way I read it you should NOT send a 1099 if you pay via paypal, venmo, etc, now. The reason being is it will show that my income is double what I actually earned - since by law you must claim all 1099's. Even Turbo Tax suggestion is WRONG when it says you can simply deduct the double in earnings section because that still will show your gross earnings as doubled - potentially putting you in a higher tax bracket as well. There is going to be a lot of glitches next tax season as most of us would like to avoid a knock on the door by the IRS. Thank you so much.

Thank you Zazzle for the "Auto Save on the "In Progress For Sale Posts". Love it! It would be great to also have an auto save for when we are optimizing our product details. First of all, the new search function on all the boards is fantastic. Having the ability to search by board, and by users etc., is awesome. Thank you to all those who I'm sure have worked hard to put this together. 😍 When accessing the different search options, I instinctively clicked first on the little arrow beside 'Idea Exchange' expecting a dropdown menu. When that didn't happen, I thought there were no other options available. I only found the other options when I clicked the text accidentally. Suggestion: please make the arrow clickable as well. Question: I'm not clear on what some of the options mean. What does 'this category' refer to? How is 'Knowledge base' different from 'All community'?

I would love to see the page numbers on both the top and the bottom of the pages in the backend of my shop and in "my images". The ability to actually choose a certain page would also be very helpful. When you have to go through many, many pages it can be rather annoying to have to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the arrow for the next page and then the page goes back to the top and you have to scroll back to the bottom to choose the next page. If I'm trying to get to page 65, for instance, that extra scrolling really eats up a lot of time that otherwise could be used for doing something more constructive. Being able to choose a particular page instead of going through many pages one at a time, would also save tons of time.

It would be fantastic if when your transferring a design from say a button to a keychain that the title would also change to keychain instead of (example) Big Blue Button Keychain. It's easy to forget to take out the word "Button". Also, would be nice if the computer can insert the correct product category as keychain. Rather than just "suggesting" to change the category. I think 9 times out of 10 most people would want to change it to keychain if that.s what they just transferred an item too.

Has anyone else had problems with cards printing low res on the outside from the printer in PA? All my images are to size and high-res, I have replaced all images with brand new ones for a third try, still, the outside is pixelated (including the Zazzle logo and heart) not part of my artwork, and the logo I use on all my cards that usually prints high-res. I have many designs and they have always printed beautifully. I have gone through the return help desk twice already. I don't know what to do, it's like they are using a picture of the file, not the artwork.

I use collections a lot and often group similar niches/themes together in one collection. I like to link to an entire collection on Instagram (using link tree or something similar). Since the collections can sometimes become rather large, it would be great if customers could sort collections by product department - like clothing & shoes, craft & party supplies, home & living, etc. This would make our collections more like mini shops. Thanks for considering.

My daughter purchased recently 3 small size posters - THANKFULLY they were small enough she did not have to reorder but the way they were shipped were extremely careless. Each time they came in a PAPER cardboard envelope that had a huge crease down the center like the post office bent it along its journey to fit a cubby or something. She has a HUGE mailbox so it did not need to be folded to fit inside. The other thing issue is protection against extreme weather - our postal service comes late (sometimes after 6PM) so it sat all night in the mailbox during a heavy rainstorm. I know the poster comes in a plastic liner but in the morning the envelope was so drenched on one entire side had the contents been just a inch larger it would have affected the poster. And she had no idea it was in the mailbox..... but this is really not the point. Something like this should really be delivered UPS so it is left at your door - if this cannot happen then the packaging material needs to be a heavy duty plastic with some sort of non foldable insulation inside and even write DO NOT BEND - FOLD in large red lettering across the entire outside. As well something non foldable should be placed inside to prevent it from being folded and creased. I was really disappointed that this happened not just once but 3 times it came arrived looking identical - outside damaged and carelessly shipped. She also purchased wrapping paper and while that was left at the front door the cardboard box was too pliable - it too had a huge crease in the middle like it had been folded in half or something heavy laid across the center of the cardboard. What a shame!!! When she pulled the paper out of the box her beautiful wrapping paper had large dent in the middle; leaving a giant fold/crease across the entire roll of paper when unrolled for use. She had no time to reorder she just had to make the best of it - but it does reflect on Zazzle when things like this happen. Again this should be mailed in a heavy duty cardboard box that cannot be bent or damaged in case something heavy lays on top of it and a do not bend/fragile sticker - anything - should be marked on the outside. Hope this can improve as she is leary to order these types of items again in the future - it did leave a bad impression. As well I would think the cost of better shipping materials over flimsy ones outweighs the cost of re-shipping and production of duplicating orders.

It would be cool to have table place cards sold in smaller packs (maybe 12-15 would be a good number?) so they could be preprinted to include the table numbers. Only the guests names would have to be done by hand. If it was a quantity that allowed for a few extras for each table, in case mistakes are made with names, that would be perfect. I think most round wedding tables seat 8-12?

As the medium and large trinket trays are of the same shape, please add 'This Shape Only' for the Merchandising Options. Going forward, it would also help if creators could select multiple merchandising options and not be constrained to the choices in the current drop down menu. Thank you, W.H.
