Today I was searching for a way to change my payment method on the Zazzle black settings. My payment method was outdated, so I wanted to auto renew it with the correct account. There is no where to do this in the account level. So, I had to delete the old payment method, hence dropping my auto renewal payment. If I could've changed it within my account, it would be simple for me. I suppose deleting the old, and then adding the new will have to do, but seems odd today for this to be. There are more reasons today than ever that we would have to change our payment methods. I just think it would be more customer friendly and easier, to control our payment method on the account level, instead of bugging a customer service rep or doing what I just did.

I’d like to suggest a vertical product view image for the large Hershey’s candy bars. Also, the ability to change their design placement from horizontal to vertical inside the design tool. The candy bars could work really well for vertical designs. Right now, it’s hard to express those designs to a potential customer. It’s harder if the design also has editable templates. Since certain Coffee shops are slowly phasing out the use of paper cups for their beverages, what about having reusable hot and cold coffee tumbler cups that people can take with them. Likewise, cup sleaves for hot beverages should be an add-on or separate customizable gift. Some of the reusable hot drink cups that I have seen on the market for aren't insulated. So, while it is capable of holding a hot beverage. It isn't comfortable to hold due to the warmth of the contents. So having something like a can koozie that can be placed around a standard hot drink cup could be something that people would enjoy having.

The ceramic bathroom soap pump and toothbrush holder was one of my best sellers, they are now listed as 'discontinued'. Can we get something like this again? Also a larger kitchen sized soap pump sold on it's own would be great.

As it is now these are the selections for hand fans - see below - is there a way to move or fix the wedding category to party supplies and not programs? A wedding program is much different than a hand fan. I tried to do a manual search and still nothing populates. Over the course of my lifetime have I been given or used fans for weddings but only once was it used for a marketing event. All the fans in the weddings were never used as programs? I feel like these are too cute not to be classified correctly and go unseen. When adjusting the line spacing between multi-line text, the baseline of the first line of text does not stay in place. It scoots up or down as you increase and decrease the line spacing setting. It's especially noticeable when anchoring text to the top or bottom of a text box. So even when you just need to slightly tweak line spacing to line up with other things in the design - the rest of the text changes position too, and you have to start all over again when trying to align text with other elements. It would save design time if the text stayed in place. I can explain better or do a video if needed to clear up what I'm trying to say 🙂

It would be really helpful if the "border thickness" setting on shapes and lines would scale when you use the +/- or the scaling handles/drag to scale. Right now the borders just shoot out super large when scaling down, or to almost invisible when scaling up, and you have to reset everything one by one. Thanks!

RE: Replace product feature Recently I noticed a Replace product button to resubmit a product To the Z team: it would be nice if there was some guidance as to how much we can change without rejection? While the product rejection notice I received yesterday had an explanation (and some of it made sense). It will save both the designers and reviewers time if we knew what we generally can or can't do. The reason for my request is I just had a product I resubmitted after making some alterations. I changed the font which was a poor design choice (in my early days of inexperience). The text was also poorly aligned and the layout was chaotic. I though this was a good candidate for replacement. The reviewer though otherwise and for some of the reasons they mentioned, they were right. One reason mentioned: A customer revisiting the product might be disappointed by the drastic changes (their words.... paraphrased 🙂 Thank you in advance for considering some guidance.

For the Recipient Category --> Kids, can you add just "Baby" (in stead of having to choose baby boy or baby girl)? Esp. in creating nursery items, i don't want to have to choose if it is for a boy or a girl. Thanks

As it is now for water and wine labels below are the only choices? What if it is a baby shower or birthday ? Or better yet a graduation anniversary? I just do not understand why it is only a choice for wedding event then school or business? And as far as home goes unless I am wrong the only people choosing this would be those looking for labeling their pantries? That is what I think when I see this category. I have yet to choose this for anything? I do not know what I am missing but it would make so much more sense to have a general party category- not everything is wedding. 🙂 Thank you because I have tons of water and wine labels that are just floating around in these other categories and they really do not belong in them. Someone already mentioned bed sheets. I would add 104x88" blankets, too, to complement the bedding sets. Many people prefer the classic sheets-and-blankets combo over duvets and comforters. Comforters would be the cherry on the cake.

Question for Zazzle In creating products with a fancy monogram which does not use any Zazzle fonts, could it be possible to have alternative letter options uploaded to that specific product for the customer to choose instead of creating 26 separate products. Example: If I create a sticker with this monogram, just like having the color choices we now have, it seems like it would be advantageous to have the full alphabet available for a customer.

I create custom baseball cards using Zazzle business cards and sell quite a few of them. However, I'm convinced that I don't sell as many as I could, simply because that many potential customers don't want 100 cards of the same player. A customer messaged me a couple of days ago to ask me if I sold custom baseball cards in packs of less than 100. She wanted to make three different baseball cards of her niece with three different photos in packs of 25. I had to inform her that unfortunately I had no control over that. That is a lost sale of 75 cards. There might be others like her that thought the same but didn't bother to inquire. How many times could I have sold a pack of 50 cards or 25? At the very least, Zazzle should have an option to break up a set of 100 into sets of 25, that way creators can design 4 different cards in the same pack. As I mentioned, I sell a lot of the packs of 100, but I'll wager that I would sell even more if customers had the option to order smaller packs.

When the system automatically adds a title to something that can be purchased in different sizes, can it NOT add the size it was originally created on? Example: Christmas stockings - can be purchased Small or Large. I design small. If I allow the system to automatically add Christmas Stocking to the title I type, it actually types SMALL Christmas stocking. Now, considering that it is not only small, but can be upgraded to large, this makes not sense to me. There are other products like this also - and frankly, it frustrates me.

I create and sell a lot of custom baseball cards, using Zazzle's Mighty size business cards, which are the exact dimensions of a standard trading card (2.5 x 3.5). The paper type I choose is Signature UV gloss because that is what is recommended for photography. However, it is only available in an 18 pt thickness, and I would like to offer my customers the standard trading card thickness, which is 35 pts. I would love to be able to promote my trading cards as true standard trading cards as I think this would increase sales. I know I am not alone as many other Zazzle creators offer custom baseball cards for sale and I'm sure they would love to see that option added.

I just checked the Xmas in July sales - and was overwhelmed. So (too) many truly nice products on nice sales, and only 3 days lasting. This a) gives promoters only a short time span to react - please consider that you need the first day to create your promos and that if you use ads, these ads usually have to be revised first and will start only on day 2 (you can't rely on promo emails cuz the items often change), and b) too many products on sale all at once means a way too broad field to promote. Not to mention that designers with small stores will have a hard time doing anything. I personally would love to have weekly sales with nice discounts on a handful of truly nice products and smaller discounts on a few more products. Consistent over the weeks. This gives more time to concentrate on some products, create these products, and prepare promos and ads without rushing and letting them run for a longer period, which helps a lot for visibility and efficiency. A suggestion (not a criticism) based on my own preferences - others may have a different one. I'm curious to know how other designers feel - I personally am always overwhelmed in such cases.
