Hi everyone, Kudos to Zazzle for adding the quick response to the Chat feature! Loving it! I have a few upgrade ideas about chat: 1) We get a lot of customer chat messages per day, and I wondered if there was a way to manage them? I understand I can delete messages, and I do, but it's more than that. I'd like to file them away when done (see #4, below) 2) I also would like to be able to make an auto-reply that's actually automatic, for example: so that my husband and I can take a vacation without my having to go into chat on a daily basis and post a reply, and feel guilty that I'm not 'at work.' I think we need to manage customer expectations about 'chat.' The term is usually used on websites where there is a live person at the other end. We live in Australia, and do not operate during the same business hours/days. So if customers are expecting us to be here, and get an urgent response, they will be let down. I don't like doing that. An auto-reply would be ideal to let them know when we may attend to their inquiry. 3) Could we possibly have a selection of 'quick replies' that we could use, which we could set up and use in our own brand voice, etc, for things such as: directing to customer service, etc. You know the feature where we can go in and add responses on our profile to things? Something like that, but for chat, where there would be a drop-down box of replies that we can choose from. I can see this being SUPER useful for delivery enquiries, etc. I currently have developed a notepad 'swipe document' that I copy and paste text from, which I can use, but it's still burdensome, and I'd prefer something within the chat feature itself. 4) When it comes to saving chats, I'd love it if we could somehow organize them into folders, like I do with my Gmail account. I'd like to save them for future reference, by theme, so having that kind of facility would be very, very useful. 5) If there were some way to identify whether they have seen our chat message, AND if we have replied to their message. Viber uses a check mark, so when you send it there's a check, and when they've viewed it there is another check, so you know. Perhaps something like that. Also, maybe if the color of text could change, or some way to flag new v/s replied to messages. In the same vein, if we could flag important/urgent messages, that need attending to first thing. They currently get lost in the lineup of messages, and we have to go through each and every one, opening them up, and then creating an analog list of message + sender, to keep track of it all. I am not sure if that ever came up, but while trying to clean up / organize my products, making them ´´hidden´´, I realised that we should be able to do the same with the whole collections. Please bring back the option to select and delete multiple images. I was able to keep My Images under control when we had the action button option to select and bulk delete them, but now there are just too many to delete one by one. Hi. I've mentioned this before, but I believe it needs repeating- how about Zazzle offering sets of burp cloths, rather than selling them individually. For example, a set of 4 or 6 burp cloths with the option to design each one individually. A design tool request/suggestion - the ability to adjust the radius of each corner of a shape instead of having them all uniform. There is a new 30% off promo that started today, and one of the items on sale is listed as a Wine Cooler. I have tried searching for them and none come up in the search field using that description. In the past, this item has always been referred to as a Wine Bag or Wine Tote. The only "Coolers" that appear in a search are Can Coolers and Bottle Coolers. I do not believe it is actually popularity it sorts by. Is it most views in last 30 days or what determines popularity? I think zazzle should have a drop down for most bought because if you do it by most views there could be bots or click banks artificially manipulating views. ... View more

I have several types of products that I set a high royalty for.. it seems people don't mind paying a premium on products where the other products you might like features lots of others ive created at the same price point. My suggestion to zazzle is that the other products you might like should feature other designs at similar price points either from the designer or from others as well ... View more

Could someone look at my store and tell me what to improve to have regular sales? Sometimes I sell something but not so much. Of course, the biggest sales were before Christmas. I was thinking of two suggestions: let silver gold and platinum designers easily flag items that don't belong in whatever search terms they are found in. That's suggestion #1. Suggestion#2 is allow bronze silver gold and platinum designers to tag five to ten per user item that they think are good enough to appear in the first few pages of the marketplace. I would like to have the ability to block the "transfer the design" feature, If I don´t want my design transferred to any other product. Why? Well, I have a canvas artwork that if sold I would gotten some money, but somebody thought it would look much better in a piece of tissue paper for which I got  a royalty of merely 55 cents!!!!.... #*$&#*?¡, in other words what the fudge!!!!. If a designer/artist put a drawing/artwork/design in a specific product I would assume they think is the best product to portrait such design, by transferring it to cheaper products, customers are affecting our earnings. ... I was just wondering if Zazzle could allow us to rotate the design position on the lumbar cushions. These are a size choice on the (otherwise) square cushions. Else, I have to create a different listing... this is a bit sad because if I make a sale of one dimension e.g. square, and not the other e.g. Lumbar, the square remains while the lumbar eventually becomes one of those "May need optimizing" and eventually disappears.
