It would be convenient if the Zazzle canned response message didn't disappear after the first message is sent.  Sometimes I have to ask a customer for more information as they can be vague.  Once I do that the canned response with the customer service link disappears.  If it were still up I'd just click on it, then, edit it per each customer's specific needs.   ... Thank you for the massive font expansion. The choice is now great but the drawback is that it has become overwhelming. It would be extremely helpful if you would move the chosen favorites to the top of the respective style/category lists: favorites first (alphabetically), then the rest (alphabetically). This way we can save a lot of scrolling now that the choice is immense. I know, there is the favorites category (thank you for that great add, too) but in practice, it's more convenient to work by style category - the favorites category gets overwhelming and difficult to use, too, with so many fonts. Just wishful thinking .... it would be awesome if we could use any combination of two or more of the shapes elements to create our masks. Right now, we're confined to using a single rectangle, triangle or round shape but by combining multiple shapes, we could mask just about anything.  I usually go back to photoshop to create a png of whatever mask I need but sometimes it would be great to be able to do it on the fly.  ... I believe I mentioned this before. Is it possible to make the area for lock and when an image is blocked from view to show up better in the layers section?  In all the browsers I tired the area that shows the images and font as they are layered is a dark gray and the icons are impossible to see. If you do not know these options are available they are pointless. Perhaps the little lock can be black so you know it is there and turns red showing the layer is actually locked. The same with the hide icon. Make it seeable and change the color when it is in use.  ... View more

Particularly for earnings reports (but any report that gets generated as well), it would be very nice if onscreen navigation by entering a page number were possible. Currently the only way to sift through multiple pages is to use the beginning, back, end, and forward buttons, and this gets laborious very quickly if you have a few thousand orders to go through. Based on customer messages I've received over the years, and an interest to save on shipping costs and packaging materials, and issues that shipping chocolates involves, it would be GREAT to have the option to purchase JUST the labels for the Hershey Miniatures. It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. Or it does I forget go to work on something else and discover the empty categories a week later. So I hardly bother and my store is just a mess. Please make it how it use to be.  ... View more

It would be great if we could easily and quickly sort and see which product types we should be focusing on by sales.  Having it under Royalty Reports which can look at all stores simutaneously saves time. Example: We may "feel" we sell more stickers than buttons, because we keep getting mostly sticker sales. So, we make even more stickers.  But, often it can be the case that just one or two designs in particular keep selling.  Our false assumption creates stores with lots of one type of product, and, not a lot of others.  Creating based on product types that sell, rather than by a particular popular product, may save us time, and, be more profitable for Zazzle.  If this is too hard to do, you can just make the word TYPE which is already there clickable to sort it alphabetically??  Just an idea.... Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly.  I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with.  Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do.  (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process) and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky!  Please just STOP doing this. ... It would be really helpful if there was an in-situ image for the Luggage Handle Wraps to show customers what these are for. As in stands, just looking at the product image doesn't tell me anything. Zazzle did such a great job of presenting in-situ images for the Luggage Tags. I know I can search for Optimization Needed using the drop down/Product Visibility button but that only shows products that haven't been viewed for 15 months and over, but I'd like to keep ahead of the game and catch products before they get to that point. I'd like to suggest an added date search in the sort drop down box that sorts by the least viewed date (opposite of Last Viewed date - stale date? ) When I'm updating products tags/descriptions/promos etc - the way I'm doing it now is sort by "last viewed date" sort then scroll to the bottom where the Page 1 of whatever and clicking to the last page and working back. It would be great to have a separate category that could be searched and would only bring up Golf Tees under Golf.  Right now it brings up any piece of golf equipment which happens to have the word "tee" in it -- and there appears to be quite a bit making it hard to concentrate on the actual tees as a customer.   Also, making it hard to track them on the back end because of the same issue.  Would be much appreciated. ... As it happens, I have 4-5 Support requests in via email.  They're on various topics -- Fabric identifies as Digital Download, Authenticating without Cell, Products where customers shouldn't be able to Edit This Design are able to do so, and I can't remember what else right now. In every case, the Service Rep has responded with either "we need more info" or "it's taking longer than expected."  I have no idea what they're talking about.  I suppose customers are writing in with one request, but when it's a designer, we're all over the place and could well be a customer too. This morning a lovely person said "we need more information," and I sent "which request?," and I got "it's taking longer than expected."  Well, heck yeah, it's taking longer -- because all we're doing is trading emails. 😅 Please include our original request in the response or at least give us some clue of topic in the initial response.  Then we can use the case number in the email (never the subject line; that always changes) to identify the topic. Can we please get the in situ images for the thermal tumblers FIXED? This has been an issue from the start, and still hasn't been fixed. There are a bunch of nice mockups, but they are unusable because the images are on the sides instead of front and back! Yes, I know we can work around it and design on the Background layer to fit the in situs, but then when a customer goes to personalize it, and looks at the plain "front" and "back" images, THOSE images will be wrong! ... It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color.
