On the main page of the Collections list (where we see all of the collections in a vertical list down the page), where we have the option to view by Manual, Name, Last Updated etc. on the top right, I'd love to see an option that says 'most viewed' or 'last viewed', 'most popular' so we can see how well are collections are really doing. Hello everyone, I'm a new designer in the Zazzle US marketplace. I'm pleased that my cover art notebook/sketchbook "I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER" I designed for kids has been selected for the 'whimsical' word search term on Zazzle's US marketplace home page. whimsical word search However, my suggestion is for Zazzle's e-commerce team to consider listing products, featured in image word search terms, in the top row when a customer clicks through because when I tap on that link, I don't see my "I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER" notebook cover design displayed on the top row. In my opinion, customers don't want to keep browsing for products they see on display in an image word search when they click through even if that product image is used for marketing purposes. This could lead to a lot of independent designers missing out on sales as well as Zazzle. Another suggestion I have for Zazzle is to improve the user experience for desktop users by displaying: "Other products from this collection" is positioned directly under the Zazzle designer's product listing, then "Other designs you might like" from other designers on the next row below. I am a coloring book designer and I would love the ability to add a stroke line color to fonts. That way I can have a white fill and a black outline on the text that people can color in. As it stands now I have to put a background image that is white to cover behind the font of choice. Here is a sample of what I have created recently. I could only find a couple of fonts that can be colored in. Custom Quote Adult Coloring Poster by SuzyLeeLo Here is a sample of one where I attempted to do two layers of text. The back text is black and the text in front is white. I made the back text slightly larger to try and give that outlined effect. Unfortunately, I cannot get it to work well enough to my liking. Hi, I just had a customer request a fitted sheet based off of one of my designs. Unfortunately Zazzle doesn't currently offer sheets and I told the customer this, but I think this could be a great new product, especially for kids' bedding, so I thought I'd pass it along. Thanks, Jen

It would be so nice when adding design elements or copying layers if the new layer would or could be created just above the layer you have active as opposed to defaulting to the top layer. It would save so much time. Especially when you are creating items with 20+ layers. The window doesn't show all the layers and so you can only drag so far before having to stop to scroll down more and then you have to find the layer you were trying to move.

Back in 2015 Zazzle launched a special store, called Support Nepal, after an earthquake hit Nepal in April that year. Designers could submit their designs with a theme that would relate to Nepal. Thirty percent of the gross proceeds from the sales from products in the Support Nepal store would be contributed to the Direct Relief organization. And because this was a charity effort, designers would of course not receive a royalty for these sales. There is still a blog about this here... I was about to try transferring some designs to the new area rugs when I saw what almost looked like a blank page and thought it was time to make this suggestion because there's lot of other blank products that show like this as well. If you can't tell, those are white rugs on a white background and to my eyes, are virtually impossible to see, so I'd like to suggest that Zazzle show these types of blank products on a darker background which would help customers (and designers) better see the products available and make a more accurate choice. Last created, first created, name, and manual is what we have. We need to sort by: Title, Occasion, Type, Status as well as "needs attention" And we really need a "ready to migrate" sort! And even is manual And what is view by name, it's definitely not alphabetical.

I frequently get customers who want to transfer a poster to a foam core board - usually a seating chart. And while I have most of them available in both formats, customers often don't know that, so they'll spend hours customizing the seating chart and then when they go to select the paper they realize that none of the choices are what they want. Unfortunately, Foam Core boards are not one of the options for products that you can transfer the design to. Of course you can choose view all products, and search for it - yadda, yadda, yadda - but customers don't know that and it's way too complicated for most of them. So that leaves them with 2 options, they can either start over from the correct template, or they can contact me for help - and then I have to talk them through the process of sending me a share link so I can access their design. Please make this easier!

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line of text to the message that appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. This could be a useful area for us to include any important notices that may address potential questions or issues before a customer makes a purchase. For example, we could remind customers that orders cannot be edited once they are placed, or provide information that we have found customers may miss in the product description pages (such as details about sizes, paper types, or envelopes not being included). Having an extra line of text in this message section would allow us to convey this information in a more friendly and approachable way, rather than relying on a very brief message. I understand that we can't write lengthy paragraphs, but having three lines specifically for this "before purchase - heading off problems" section could make a big difference. Suggesting that Zazzle add Magnetic Mailbox Covers to products we can design on, Everywhere I go I see homes with these cute magnetic mailbox covers on their mailboxes. Even my own family buys these online. With seasons and holidays to decorate these for, I think it would be a fun and profitable product to add! Thanks for your time!

I was wondering if it might be possible to add a statistic to our store’s back page to track which products have been shared? I know it would only work if the built in share buttons were used, but I still think it would be useful to help keep track of which items have been shared and which could still use some attention.

In Zazzle's paper breakout, the current table card used for creating table numbers is offered as a 3 1/2 x 5 inch card only. Can Zazzle offer this paper product in a variety of sizes, i.e. 5x7 and 4x6? I have customers ask for larger table cards and to accommodate them, I make the table numbers on flat 5x7 card stock, but that comes automatically with an envelope. I have to ask the customer to turn off the envelope option before ordering. This is cumbersome and would be more efficient if the table cards were offered in the popular size options that other flat cards are sold in.

Hi everyone, or only the ones who read my text 😅 I have a minor or not (you decide) technical issue regarding adding an item to collections. (in the product page) For example, I just created an item that can be placed in several collections. What is a bit disturbing is that I keep going back and forth to select each collection separately (from the Actions -> Add to Collections -> then a window "Your Collections" opens). As a suggestion, it would be ok to keep the window open until we can select all the collections we need and then give a simple "ok" to close the window. You have to create the "ok" button to make this process much easier. That's it 😋

On the product page under "more listing tools" it would be a tremendous time saver for designers if the "more options" feature (that contains the option to download the artwork or the product mockup) to the back end of the store under the "actions" feature of each product.

I've had some requests to add a return address to the standard envelopes that come with invitations. This seems like a reasonable request of service for the customer to ask. I send them to the custom envelopes but there's a lot of room for confusion with buying the correct sizes. And many don't want to deal with sticker return address labels. It would be awesome to just be able to have a return address printed along with the invitation purchase.

Thanks to @ColsCreations we recently discovered that thumbnail images for our stores on the home page do not always accurately represent the stores. Some include outdated images, or images that do not sell that well, while we have products and designs that perform much better. So my suggestion is: Please allow us to create thumbnail images for our stores just like we do banners and logos. This way every designer could choose the most appealing and accurate representation of their store. If thumbnail images are chosen based on customer's browsing history and are not stuck, then maybe we could create thumbnails for each most searched category for the algorithm to choose from? Any comments from the Z team would be greatly appreciated.

Product style control is what lets us pick if a t-shirt is only available on black t-shirts, white t-shirts, etc. The current system - where you can choose 1 style preset from a dropdown menu - is a very all-or-nothing approach, which can often lead to excluding several viable products to prevent 1 unwanted product appearing. The example that brought me here was the iron-on clothing labels. They are available in 3 shapes: square, circle, rectangle. If my design looks bad on a rectangle, there is currently no way to exclude JUST that shape. I can choose to have 'only this shape', which means I would only have circles availble. By not including squares, I may miss out of valuable sales. The same thing can apply to any product available in a wide variety of shapes - cushions, keyrings, etc. My proposal is that the styles each get their own checkbox so designers can precisely choose which variations they do and don't want for each design.

It would be convenient if the Zazzle canned response message didn't disappear after the first message is sent. Sometimes I have to ask a customer for more information as they can be vague. Once I do that the canned response with the customer service link disappears. If it were still up I'd just click on it, then, edit it per each customer's specific needs.
