I really like the collections stats that have been added,  However, to view them, we have to go into each collection.  Can the stats display for each collection on the collections page without having to go into each one?  Either have it showing underneath the collection title or add a drop down box we can click on after the title that will display that information without having to leave the general collections page.  It would be super nice to have quicker access to those stats. Unless I’m overlooking it. I use Zazzle sometimes on my iPad. And I use the iPad screen keyboard. There’s no delete button on the screen keyboard. So when I need to delete a layer I have to “cut” it. It works, but sometimes I’ll have stuff waiting that has been “copied” into memory and when I cut it, it makes the copied thing disappear. There should be a delete button that’s in the same drop down menu as copy and paste.  Also, there needs to be a way to select layers on an iPad. I can currently just select one or all. But nothing in between. Can the Zazzle team test this stuff on an iPad?   Thanks! ... View more

I had a customer contact me asking if the return address labels were downloadable. I had to tell her they were not & this is a new feature not available on everything. Would it be possible to add some additional tee shirt color choices for women? The "Women's Basic T-Shirt" only comes in white, pink, grey, red, black, and blue, with only three of these (black, red, royal blue) available for vivid printing. In theory the Bella + Canvas style offers a wide range of color choices, but nearly all of them have been out of stock for months, and the colors that aren't are basically the same options (grey, white, red, black, blue, pink) offered in the Women's Basic T-Shirt. This is such a limited range, and colors like bright red and royal blue don't work well with a lot of designs. I've been using the unisex "Basic T-Shirt" instead, as it comes in more colors. Unfortunately, there is only one merchandising photo showing a female model, and she is paired with a male model. The new collections setup includes tee shirts as a "recommended product" for bridal showers or bachelorette parties; it's incredibly awkward to show, say, a "bride to be" design on a male model. I would love to see more color choices for women's shirts, or at the very least, a woman modeling the unisex shirt (without a man in the photo). It would also be great to have a maternity tee shirt option and/or a model showing how the Basic T-Shirt fits a pregnant woman (if it even fits at all?) The baby shower collections suggest adding a "mommy to be" shirt, so it's frustrating that there isn't actually a product suitable for this type of design. ... View more

So, the Wedding save the dates are continually saving to this category:  Invitations & Stationery>Invitation Announcements>Save the Dates. And I think we've asked before but I didn't find it...Can we please have the Wedding save the dates to Default to the correct one which is:  Weddings>Invitations & Stationery>Save the Dates. I don't know where the glitch comes from, whether it's choosing the paper -or- keywords in the title.  But, it's so annoying having to "change it", because we have a lot to do catching up on these new collections and now with the new RealTime views.  It would be so nice not to have to fix.  Thank you! ... I like that we can select a "Force Customer to Replace" option for visual images, and I understand there are multiple reasons for this. I'm also wondering if a "Force Customer to Edit" option would be good for text, so that they don't inadvertently miss updating a template. There are certain text placeholders, such as names and dates, that we often want to ensure that customers update. I fear that a customer might leave a date as 202X, for example,  then have to return or replace a gift. This would especially be a problem for a special ocassion if they don't have time to reorder.  Perhaps we already have measures in place to help prevent customers overlooking text templates, but if not, then it would be great to have this option. Please mark the invitations and such with "Downloadable" at the beginning of the title so they are easy to find when you search in "Create Your Own" - there's really no way to tell until you have posted it for sale. Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope. It would just give us another gorgeous, elevated option that we're unable to provide for our brides at this point, and allow us to serve them at a higher level. I think it would be great for Zazzle to allow us to sell Animated Invitations, even though digital still invitations are nice, animated ones would be a bit better. Hi Team. Please could you not use zazzle at the beginning of each image that is for download? It makes it very hard to index files when everything starts with one word, and its very tedious to keep removing this word on each save and annoying when you forget. Given the huge numbers now of image files within one folder on my PC, owing to the need for 1 or 2 images each product & design, its becoming hard to search for a specific image now. Because many of us do not have all our products at the same royalty rate, could you come up with a solution where we can reduce or increase our royalty rate but a set number, eg, decrease all my different royalty rates by another 5%. So if I have an invitation at 14.9% and a sticker at 30%, the new royalties will be 9.9% for the invitation and 25% for the sticker.  Sometimes I have different rates for different designs on the same product type so this will help immensely, particularly during the holidays. ...
