It would be really great if we were able to save searches in our stores. For example, today I'm working with all the mugs in my stores. So I search on "mug," set the number of pages to 200 (or whatever the maximum is), and the sort to A-Z. But that can get undone if I look more closely at a particular product or some other thing. So if that happens, it would save lots of time and keystrokes (and mood goodness) if I could just go back to my saved search. (I know Windows has this, for instance.)  Thanks for considering! ... Hello, I'd like to know if you will still be sending 1099s since those paid with paypal will receive a 1099K due to the new laws. The way I read it you should NOT send a 1099 if you pay via paypal, venmo, etc, now. The reason being is it will show that my income is double what I actually earned - since by law you must claim all 1099's. Even Turbo Tax suggestion is WRONG when it says you can simply deduct the double in earnings section because that still will show your gross earnings as doubled - potentially putting you in a higher tax bracket as well. First of all, the new search function on all the boards is fantastic. Having the ability to search by board, and by users etc., is awesome. Thank you to all those who I'm sure have worked hard to put this together. 😍 When accessing the different search options, I instinctively clicked first on the little arrow beside 'Idea Exchange' expecting a dropdown menu. When that didn't happen, I thought there were no other options available. I only found the other options when I clicked the text accidentally. Suggestion: please make the arrow clickable as well. Question: I'm not clear on what some of the options mean. What does 'this category' refer to? How is  'Knowledge base' different from 'All community'?     ... View more

Would love to have the image options that are now available under the 'Share' button of our collections (portrait, square, landscape, etc.)  become downloadable like our product mockups. Right click and copying the image from there is really not clear enough to use for anything. For now, I download individual product mockups and make my own collection ads for posting on pinterest, etc. but it would be nice if we could just download a larger copy of the image already provided in the collection. ... While rectangular sizes have different aspect ratios and need to be published separately if you use frames and such, all square sizes can be served in one single product/design. It would be useful if you would add a Square Only publishing option for that matter. Especially considering that the design gets completely messed up when switching from square to rectangular sizes and vice-versa (an issue I have addressed at the beginning and you have confirmed to be a known problem). Can there please be an option for us to choose which video "Insitu" to use for each product?  I am designing foil wedding invitation suites and I would like to choose which ones show with the product.  It is weird and off-putting to see a bold floral wedding invitation in the middle of a wreath with a red background.  That would work great on invites designed around that theme, but not others.  It would be nice to check the boxes next to the video Insitus that we feel work best with our designs.  Thanks for your time. ... Has anyone else had problems with cards printing low res on the outside from the printer in PA? All my images are to size and high-res, I have replaced all images with brand new ones for a third try, still, the outside is pixelated (including the Zazzle logo and heart) not part of my artwork, and the logo I use on all my cards that usually prints high-res. I have many designs and they have always printed beautifully. I have gone through the return help desk twice already.  I don't know what to do, it's like they are using a picture of the file, not the artwork. ... View more

Currently in "My Images" we have the option to see: All Images Recent Images My Albums I'd like to suggest a third option  -  Unfiled Images It can be confusing to navigate My Images when there's a lot in there, and hard to know what's been filed and what hasn't. Being able to see Unfiled Images only (if selected; not suggesting it replace the other views) could really help with that. ... View more

I use collections a lot and often group similar niches/themes together in one collection.  I like to link to an entire collection on Instagram (using link tree or something similar). Since the collections can sometimes become rather large, it would be great if customers could sort collections by product department - like clothing & shoes, craft & party supplies, home & living, etc.  This would make our collections more like mini shops. ... from the market place: if possible please consider keeping the products that already have sales. Some of my products, as soon as they are sold for the first time, disappear from the market place, perhaps because that is when the system detects that it is a "repeated" product according to the criteria it uses? An example: I have several t-shirts for kids in different colors with the same image (a logo), ok I admit it can be considered a repetition, my intention was to see which color the market preferred and delete the ones that didn't sell (I did this with other products in the past) but the problem is that the one that was sold disappeared right after the sale, the others are still on the market. As products that already sold are not subject to "Optimization Needed" shouldn't be missing either, in my opinion. or maybe I'm seeing this all wrong due to my lack of experience in these things 😳 Thanks! ... It would be nice if instead of categories we could pin things that go together. For example wedding categories might have multiple invitations and multiple RSVP cards. It would help if we could just pin the RSVP cards that go with each invitation so that customers aren't bombarded with other invitations and RSVP cards. ... View more

Currently, if you have a shape with a border width you have set to 0, and then later change the border color of that shape, it automatically sets the border width to 1.  It would be helpful for the border width to remain at whatever it was set at (even/especially if it was Zero).  OR an option for a "transparent" or NO border color square similar to what we have for the fill options. So that no extra random color showed on the screen when there is no border being used on a shape. The reason I frequently change the border color even when it is set to Zero width is to reduce customer confusion (or mine) in seeing a different color on the screen and wondering why/where it is being used. But it ends up being a few extra clicks when making colorways.    Thanks! ... View more
