This may have been suggested before, but I didn't come across it after a quick search. When designing, I sometimes find it difficult to get the size I want for an image with the +/- function or shift + drag. Most of the time I can eye ball the size that I want, but there are some instances where I want precision and this method takes a while. Even it's just with width and height, I think something like the transform function would be helpful for designers, especially if they work with large files. For example. let's say hypothetically I want to make a 16" x 16" pillow and have the pattern repeat in a 4 x 4 grid. The image for the pattern in question is 15" x 15". Then I would scale the image to be 4" x 4" and then apply the pattern maker, which also fills the workspace to protect in the event of cropping.

Hi Zazzle, I have created image placeholder templates for different products. It has come to my attention that when a customer tries to add to cart a product with such a placeholder, the wording on the page can be better improved. My customer is confused by the wording that there is something wrong with the image itself. If the customer has not contacted me, they may have dropped the purchase. I am not sure how many more of such customers has actually dropped the sale thinking that there is an issue with the image. Could the wording be changed to something along the lines of "We noticed you have not changed the image. If you would like to proceed with the same image, please select Add To Cart. Otherwise, choose Edit template to make changes to the image". Thank you very much! Rusty

When a member interacts with me I can see their name through the bell icon and I know they have been browsing my account. Please make that name clickable so that I can see their account as well.

I get customer questions fairly regularly about "what size the envelope will be" that comes with their cards. This would be great information to have listed in the product information section - both the common name size (A2/#10 etc) as well as the actual envelope dimensions and what type of flap (square, pointed/euro etc).

It's funny Scott should announced that our Collections were going to take more weight in the selling process. I'm excited to read that news. The timing was spot on with my first experience with the Zazzle APP in a long time. I was horrified to see Collections do not show on product pages in the Z APP when not logged in. Considering being not logged in was the customers first experience shopping on Zazzle, those eyes are important. By not showing our Collections on our product pages you are robbing from us the opportunity to make sales from our stores. Presumably, the design is what brought the customer to the product in the first place and by not having Collections shown to them was a gut punch. If Collections are going to play a big part of our sales (and Zazzle's because why else put the work in happening now) please put Collections on our product pages for customer not logged into the Z APP. It's nice the number of creators has slowed down following my stores. I, myself, had followed people in the beginning but there is no advantage for a creator to follow another creator IMO. Because it is just free advertising to have a "following" or "followers" tab on our stores and Profile to our competitors, I'd love to be able to hide that tab from public view.

I am not a fan of product or collection videos (collection videos are particularly obnoxious and "in your face" distracting!) but I tried to make ONE video for a mug, using a professional template, and that video won't load! I keep getting a "server error" any time I try day or night. I don't know what the problem is! I tried renaming it, that didn't help. It would be very helpful if Zazzle would tell us what is actually wrong with the video, instead of that vague "server error!" (and it definitely not a problem on my end- I have fast stable internet, and a very fast gaming laptop.) It's only 8 seconds long, 6mb size.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line of text to the message that appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. This could be a useful area for us to include any important notices that may address potential questions or issues before a customer makes a purchase. For example, we could remind customers that orders cannot be edited once they are placed, or provide information that we have found customers may miss in the product description pages (such as details about sizes, paper types, or envelopes not being included). Having an extra line of text in this message section would allow us to convey this information in a more friendly and approachable way, rather than relying on a very brief message. I understand that we can't write lengthy paragraphs, but having three lines specifically for this "before purchase - heading off problems" section could make a big difference. Hi everyone! My main market is animal people with a niche in livestock. Especially goats and show goats. Some of my customers are not super knowledgeable about POD sites. I run into a LOT of people who have never heard of Zazzle. More the a few times I have had frustrated customers. I've had to take screenshots of the steps to customize an item, of how to add items to the cart, etc. Then adding big red arrows on what buttons to click to get to the checkout. I know to us who frequently use Zazzle it seems so silly. One of my recent customers - assumed I owned the Zazzle site all together - there comment to me was "I don't know how you manage to stay in business" referring to how they could not figure out how to get one of my items to their cart to check out. I KNOW.... it seems to silly to a lot of us. I could order and edit things in my sleep. LOL Maybe one already exists? A How to order video. Common things you will run into when personalizing. How to edit personalized items. Geared towards those who are not very computer savvy or those who have never even heard of Zazzle.

I wish Zazzle would auto fix things that get marked as discontinued because of color or a minor thing by just switching them to the not discontinued default. Example I have a watch that says discontinued but I click on it and it just says the keeper color is discontinued. (IDK what a watch keeper even is?) I try to change the keeper color but it doesn't always seem to take and just reverts to showing up as a discontinued item. I wish you guys would just switch to a neutral color for the item instead of me accidently deleting it and thinking every watch is discontinued.

IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc. The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site. Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc. Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. Okay, that's my rant for the day. Goin' back to designing now. 😊

I would like to suggest a "force text customization" for text templates (any field independent from one another). This morning a customer sent me a message to complain about the cards she ordered, in which the year says "2032" because she didn't customize it. Even better (but this doesn't exclude the other suggestion) would be if the year on holiday cards could update automatically 🙂

Hello everyone, While reviewing my product listings on Zazzle marketplaces in various countries, I noticed very few stars and no review comments left on one of my I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER case-mate products on the Zazzle New Zealand marketplace that wasn't purchased because I've already checked my store sales order history. I was wondering why I received a low star rating and then I realized perhaps the number of stars and how many people purchased that product which is advertised under the product title are for all product purchases placed for that same product in each Zazzle marketplace designed by all Zazzle designers. From a customer's point of view, my first thought would be that another customer purchased that product from me and wasn't happy with their purchase so they gave me a low star rating. This doesn't look good for me as a designer and may deter people from purchasing any product from my store. Furthermore, I have no control over the quality of other products designed and made by other creators/designers in the Zazzle marketplace. Please consider only showing the number of stars and the number of orders placed from that designer's store under each product title. This will give a true representation of how many people are happy with that design made by that creator/designer and perhaps help all Zazzle creators/designers who produce quality designs see a boost in their product sales too. I also see reviews for 'Other Designs' next to 'This Design' (mine) which should not be there. To summarise: Please consider removing 'Reviews - Other Designs' from my product listings and avoid including product reviews from all Zazzle creator stores under 'one umbrella' for each product listing. On the Products > Statistics it would be great if we could check a box titled "Show Collections" a product is in. 1. We could easily see if we forgot to add a certain product. 2. We could see if we added something to the wrong collection. 3. We could uncheck and remove certain items from a collection. 4. We could easily add items to a collection with a check box.
