Hello! sometimes when I'm posting products I realize mistakes after I already publish them, this is not an issue for normal products but for those that need to be manually reviewed and accepted for Zazzle team because they may take days even weeks to be reviewed so you need to wait a lot before be able to delete them, for me will be more easy if I can delete them once I see there is a mistake. Thanks!

Is there ANY way we can get the "saved designs" of the products we've replaced/updated in another area. Maybe in the "review" section? I'm so confused by what's being updated, what's done, and what can be deleted.

I sometimes find that products I'm designing could have more than one purpose. It would be nice (and time saving) if we could assign a product to more than one category so it automatically appears it two (or more) categories when we post it. For example, one might want to post window cling decals to an "office" or "business" category and also post it in a "car accessories" category. The car guy may never look at the business category and vice versa. Automatically posting them in both categories at one time would very efficiently serve them up to both interests. Thank you.

I don't know how the technical team are supposed to find NEW issues when there are multiple posts about the same issue appearing daily (categories with no products visible being the most recent and prolifically reported). If it's technically possible can something be implemented to raise a 'warning' if it looks like a duplicate report is incoming OR to at least remind creators to use the search before posting. It is also tedious for creators to find new relevant content with so many identical content threads drowning out new content. I understand the frustration and confusion for creators when these blips arise but I feel we need (and will benefit technical team) a more efficient method to avoid duplicate content.

It would be great to have wine glasses and or stemless wine glasses. I think these would be really popular for weddings and anniversaries as well as SO many other celebrations! (Bachelorette party, 21st birthday, girl's weekend, retirement, adult birthday etc). Maybe even a plastic option for outdoor events/picnics.

Hi, while I really like the current Insitu photos for these pillows, I just wanted to suggest adding a photo that displays both the front and the back of the product. Many of these items feature different designs on each side. Just a suggestion.

It would be a really nice feature to be able to allow a user to delete a photo or QR code (I mean QR codes that we've placed as part of the design, not the Zazzle attribution QR code) from the product page. Of course for some designs you don't want them to be able to delete it, but for others it would be great if it was an option - like a setting we could set at design time - "allow user to delete from product page." That way you could create a card with a photo on the back which they could delete if they didn't want one, or you could create a design with the option to have a QR code but not the requirement. As it is we have to create separate products to accomplish this.

Maybe I am missing it but I can't seem to find the vertical display / view for tissue paper. All I see is horizontal and honestly it does not help the customer to see what they are buying. Could Zazzle merchandising make this happen. This tissue paper was a best seller for me, but after the update that did not offer vertical , sales have gone south. I don't think its the design but do think sales are off due to inability to see it vertical...you have to tilt your head or move around your phone or laptop to see it...I think easy to view is best. Show a vertical option on selling page and marketplace. I have too many to count tissue paper designs that are shown as horizontal and should be shown as vertical at my store.

Here's an idea. The consensus seems to be that hiding products is better than deleting them. What that means is that it is possible to build up quite a number of hidden products, and as additional "needs optimising" items are automatically added by Zazzle, can make the hidden section unwieldy. I'd like to suggest having an option to "archive" products that one is unlikely to display for sale again, so they are always there should you change your mind in the future for any reason, leaving the hidden section uncluttered.

Right now, if you purchase a notebook it defaults to graphing paper. I'm sure most people purchasng a spiral notebook want lined paper and will be peeved if they order and don't notice to change the paper type.

Hello everyone, I'm a new designer in the Zazzle US marketplace. I'm pleased that my cover art notebook/sketchbook "I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER" I designed for kids has been selected for the 'whimsical' word search term on Zazzle's US marketplace home page. whimsical word search However, my suggestion is for Zazzle's e-commerce team to consider listing products, featured in image word search terms, in the top row when a customer clicks through because when I tap on that link, I don't see my "I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER" notebook cover design displayed on the top row. In my opinion, customers don't want to keep browsing for products they see on display in an image word search when they click through even if that product image is used for marketing purposes. This could lead to a lot of independent designers missing out on sales as well as Zazzle. Another suggestion I have for Zazzle is to improve the user experience for desktop users by displaying: "Other products from this collection" is positioned directly under the Zazzle designer's product listing, then "Other designs you might like" from other designers on the next row below. Another neat idea that would be very useful is to create a way to allow us to download multiple products from inside a collection---all at one time—to use for media and headers instead of doing them all one by one. This would make everything so much easier and save so much time.

So, zazzle has a popup if you have the word glitter or some other words that this product will not actually be made of glitter/metal/feathers or what ever.. which is fine.. But this year I am getting a TON of pinks for grad cap toppers - speaking with zazzle about this I'm told that anyone attempting to use a school logo or Trademark Name will be cancelled.. Can we PLEASE have a pop up warning customers not to do this..? it's very disheartening to have a sea of pink in my sales pages. I have not had this issue till this year on a product I made in 2016 - it would be SO easy for zazzle to do it. I did try a warning in my description but I don't think customers read descriptions much. this is from the very old store that I have them in.. all these but 2 are for the toppers.. very few actually go through.. some do .. but this is a little over a week.. most do not go through..

At the moment, we can only create pillow cases for the 20"h x 30"w pillows, BUT I think it would be nice if customers would be a able to purchase pillow cases for the square Throw pillows ( 16" x 16" and 20" x 20"). I think more square pillows would be sold if customers would have the possibility of changing the pillow cases from time to time, with different designs (winter holidays, spring, summer and so on). This way, they can 'refresh' the look in their homes whenever they'd want without having to pay too much for it. This is an issue I've experienced myself as a customer because I don't always find pillow cases to fit my square pillows. Just an idea.

I believe nowadays more and more folks are using their mobile devices to browse and shop online. Please add Sort by: Popular Newest Price: low-to-high Price: high-to-low to the mobile and app interface. While one of my own items pops currently up as number 5 with the default of popularity in this example (and that makes me happy of course because I sold it twice this months) adding more sorting options would level the seller play field a bit (meaning would give newer sellers a better shot on Zazzle) as well as be really beneficial for customers too because they will have some sorting options they currently only enjoy when they use a computer to shop on Zazzle. I want to recap and itemize issues I am experiencing in my stores, and have been for months+ and years. 1) Grouping: A. I have a blanket design in many colors. 2-3 of them are selling well. Those blankets are shown on the first few pages of marketplace searches. That's good. But, because Zazzle has grouped all the colors into one product listing, the other blankets are not seen. Now, those colors are being hidden by Zazzle because they haven't been seen in whatever the time limit is. Now I have to go in and "optimize them", even though the title, tags, and descriptions are fine. But, because there is also a glitch with updating titles, tags, and descriptions...those hidden blankets are once again hidden, needing optimization again and again. Several glitches at play here, but this line item is to focus on Grouping...which caused the problem in the first place. B. I have a lot of apron designs, each design having many color options...per my training. These designs have each been grouped together. Now, when someone buys a gold apron, they get it with a hot pink strap...because grouping does not work right and all the straps (which are offered in standard and custom colors) are not matched up to the right apron. This has resulted in many many returns. Also, there are many many aprons being hidden by Zazzle because, being in a group, they are not being seen. They need to be optimized. I have been going back and forth with Zazzle and I am being told I have to change the titles and tags, so that the parameters are different enough that the auto grouping won't group them together. But, I can't, because the titles, tags, and descriptions won't update. 2) Titles, Tags and Descriptions Not Updating: I have "optimized" over 500 products in the last 2 months. They are still being hidden and all optimizations are lost. 3) Promotions: I am in the Promoter Program. I am building my Social Media sites and populating with my products. There are too many products to catch every one that might be hidden, so I am promoting products I later find out are hidden because they need to be "optimized". So I am going back and removing those products. 4) Featured Products Not Updating: I have attempted to add more products to my featured products several times. This has not worked for me for 2 years. 5) Products Not Showing Up In The Marketplace: I have had problems finding my products in the marketplace. Some kind fellow creators have looked and reported back they see them here and there, offering advice that maybe the tags are the problem. In several cases I would agree. Our stores are a work in progress, trial and error plays a big role in perfecting our titles, tags and descriptions...even with the best intel. However, I have continued to monitor this issue... in particular towels I made, for the towel sale a few days ago. Those towels weren't found, then surfaced for a few hours, and are again gone. I just searched under only 1 term- towels-. I went through 13 pages of only the "Newest" towels. No other search terms. Page 10 started with a towel Product ID: 256119408499598231 Created on: 3/25/2022, 12:44 AM, 2:25 AM. Page 11 ended with a towel Product ID: 217167951086258276 Created on: 3/24/2022, 6:44 PM. My latest towel, Product ID: 256589761887520488 Created on: 3/24/2022, 8:00 PM was not there between those 2 products. It should have been. The same thing has happened a lot in the past. Where they aren't seen, then they are seen, then they aren't seen again. Something is going on. I have provided product numbers, but it's like taking your car in because it's making a funny noise. The problems are not able to be reconstructed. In summary, I am not posting this to whine or complain. I am not trying to harp on things that have already been reported. I am itemizing several of these issues in one post, so "the powers that be" can see what we are facing as we get up and into our store every day. I am at a point where I am so frustrated I don't know what to do first. The only thing I CAN control is creating new products. Meanwhile, my Zrank has plummeted, I'm sure because 1) there are so many products needing optimization, 2) my sales are way down due to either a) hidden products not being seen in the marketplace, b) products that are clicked on that don't go anywhere because the product is hidden. I apologize if this reads like a rant, I do not mean it to. I just needed to itemize everything so maybe Zazzle will read this and realize the collective impact these "glitches" are having on its creators. I appreciate it very much when a Zazzle rep says they are sorry for the issues and they are sorry the fixes are taking so long. But, if I am to survive, I need these items fixed. All the new bells and whistles in the world are not worth it if the nuts and bolts don't work. I pray, I really really pray, that this post finds its way to upper management, not just stopping at the front line. This year is moving into the second quarter already. Please please please hire the talent needed to fix these system errors that your current talent cannot get a handle on. Please help your "creators" or soon we will be called "ex Creators".

We really need a forum dedicated to a list of all discontinued items. We used to have a running list in the old forum format. Wish that it could be imported over to here! It would help to eliminate the constant bombardment of questions asking if an item is discontinued. As it stands, it's very confusing at times to discern what products are actually discontinued and which are just out of stock.
