I've just started designing my own products, and one feature in the editor that I find I'm really missing is having vertical and horizontal rulers.  This would help me with two different issues.    First, sometimes I'm not clear about how big the area I'm editing is (especially on things like shirts), so having a ruler would make that information easily visible.  Second that feature would make it easier for me to see exactly how large the elements I'm working with are instead of having to eyeball them in the preview.  For example, I was recently using the tiling tool when designing wrapping paper, and in order to figure out what size the tiles were (and I wanted them to be pretty small) I had to count how many tiles appeared from top to bottom and then divide 30 by that number, since the wrapping paper is 30 inches wide!  I don't want to admit how many times I lost count and had to start over 🤐 ... It would be good if, once we group something in a design we could right-click on it and set it to "do not allow customer to ungroup". That's because the licenses I have don't allow me to sell digital images unless it is "flat", you know? So, when I create digital invites, I make some groups and lock them. The problem is that sometimes the customer just wants to move that group or resize it, but once it is locked, it is not possible. However, I have to keep that locked, otherwise, in theory, the customer could ungroup that and download the separated elements.  ... View more

I just had a frustrating experience trying to locate a product I'd saved to finish later. Since we are not able to delete revised designs, it's become very difficult to use this folder for its intended purpose. I currently have several thousand products in my saved designs folder. I'd love to have some type of search function to make it easier to locate things we'd like to continue working on at a later date. Any type of search box or filter to improve the functionality of the saved designs folder would be much appreciated. I never did manage to find what I was looking for. Bells. These are great little items, and my husband and I used to collect them. I'm sure we're not the only ones. I already have a few ideas. They could be designed for anniversaries or other occasions. Milestone birthdays, keepsakes from first Communion, so many possibilities. So, it's just a suggestion, but one I hope will be truly considered. Here is an example of what I mean: This bell is pretty old, but we've cherished it for years. It is approximately 4" tall. When working on collections, I only can select to see them on the marketplace. There is no one-click way to jump back to the collection section.  To work on another collection I have to go all the way via selecting my store - clicking on the collections button on the top and then browse to the collection I want to work on.   Also, I somehow miss the save button as I don't know if the changes are accepted and this save button could lead back to the collections overview page.  Can this be added, pretty please? ... I would really like to see an insitu image for the Christmas Tree Skirts that show a close-up of one wrapped around the base of a Christmas tree. As it is, it is very difficult to see the designs on many of them that have intricate or small details. Honestly, it shouldn't have to be so hard finding your User Agreement for Creators. I have looked everywhere that made sense and I just couldn't find it. After a half an hour I found a teeny tiny link at the very bottom of the page. Please add this link to our "My Account" tab to make it easier to find. @Scott is there any way we can have some sort of board or even a volunteer group or an easy way to report stuff to clean up zazzle. that helps filter out the super poorly designed or monochrome or basic template products that just clog up search terms. There should be a way to report these products. I mean the really lousy ones where the design is just so obviously way to big or too small for the products. And also if products appear under the wrong search terms There should be an easy way to flag them and have them moved out. ... View more

I have had customers ask me what kind of binder paper will fit the mini binders and how many clips there are in the binder. I was wondering if a description modification or an additional product image could be shown to allow potential customers to see how many binder clips there are in the mini binders. I am assuming there are 3, but I could be wrong. This is a longshot, but I figured I'd ask. Often when I have a product that contains a customer editable QR Code, I also place a text field with the same URL info because not everyone knows how to use a QR code. I'm thinking about wedding RSVPs etc. The problem is that I've had several instances where the customer didn't understand that they needed to enter the URL in both the text field and the QR Code box - they assumed that entering it in the text field was sufficient to make the QR Code work. I try to be as clear as I can in the field labels but as we all know, people don't read instructions. I think they see the URL displayed as text and just assume that the QR Code got the info from there. It would be super helpful if there was some way to make both things have the same data in the same way that you can have text duplicated in different fields by giving them the same URL Parameter Name. Like maybe a text field with the same URL Parameter Name as the QR Code? Or maybe there could be an option to display the QR code as text as well as the code? It would have to be something where you could adjust the style of the text to match the design. I'm kinda doubting that this would be doable, but if there was some way to make it work it go a long way toward easing confusion and probably result in fewer returns and unhappy customers. ... I know they are still there - but now we have to click on a link so they're not really "quick view" and the way they're presented in a list isn't easy to spot the data. I know tons of creators have asked for this before, but it would be exceptionally helpful. I understand the "return for any reason" policy, but if there is something wrong with a design it would be helpful to know that.  If there can just be something like:  "Was there an issue with the design of the item you are returning? We would like to provide feedback to the designer so they may make corrections."  I think this would be enough.  If we are being given the ability to fix and repost designs without creating new ones, this would be highly helpful to both the designer and Zazzle.  Why would Zazzle want products that have issues with them??   ... the images we see in the zazzle tool as so much more clear than what the customer sees on the product pages.. its a wonder anything ever gets sold IMHO - the text is SO blurry.. I'd be worried as a customer my invites would be blurry - can we please get clearer images?    ... View more

Not really an urgent idea, but as I continue my quest to finally reach the heady heights of the Pro Bronze Seller tier, the thought occurred to me that I make quite a lot of sales outside the USA Zazzle Marketplace. If I'm remembering correctly, it's only the USA cumulative lifetime sales that count to the tier levels. So it would be nice to have a little counter somewhere on the Earning Summary page that tots up everything earned via USA-only. As I say, not really an urgent one, as it's for sellers' eyes only behind the scenes - but possibly a motivator for some of us (aka, me) to work harder. Lol. ... View more

It would be nice if on the backend, we could also sort automatically instead of having to do things manually.  Also, would be great if we could just hover over an item to see it's statistics while we are doing our sorting. Last it would help if we can click multiple items and drag them at the same time.  PS Technical Staff - I realize your probably overworked as it is and get LOTS and LOTS of suggestions.
