How is a designer supposed to avoid repeating a specific content violation yet be sent a notice of content review with zero way of finding out which design is the offending design? In the email it says view image but... you get there and there's nothing but a blank white square box!! If Z is concerned about sending us to an image of the product that has the content removed can you please simply include a thumbnail or screenshot of the within the email (not a link) of the product with a watermark over it? It's like being arrested and brought to jail with no knowledge of what your offense was 🙂 I know the analogy is a bit extreme but I think expresses what I'm talking about

My daughter purchased recently 3 small size posters - THANKFULLY they were small enough she did not have to reorder but the way they were shipped were extremely careless. Each time they came in a PAPER cardboard envelope that had a huge crease down the center like the post office bent it along its journey to fit a cubby or something. She has a HUGE mailbox so it did not need to be folded to fit inside. The other thing issue is protection against extreme weather - our postal service comes late (sometimes after 6PM) so it sat all night in the mailbox during a heavy rainstorm. I know the poster comes in a plastic liner but in the morning the envelope was so drenched on one entire side had the contents been just a inch larger it would have affected the poster. And she had no idea it was in the mailbox..... but this is really not the point. Something like this should really be delivered UPS so it is left at your door - if this cannot happen then the packaging material needs to be a heavy duty plastic with some sort of non foldable insulation inside and even write DO NOT BEND - FOLD in large red lettering across the entire outside. As well something non foldable should be placed inside to prevent it from being folded and creased. I was really disappointed that this happened not just once but 3 times it came arrived looking identical - outside damaged and carelessly shipped. She also purchased wrapping paper and while that was left at the front door the cardboard box was too pliable - it too had a huge crease in the middle like it had been folded in half or something heavy laid across the center of the cardboard. What a shame!!! When she pulled the paper out of the box her beautiful wrapping paper had large dent in the middle; leaving a giant fold/crease across the entire roll of paper when unrolled for use. She had no time to reorder she just had to make the best of it - but it does reflect on Zazzle when things like this happen. Again this should be mailed in a heavy duty cardboard box that cannot be bent or damaged in case something heavy lays on top of it and a do not bend/fragile sticker - anything - should be marked on the outside. Hope this can improve as she is leary to order these types of items again in the future - it did leave a bad impression. As well I would think the cost of better shipping materials over flimsy ones outweighs the cost of re-shipping and production of duplicating orders.

Would it be possible to have someone adjust this particular mockup (see example) for the stamps so that the wooden stamp is closer to the stamped design, and preferably a little larger? it could even overlap a corner of the stamped design, but it doesn't have to. It would be so nice for Zazzle to show better pictures of Veronica's Treats with a image that shows the actual size of the dipped oreo cookies. Perhaps show a stack of them on a plate or an open package of them that shows exactly how many come in the package. The product manager shows all your products. This is great but can get unwieldy. It's great that you can use the bar on the left to filter by custom category or Zazzle department. I'd love to be able to filter by collection though. Maybe just a drop-down list on the left right above your custom categories. Ideally it would combine with whichever department or category you've chosen. Thanks!

I had a family member that was an avid puzzle builder and loved to frame them and hang them throughout the home. I think that having the option to purchase puzzle glue and a frame at the time of purchase may be an additional revenue stream for puzzles. Thanks for considering. When I design a business card with a special paper like black core or grey or kraft look it is off putting that when you are in the design tool the paper stock is not visible during the design process. So I'm designing a business card for example on black core business card stock but in the design tool the black core is not visible... it's actually invisible / nowhere to be seen until saving it. To clarify what I'm saying in case I'm not expressing myself well here.... if I'm designing business cards on the black core, kraft look or grey paper stock please let me see the paper texture instead of blank canvas while customers and I are designing. In addition when I select rounded corner card stock style please allow he designing view to show actual rounded corners as it will appear when finished.

Funeral prayer cards are small cards which measure 2.25” wide x 4.25” high and are typically distributed at a wake or visitation service. Would Zazzle please consider making cards this size? The "mighty card" in the business card section tends to run a little small. Thank you!

In the original forums, there was a thread giving wonderful guidance to newbies. I wish I could remember the name of it, but I'm sure others remember it well. RE: Replace product feature Recently I noticed a Replace product button to resubmit a product To the Z team: it would be nice if there was some guidance as to how much we can change without rejection? While the product rejection notice I received yesterday had an explanation (and some of it made sense). It will save both the designers and reviewers time if we knew what we generally can or can't do. The reason for my request is I just had a product I resubmitted after making some alterations. I changed the font which was a poor design choice (in my early days of inexperience). The text was also poorly aligned and the layout was chaotic. I though this was a good candidate for replacement. The reviewer though otherwise and for some of the reasons they mentioned, they were right. One reason mentioned: A customer revisiting the product might be disappointed by the drastic changes (their words.... paraphrased 🙂 Thank you in advance for considering some guidance.

I recently made a couple of pillows and noticed the images of the pillows are smaller than previous ones I made - I believe before the in situ images were added. Both of these pillows are 16x16. I definitely prefer the larger pillow size. Can this go back to the way it was? Thanks

Now that we have insitus for Zazzle made pillows, are we going to get some for the round style pillows? They look like an unidentifiable lump of something or other. When I enter "paper bowls" as a search term when transferring a design to another product, the database of Zazzle products doesn't return the new 7" paper bowls. Entering "bowl" or "bowls" only shows the chili and soup bowls. Entering "plate" or "plates" is the only way to see the paper bowls, and they're the last of the search results. Thank you!

Hi everyone! I see how Zazzle keeps improving the connection between creators and customers. I was thinking that it would be cool to have an option allowing the creator to set online / offline status. I'm getting multiple messages per day from customers who can't find the link to the Shipping Options. It seems like the link keeps moving, so it's hard for me to direct customers on how to find it. Today I was trying to help a customer who needed to know how long a seating chart would take to arrive. I wasn't sure if she was ordering a poster or a foam core board, so I went to find the location of the link, and get this... the link is in a DIFFERENT place on the two different products! And if she's on a phone, God knows where it might be. Is there some way we could have a link that we could send them to get to the right page, or maybe even something to append onto the end of the product URL or something? Or maybe just stop moving the link and make it more prominent somehow? It would sure save a lot of headaches if customers could find it.
