Why haven't you added the ability to add text or designs to both the back and side of hats. You show previews for these areas, but no way to actually utilize these areas. I have been with zazzle close to twenty years and you have yet to add meaningful apparel inventory such as soft cotton tees, pastel tees etc. Your focus seems to be on weddings and not anything else. Frustrating!!!

Many times, customers ask for a matching 4x6 recipe card to add to the binder. I looked into the card templates, and this size is not available. It would be great if we could have this size to add to the binder. Customers often request a matching 4x6 recipe card to add to their binder. I checked the card templates, and unfortunately, this size is not available. It would be great if we could offer this size to include in the binder. Thank you!

Some sites are selling custom bouquet wraps, which people can wrap around a bouquet of flowers for a special occasion. This includes marriage proposals, baby shower, prom graduation, plays and recitals, Mother's Day, birthdays, corporate employee appreciation, would-you-be-my bridesmaid proposal, retirement, and many more occasions. These would be a nice way to round out many types of event and occasion suites, and the cloth version can be a keepsake for the recipient. I've seen them in paper form, around 17" by 27 and or larger, as well as cloth. They can include initials, short text, event date, flowers, and even "custom newspaper headline" designs, and many more designs. I've seen some embroidered versions, but printing on cloth might be more efficient and require less specialization among vendors. Here are a few examples: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1889100809/personalized-graduation-newspaper https://www.etsy.com/listing/1767502814/custom-embroidered-bouquet-wrap-sash-bow https://www.etsy.com/listing/4453221540/custom-fresh-flower-bouquet-wraps-your Thanks for listening!

The padded cloth type, not the hard-case type. I think these would be popular, especially with the sunny spring and summer seasons coming up.

Please enable us to change default paper types on more than one invitation at a time, as we have nearly 20,000 products so it’s impossible to change all. Please do something about this problem as we have cancelled sales because the customer didn’t change to semi gloss which is preferred for our invitations. Thank you, Shan

The tiling feature currently offers two options: "Tile" and "Horizontal." However, only "Tile" allows SVG files. It would fantastic if we could include SVGs in both. Especially since the "Tile" option is limited to a 6" square, with a "Basic" tiling layout, and doesn't transfer to other products as a tiled pattern. - The "Horizontal" option allows much greater flexibility with size and layout (Half Drop, Half Brick etc). - It also transfers as a tiled pattern to other products. The new "Best Practices For Designing Templates" encourages the use of SVG files so that customers can customize colors. Not allowing SVGs in "Horizontal" tiled products restricts this. For instance, a customer might want to match colors for cards, tags, and "Horizontal" tiled wrapping paper. However, there is still an issue with "Horizontal" tiling and the new design tool! You still can't select template elements on the design area. You have to use the 'Edit' box to customize text and images, so SVG objects would need to be included there. It would be ideal if "Horizontal" tiled designs functioned similarly to "Tile" designs within the design area, by only displaying the template area, not the entire tiled pattern. This would allow customers to access individual elements in the same way as they do with all other product types.

It would be really fantastic if Zazzle could offer Electric Range Covers that one can customize with their images and text. I use them all the time on my electric range to cover the burners. They come in a standard set of 4, with two 8" and two 10" round covers. You can buy them at any store like Target or Walmart or Amazon in a range of colorful designs or just solid colors, and some have text.

It would be really helpful if there was an in-situ image for the Luggage Handle Wraps to show customers what these are for. As in stands, just looking at the product image doesn't tell me anything. Zazzle did such a great job of presenting in-situ images for the Luggage Tags. In fact, one of those same images showing a close-up of a luggage handle with a Luggage Handle Wrap curled around it would be absolutely perfect! How about it Zazzle? Show us the Handle Wraps!

I would love if Zazzle would add the ability to bulk edit product merchandising options for the same product type (ex: changing all fleece blankets to a certain size, etc). It's so tedious editing them individually.

It would be great to have a separate category that could be searched and would only bring up Golf Tees under Golf. Right now it brings up any piece of golf equipment which happens to have the word "tee" in it -- and there appears to be quite a bit making it hard to concentrate on the actual tees as a customer. Also, making it hard to track them on the back end because of the same issue. Would be much appreciated.

As it happens, I have 4-5 Support requests in via email. They're on various topics -- Fabric identifies as Digital Download, Authenticating without Cell, Products where customers shouldn't be able to Edit This Design are able to do so, and I can't remember what else right now. In every case, the Service Rep has responded with either "we need more info" or "it's taking longer than expected." I have no idea what they're talking about. I suppose customers are writing in with one request, but when it's a designer, we're all over the place and could well be a customer too. This morning a lovely person said "we need more information," and I sent "which request?," and I got "it's taking longer than expected." Well, heck yeah, it's taking longer -- because all we're doing is trading emails. 😅 Please include our original request in the response or at least give us some clue of topic in the initial response. Then we can use the case number in the email (never the subject line; that always changes) to identify the topic. Thank you.

Raised ink printing on business cards is a long established print process.... but one that is missing from our options for businesses and professionals looking for this type of printing." May I suggest we add this as a option at the very least on business cards and any applicable products TIA

Can we please get the in situ images for the thermal tumblers FIXED? This has been an issue from the start, and still hasn't been fixed. There are a bunch of nice mockups, but they are unusable because the images are on the sides instead of front and back! Yes, I know we can work around it and design on the Background layer to fit the in situs, but then when a customer goes to personalize it, and looks at the plain "front" and "back" images, THOSE images will be wrong!

It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color. As it is now, if we have an SVG and text selected together, we can't change the color.

Seems like there are changes afoot with the paper sheets product. While you're at it, I would LOVE to see folding options for the 8.5x11 size - meaning that Zazzle would deliver them folded instead of flat. Both a bi-fold and a tri-fold option would be SUPER helpful, and I think it would make them a much more attractive product!

I'm sure you don't have enough to do, so rework the 'Create A New Product' page to look like this, adding 'Crafts' to the flat-lay photo boxes, then put the text 'and so much more ...' below them. Like this! It bugs me that crafts isn't promoted more, and we really need more products to design for in the crafts department. Put bunting in the party supplies, put a note card in the stationery section and then put a fabric bolt, stickers and stamper in the crafts box. Ok? Great! Have a fine day, Cherie

I've just come from working on some postcards and greeting cards and noticed that the attribution removal box is now labeled "Remove Independent Creator Credit". In my considered opinion, Zazzle has just made things worse--much, much worse--for designers who use their own attributions. Quite frankly, the move seems calculated to discourage the practice of using our own attributions entirely. Paying the 5- or 10-cents will not remove a designer-generated logo or attribution causing the customer to wonder just what it is their paying for. And, the designer will be blamed for including their logos. This is/is becoming an ongoing issue between Zazzle and designers. Customers should not even be made aware of it with this nickel-and-dime charge. Please take the attribution box off the listing page altogether and put it on the Post for Sale page rolling the removal cost into the overall pricing of the cards/postcards. That way designers have control over how to market their creations and customers are oblivious to the process. Unless, of course, Zazzle really is trying to force designers into abandoning their own branding. I didn't think it possible, but for me, the whole attribution thing has now gone from bad to worse.

It would be great if the Sympathy category under Occasions could be changed to Sympathy/Bereavement. When I think of "sympathy" I'm think of something I need to purchase for someone I know who has lost a loved one like a card expressing my sympathy. When I here bereavement it means someone you love has passed and you need to purchase funeral cards, thank you cards, memorial keepsakes, etc. I know it might be splitting hairs and I'm pretty sure anyone who makes things for funerals already puts their items under Sympathy, but I think changing it to Sympathy/Bereavement would make it clearer to the buyer. Just a thought!
