I've ordered a couple dry-erase magnetic sheet items, and both times, dry erase markers (various brands and colors) have been impossible to fully erase, and left smudges of the color wherever I wrote.  However I did also try wet-erase markers, and those seemed to work better without leaving much of a trace after erased.  I may suggest looking into this and perhaps changing the name/description of them. When adjusting the line spacing between multi-line text, the baseline of the first line of text does not stay in place. It scoots up or down as you increase and decrease the line spacing setting.  It's especially noticeable when anchoring text to the top or bottom of a text box.  So even when you just need to slightly tweak line spacing to line up with other things in the design - the rest of the text changes position too, and you have to start all over again when trying to align text with other elements. Virtually every day now, I'm getting questions from customers regarding matching RSVP cards, envelopes, etc. for their wedding invitations. At first I thought I maybe I had neglected to put some things in the correct collections, but now I see that collections have all but disappeared when the customer is using a mobile device - at least that's the case when I tested it using Chrome on my Android phone. There's absolutely no indication that there is a collection unless you scroll down about 50 pages. I know screen space is limited, and depending on the type of product, collections are not always terribly relevant. But for weddings, this is a pretty big problem, and I think we're losing a lot of sales because of it. Maybe Zazzle could at least include a small link to the collection somewhere that the user has at least some hope of finding it? ... View more

Question for Zazzle In creating products with a fancy monogram which does not use any Zazzle fonts, could it be possible to have alternative letter options uploaded to that specific product for the customer to choose instead of creating 26 separate products.   Example: If I create a sticker with this monogram, just like having the color choices we now have, it seems like it would be advantageous to have the full alphabet available for a customer. ... When I look at the icons  that represent each follower following my store there is no way to differentiate who is a Zazzle store owner and who is a consumer who just happens to be following me.  It would be cool if there was a checkmark or something to indicate which of these followers are actual Zazzle store owners without having to click on each icon to figure it out.  Please. We used to get advance notification of sales ALL THE TIME -- now it's hit and miss.  For instance - the last email I received had sales listed through today.  I do not have one for whatever sale there will be tomorrow.  It takes at least 24 hours to get designs in the marketplace.  Therefore, I cannot possibly create new products or prepare on time for the sale which will start tomorrow.  Please go back to sending out emails in advance of the sales all of the time. ...
