Idea for additional Info to be included in View Insights: Please add where the traffic came from. Such as Facebook, Wordpress Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Wix, and I am sure there are others that need to be included. I am part of the Referral Program and as I understand it, I cannot add anything to the referral link such as tracking codes. Please let me know if I am wrong about this. It would be so helpful to know where my referrals are coming from so I can make sure I am active on the sites that are working. I'd like to suggest a way for designers to get discounted product samples for the purpose of authentic content marketing. Before April 1, if I wanted to create product videos (which it seems that Zazzle is highly interested in us making?) for my Instagram, I would purchase my own products. They would naturally be discounted because I could rely on the self referral. Since self referrals are unreliable (*almost impossible*) to get anymore, it doesn't really make sense to do that now. On top of earnings being cut with the new fees, I can't also be purchasing samples at full price with reduced royalties AND no referral. Another casualty of the new system. (I'm sure it would need to be a separate program since obviously designing and purchasing something yourself is the whole point of Zazzle.) Maybe it's a program where designers need to apply and prove their social media presence (or wherever they are marketing)? Or maybe it's a perk of reaching a certain level of sales? Or credits earned somehow? It's worth considering if you want authentic video content and not just AI generated or 'slideshows with transitions' type videos (which honestly probably work fine on the product pages but they will not get any traction in the social media world). If the future here is geared towards affiliate and self promotions, and you put more weight in video content, then designers need some help to do that efficiently. Thanks for considering!

Would love to have more size options for the Wooden Box Signs. These are very popular for home decor and most that I see in stores are larger in size to cover a wall. Would love to see 11 x 14 and 16 x 20 inch sizes available in both portrait and landscape styles. Maybe even some larger square styles as well. Thanks!

Zazzle, would you please optimize your Facebook feed. Just about every day I see you posting a beautiful product on your Facebook feed. People might wish to buy these gorgeous Zazzle offerings. However, never once have I seen you provide a link in your post. Sometimes, but not always, your Facebook post tells me I can find "link in bio". There is never a link in your bio. There is never a way to find the lovely product I and countless others might otherwise buy. Your Facebook feed has two hundred and thirty eight thousand followers. When I get a cancellation, a million questions go through my mind, that I can never answer. Only Zazzle can provide us with this information. I think it's vital for the designer to know whether something was wrong with the design. But if it was returned for another reason on Zazzle's side, we wouldn't need to know, nor if the person simply decided they didn't want the product for their own reasons. But if there was a problem with the design, us designers need Zazzle to inform us so that we can fix the problem to prevent future reoccurrences. Also, we can learn from this. I feel this is very important, and I wish Zazzle would start implementing it.

I would like to be able to type in a page number on the products page in addition to the arrows. For example, if I need to do something with a product on page 15 and I have 30 pages, that's a lot of clicks forward, when it would be easier just to type 15 and go directly to that page of products.

It would be great if we could see the digital sales overall stat at least on the normal quick views along with the printed stats (maybe below 'printed royalty'). Even if just a single line item. It's hard to look at both printed and digital stats at the same time. Would be nice to see 'overall' in some way. It would give a better picture of how the invite (or product) is doing in total. Or maybe a way we can see 'overall stats' in a 3rd spot. So 'printed only', 'digital only', and an 'overall' toggle option (like we currently have printed and digital). Hope that made sense.

Marketplace customers contacting designers for changes on orders needs to be addressed. This problem has been brought up multiple times without a solution. On the product page the "Maker" contact information used to be listed on the bottom left with a message contact button. The graphic artist was listed on the right with a message button. The "maker" contact information has now been removed and the only choice customers have is to message designers. We cannot help them, fix their order and most times they do not reply to us. This leads to angry customers, waste of your product, refunds and bad reviews. I had a order last night, the photo is wrong customer ordered anyway with the assumption that it would be fixed before printing, I told her to cancel and then contact me and I would help her, but no reply. At the very least "we" should be able to forward these message to you to stop production on the order, but that is not even possible. Independent graphic designers should have no contact with customers about orders. PLEASE put a message button back on the page for ORDER problems.

I get that auto-saving is a fail-safe, but it's frequently just creating unnecessary clutter in Saved Designs that needs constant cleaning-up. Anytime you enter the Design Tool on something or even just click to open the template panel, poof - into Saved Designs it goes whether it's your product or someone else's. There's lots of reason you might do either; maybe you're opening your own product in the DT just to copy an element or hex color, maybe you're looking at another Creator's work to help troubleshoot something, maybe you're just looking at a new product blank, maybe you're just testing that your templates work right ... And every single look, it's another thing added to Saved Designs. I would love the option to toggle this off and be able to toggle it on only when I am actually wanting to create something.

The design tool is giving me fits today because I'm trying to work on some details of a design and the new areas thing is always covering up part of the design even when it's collapsed. I like this new feature, but it's getting in my way. The problem could be solved if we could have a slider to control the width of the left hand panel instead of an all or nothing choice between hogging up a huge chunk of the screen and collapsed. Same for the right hand panel though it's not as problematic.

I'm sorry, but the 'content review' process for accidentally using 'wrong' words as tags needs to be changed. It harms us as designers by taking away hours or weeks worth of work and promotions, but it also costs Zazzle money too! I can understand removing for a visual art infringement, but a tag word? I understand why certain words cannot be used, but we should get an opportunity to fix a tag. Here are my two suggestions for things that would solve this... and probably take a lot less man hours on Zazzle's end. 1. Certain words should be in the zazzle system and automatically not allow us to even use them. I know it's somehow possible because 'onesie' got flagged one time. It has to be far less time consuming for one person to manage these words on the developement end than to deal with the thousands of issues that eventually come up. Trademarked brands, pantone colors, etc., anything commonly known (I know they won't catch everything, but the big ones should be). I'd rather it accidentally take away too many word options, than for me to eventually lose dozens of products. and/or 2. The products should not be completely deleted automatically entirely (for title/tag/description options, not artwork maybe). They could either delete the tag, hide the product and give us a timeline of __ days to remove and fix (I'd be find having to go through content review even), or something else. Or at least let us find them again in our saved designs instead of deleting those too (they 'show' there, but when you click into them, they are gone too). It feels so incredibly unfair that they just wipe products out of existence just because you accidentally used one wrong word. We as designers can't possibly know all of the ones not to use despite how hard we may try.
