This design was made some time ago, and I hope the customers are okay with the back of the card. Apparently there is an addition by Zazzle that covers up part of my original text. The issue is on the back of the card.

As I said, I hope the customer is okay with this. I hope that there is a better procedure for adding the Zazzle logo, etc. in consideration of what might already be printed on products.

Thank you for the info Pacifier City. It is good to know that the customer would be given the opportunity to turn that off when ordering the product.

@CherylsArt I just received my monthly purchase of birthday cards for my co workers... I forgot to remove the attribution... and I designed the card!  The attribution covers my web address... frustrating....  But at least I can confirm that the QR code works and it sends scanners to our storefront.  So I am happy about that.  But I will need to redesign hundreds of cards.  Its been a month and Z does not seem to be adjusting its placement.  For me, if it were lowered to the space that was once covered by a white stripe, I would not have to redo all my cards.  But that request has not been responded to, so I've started changing the back of the new cards I've designed and need to get on with recreating all my old cards.  I guess I've been holding out hope... but seeing your card makes me realize that there is no way for Z to make everyone happy and I just need to get over my frustration and get redesigning....

Yes, it's nice to see that customers can make the change. I think it's more likely that thousands of cards will be returned.

Or worse, customers will order one card from Zazzle and when they receive the card, will find the back to be offensive and then will never ever order from Zazzle again.

Either way, a loss of sales.

I believe that most customers have no idea that they ought even to LOOK at the back before buying. Many fewer would look at the back and then take the time to learn how to make the required manipulation.

As for Zazzle Designers changing out hundreds of cards to fix the problem, hopefully Zazzle Designers have time to get all the cards redesigned before the next change is made to the back of cards, so they know which cards have to be redesigned and reposted a second time. And a third time. And a fourth time as Zazzle plops more and different stuff right on top of our designs.
