Can't Add to Collection

I am not able to add some phone cases to my collections. I am running into this with some of my Speck Cases, Otterbox Cases, and Case-Mate phone cases. Here is an example.

Many thanks for reaching out. I'm unable to replicate this on my end. Can you please confirm the collection you are trying to add the example above to (either here or via Z Chat, whichever is preferable for you), and we'll be happy to look into this further.

I am trying to add the sample given above to my collection titled Zebra Stone Pattern Gifts. When I try to add the item, a little window pops up that says "Attention" along with an exclamation point.

Okay, I am starting to see what the problem is. This item is already in the collection I want it to be in, but the product page indicates that it is not in a collection. This is happening with other phone cases as well. The items are already in their prospective collection, but the product page indicates that they aren't in any collection. Interesting! Sounds like a bug to me!

I have also noticed a problem with adding and removing things to and from collections (for example this collection that I use for promoting). Designs can be added, they do turn up in the selected collection, but the top right collection icon never turns blue. And when I click on the black collection icon, I see a blank check box that indicates that the item is NOT in the collection. When I want to remove the product from the collection, I need to open it in another tab and remove it from there.
This has been going on for a week or so. Please help, collection work has become very slow and bothersome.
Also, it would be a great help, if we somehow would be able to choose several designs at the same time.

Came to the forum to post something similar.
Specifically, I'm looking at a collection page.
I want to remove an item from it.
When I hover then click the icon in the top right corner of a product image (it has the three partial bars with the plus sign), the box with options to add to a collection pops up.
It used to be that the collection an item was current in, would show a check mark in the box next to the collection name. Currently that's missing. Before you could click this check mark to remove an item from a collection.
As well, when I try to click the box of the collection the item is currently in, I get a message reading "You already have a Collection named Personalized Tennis Balls and Custom Tennis Gifts, and it already contains that product. Neat!"
And I can only click "OK".
So I'm unable to remove an item from its existing collection, when viewing it from the collection page.
It seems to work the same as before when I try the same from the actual product page.
Let me know if I can clarify because this sounds really confusing if you aren't looking at the right page.
