Can't change royalty on instant download items

Hi,

There is an obvious glitch when trying to edit royalty for instant download items. Yesterday I couldn't change even one item, today I was more lucky and managed to change a few but at some point it stopped working. I read others had same issues and they offered some potential workarounds, but again, it doesn't work. Can someone please look into it once and for all since we have only one chance per month to change the royalties and if we can't do it even then, that's a problem.

Are you trying to edit your instant downloads at posting for sale stage or later once they are in your store? I do know that normal royalty rate changes have been suspended until January 20th 2024 so any changes you make to your royalties won't go into effect until then.

It's Saturday so the Tech team won't be back till Monday so probably won't be look at till then

They are already in the store, not new. I didn't know about the changes being suspended until January, I've been away for a while, thank you for telling me, but I think this issue is old and has nothing to do with suspension. As I said earlier, I did manage to change royalty on some products, but then it stopped working. If they don't fix it until January, then I'll face the same problem in a month or so. I hope someone looks into it, because people have been complaining about it since March , if not earlier.

Yeah every year around the holidays there is a royalty freeze to keep us from potential price gouging customers. From October onwards keep an eye out for the announcement.
