Category Question

I created a birthday card and the category where I placed it is Dog Art Birthday Cards.  When I'm signed "out" it's no problem and the card appears in the specific category and collection.  When I'm signed "in" the card does appear when I click on products at the top of the page but not when I click on the specific "Dog Art Birthday Cards" category on the left side where all my categories are listed.  Although, it does appear in my collections.  Just wondering if there's a glitch in the system?

Thanks for flagging this.

I took a look at the backend category and then again publicly and I could see 30 public items in each.

Could you provide the link to the specific product that is missing and I can check further?

I am having the same issue too. I moved some products from one category and made a new category for them. When I go to the new category in my back-end, I can not see the products. I can see all the products are in the correct category, on my public page and in my collections.

Thanks for flagging here.

I may be misunderstanding, but when I look at your category 4 Photo Collage - Black or White Background Products I can see the products in both the backend and public store. When I look at 4 Photo Collage - Square Black or White Background I cannot see any products in either.

Thanks Mark, I hope this makes sense.

I moved all the products, with this design: https://www.zazzle.com/create_your_own_4_photo_collage_magnetic_card-256522646360485331 from one store category: 4 Photo Collage - Black or White Background to a new store category: 4 Photo Collage - Square Black or White Background.

In the back-end of my shop, I can not see the products I (moved) set to the to the new store category: 4 Photo Collage - Square Black or White Background. It is blank and there are no products listed under this category. The products are still listed under the old category: 4 Photo Collage - Black or White Background.

When I look at my collections and the public shop, I see all the products I (moved) set to the new store category: 4 Photo Collage - Square Black or White Background.

Ive noticed this for about a year that it takes awhile for products to show up in the correct categories in the back end.  But now its worse.  Products made Nov 26 are still not showing in the categories in the back end.  Its been a week.  How many weeks does this take now?

Looks like the issue has been fixed. My products are showing up in the correct categories, in the back-end and in my public shop. Thank you Zazzle for all your hard work.
