Change email on account

I am trying to change the email address on my account.  For some reason the validation email never arrives, even after using the "send another email link". I have checked the spam folder and nothing.   I am receiving emails from elsewhere so I know it works.

Sorry to hear about this issue. There was a slight delay in verification emails being sent yesterday. The issue should be resolved now if you can please let us know whether or not you received the email to verify your account.

I've tried it over the last few days. I didn't received anything overnight.  I just tried it again a few minutes ago, nothing so far.  I'll keep you posted.

Hi, I did receive a support email on Friday and replied back. I haven't heard back yet
