Chats not showing in chat box but receiving email notification

Hi,

I have received 2 chats from different ppl in the last few days, where their chats are not visible in the zazzle chat box but I receive the email notifications of the same. Kindly help.

It's not a settings issue or a cache issue. I have received other chats from different people and they do reflect in my zazzle chat box as well.

I think it means that Zazzle determined that the message was spam and deleted it. Solved: Re: Message on Zazzle not appearing - Zazzle

Yes, I read that one. Thank you for your reply.

It would be nice not to receive such notifications too. It is confusing whether to reply to them or not.

These are mostly spam messages. I had received one recently and he was pitching his fiverr marketing profile to me. Better to ignore.

If the message is determined to be Spam we'll remove it from your chat listing. I agree that this can lead to a bit of confusion, but that's how our system is working currently.
