Collections disappeared from the public store

Some of my collections disappeared from the public store. And when I try to add items to collections, some collections appear as private, even though I did not set them as private. The strange thing is: the ones that appear as private (when using Add To Collection tool) do show up on the store front. So obviously they are not private, it's a bug. It looks like the whole collections feature is not working properly. Only 5 of the 8 collections show up on the store front.

Thank you very much for your replies ! I found a solution. I deleted the collections that were problematic and created new ones. Now all the collections are visible on the store front.

@IuliaIonicioiu it helps the tech team if you can link to the collections that you believe are misbehaving,

I see only 3 collections in your public store with one of them having been updated today. It can take time for collections to appear if they're new or you've been updating them as the website has to index them and if there's a backlog - that could take time.

If the missing collections are full of products that you've only just posted for sale - again - those products need time to index and a collection won't appear unless it has visible products in them (and it could take a couple of days for products to appear in your store and then for the collection to appear on your store front)

If you can add links, I'm sure the Tech Team will investigate when they come in tomorrow (they don't work weekends)

it's only has 3 items showing in the collection. I think a collection needs at least 6 items (or 4/5 - I can't remember) for the collection to show so fill it up and wait - it will appear

The other collection https://www.zazzle.com/collections/119257066227009473 - again only has 3 items

 

Add more and wait for them to index and they will appear. If in a couple of days they are not on your store front - come back and ask the tech team to investigate

And the fact that @Jadendreamer13 can see more collections than I can means they are in the process of updating

Thank you very much for your reply Sarah. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the problem here. I have 2 collections with 2 items each that show up on the store front, but for example one with 9 items doesn't show up. And there is still the problem with some of the collections appearing as private when I try to add items to them. I am not sure why that would be the case, as when I go to edit those same collections, they appear as public both on Zazzle Marketplace and in my store (in the "Collection Channels"). So they were not set up as private.

I see 6 collections in your store, although I also can see the items you linked—but only by clicking on the link.

Thank you Jadendreamer13 . The strangest thing is that on the products page (editing page) when I try to add items to collections, some appear as private, even though when I go to edit those same collections, they appear as public both on Zazzle Marketplace and in my store. So it is definitely a bug .

Oh, and I forgot to add one thing. If I remove one item from one of the problematic collections (any item), the whole collection list on the store front changes. The collection that was edited (because I removed one item) appears back on the store front, but other collections disappear. So I am not sure what is happening...

Your store and your member profile are two different things entirely.
