Deleted my Instant Downloads Store

I spend 3 days and many hours creating products for a new instant downloads store. As I listed each item, I set the royalty percentage for instant downloads at 60%. When I checked on the first products I created days before, zazzle had changed them to 94.315%. Why!? I am NOT updating a product, I am creating a new product. Does zazzle automatically set the royalty at their default percentage and only change it to my setting until the 20th of each month?

Of course, no help from zazzle. I deleted the store. I see other sellers with the same complaint. Zazzle changing the royalty percentage for new instant download products. Why would anyone spend hours creating products only to have zazzle change the price on them all! Going back to Etsy to post my digital downloads.

If you change the royalty settings, it will not go into effect until the 20th (although not always on the exact date) of the month, it shouldn't default back again if that's what you're asking?

I set the digital royaties at 60% for the new products I was posting. After 4 days, they were still at the zazzle default of 94.315%. If I were to change them, I know it would take until the 20th for the change to take effect. It is a huge waste of time to post products and for zazzle to not update them within 24 hours to royalty I set them at. And then for me to go back through all of my products and change them and then have to wait until the 20th for those changes to take effect. I have 1,000's of items I want to add. I can't keep trake of which ones zazzle are not updating. Opening a shopify store for downloads, less hassle and I can control my pricing.

It is the 21st and none of the products I changed the percentage on in my established store changed to the new royalty. https://www.zazzle.com/human_skeleton_vintage_anatomy_art_print_1827-228351184599099284

Pricing for Instant Downloads works differently than with physical products. This is explained on the publish page itself. Here's a screenshot below of that section:

Currently, digital products are posted for sale at the default rate. After a short period of time (~24 hours) your customized pricing will appear.

Yes, I saw that when I created them. I started posting products on Saturday. Today, Wednesday, they were ALL at 94.315% Yes, even the ones I posted 4 days ago.

Which store did you publish them in? Can you link me to a few of the products?

As the heading says, I deleted my store. I was promoting the store as low cost downloads. Which is why I set my digital royalties at 60%. But after 4 days of the royalties staying very high, not what I priced them at. What was the point of keeping the store open. If I had chnaged the royalties on all of them. Then I would have to wait until the 20th for the changes to take effect. If they would be changed? Looking through the forums, other sellers are having the same issue with zazzle changing their royalties for downloads. It is better for me to open a store with shopify and have control over how my downloads are priced. Way too many complaints from sellers on all aspects of the downloads here on zazzle.

I changed many of my established products to 82% for downloads. There were supposed to change from the 94.315% on the 20th to 82%. It is the 21st. They are still at 94.315%.
