Envelopes won't relocate to the correct Store Category

I noticed through the Zazzle app, that under my "envelopes" category, only two envelope designs were showing. So, I went on my browser and found that the missing envelopes were somehow in my greeting cards category (?) I then selected all the envelope products and did the "set store category" action, but they were already checked under the envelopes category. They don't seem to be showing up in the correct store category and I can't seem to move them over to the correct category either. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with your categories. I can see that there are many envelopes in your "Envelopes" category now. Have these updated for you successfully or are you still encountering a problem?

Thank you Pádraig! The envelopes are there now! It must have just taken some time for the action to appear.
