Help! My collection is ruined!

I have a collection of foil Christmas cards I wanted to submit for Zazzle’s Holiday request, but I decided to add cover photos before submission. Now, most of the products look horrible, they have that multiple image thing as the thumbnail! When I click on the product, the cover photo IS showing as the default. But the thumbnails are DESTROYED! It’s useless to submit the collection now!

Heres the collection: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/real_metallic_foil_christmas_holiday_cards-119598102745839195

All my collections with foil cards are also a mess. Reorganize your collection so your product mockups are first so the collection looks normal on the cover page thumbnail view. That's what I did & I then submitted them. I'm assuming Zazzle will overlook the mosaic thumbnail mess, since everyone's looks like that right now.

But I only have 3 that are normal, except for the few at the bottom that I didn't get around to making cover photos for! So much for spending all that time making cover photos, if people can't even see them. 😞 Oh well, thank you for the workaround suggestion. It's better than the disaster that it currently looks like.

I don't have any answer for your cover image problem but I do have a question. What Zazzle Holiday request? I don't see anything in the creator news section so I'm wondering what I missed.

Here is the Zazzle Holiday guide that requested collections to be submitted: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/creator-news/creator-holiday-guide-2022/ba-p/41157

It's a bug with the thumbnails of the foil cards, all of mine have this problem too, though I haven't added cover photos. I'm waiting for Zazzle to fix it.

OK, I've figured out a solution! Even though when you click on the product it looks like the cover photo is there, click on Edit Details> Product Merchandising> Change Options, and then select the cover photo again. When you click done, the collection updates with the correct cover photos. They are still messed up in the back end, but at least the collection looks OK.
