A customer brought this to my attention. Although the measurments show 5.25 x 7 on both, the pillow case and the duvet cover, they look a lot larger on the pillow case even though the measurements on the pillow case also show 5.25 x 7. Also, when the images are transferred from the duvet cover directly to the pillow case, the images automatically get resized to a much smaller size. Although the pillow case then looks like it has the same size images as the duvet cover the measurements show something else.

@WBartworks it's just a trick of the eye - they are both at the same size pattern-wise. The duvet is photographed far away so to speak and the pillow is close up.
I have a duvet scene in blender for my mockups and put yours on it - as you can see - together they are the same size.
using 'transfer this design" doesn't often keep the same ratio from one product to another depending how the product has been set up initially

It looks awesome! Where did you get the mock up from? I would love to have such a mock up!
Yes, the images that I posted are the same size on both, the duvet and pillow because I manually entered the same measurements for both. However, if you just transfer the images from the duvet to a pillow case the images automatically gets resized to a smaller size, even though on screen it will look like the images on both items are of the same size.

@WBartworks transfer doesn't automatically keep the ratio/size of the pattern - that's just how it is. Each product is set up differently depending on when it was added to the site so I don't think it would ever transfer as you want it to and be an exact match from the duvet to the pillow.
You have to tweak
I made the mockup myself in blender 3d (modeled a duvet cover/pillow) then rendered it out as an example for you

That's too bad. Unfortunately, my customer wasn't aware of that and asked if she could return the duvet and pillow case. She wrote, that she really liked the design but didn't know how to change the size. So I walked her through it. Let's hope she orders it again!

Also, the pillow case I posted is a standard size pillow with the images measurements of 5.25 x 7, just like the measurements in the queen size duvet cover. However, if a customer clicks on the standard size pillow case and decides she/he wants a king size pillow, the image sizes that will display on the king size pillow will be different.

If they change between sizes - create one just for the king size and then set the product as 'this size only' and set the standard as 'this size only'

Good News! The customer ordered it again! Luckily, she didn't give up. I do wonder though, if the issues I mentioned couldn't be fixed, so that potential other customers don't have to go through this. Unless Zazzle doesn't mind having many returns and possible loss of orders. I've been designing on Zazzle for a little more than 3 years now and wasn't aware of how this transfer system works (images sizes automatical change when transferring from one product to another, etc.). How are potential customers supposed to know this. This customer wasn't aware that she was able to change the sizes of the images herself by clicking the "Edit Design" button.
