Issue with Pin Buttons Not Appearing in My Store

Hello everyone. I can't find the pin buttons I previously created in my store. When I try to create new ones, I see them during the creation process, but after I finish, the product doesn't appear in my store. Why is this happening? Thank you for your help.

@Julie it's a known issue and has already been reported. Keep an eye on the other threads in the Technical Forum for when an answer is given by the Tech Team
