New products not appearing in store (front and backend)

Hello,

Products created two days (4/12) are still not appearing on searches on either the front or the backend of the store.

I’ve noticed the same issue and wanted to share my experience. I reached out to Zazzle support 10 days ago but haven’t received a response yet. I followed up with another email 5 days ago, and still, nothing.

It seems like something is definitely going on with Zazzle, and the lack of communication is concerning. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon, but it’s not looking great at the moment. 

Same problem here as for February 17th.

they did to big of an update to the system and killed it in some places so they need to find and fixed what died not easy if they only would do a bata test before they update this would and will never happen that's what the big online gaming sites do .you only need to make a virtual server and go for it  but what do I know .😎 just hope they unplug it and get it running there must be a pile of files backing up now I have a few hundred. anyway hope this help you ,they will fix it the question is when.

I’m experiencing the same issue, and unfortunately, I still haven’t received a response from zazzle support to the email I sent 12 days ago.

My products have not been made live since Feb 12th! 8 Days now 😞

yeah same. I still haven't had a single product appear on the front end since the 12th - going on almost 2 weeks. Starting to get depressed here. That's lost sales for me 😞 even if I Pin and promote, I'm still not in the search feeds here on Zazzle which is where most of my sales come from.

Still not sorted for me. Frustrating but we can only wait and at least Zazzle are aware of this issue.

I've had an issue with new products not appearing in search in backend. I've been fixing this by erasing the department ("dp=") in the link. IDK what that department is for exactly, but it automatically appears when I do a search in my backend. And sometimes when I go to different sorts or categories. So far, it's pretty much worked like a charm. But it could just be coincidentally working for the items I'm looking for at the time.

I’m not IT expert however there maybe a reason for that being in the link and when the system is sorted you may find that out you then have problems because this is missing. Just a thought.
