Last modified no longer has a correct date

Almost everything I've changed since 2/2 doesn't come with this correct date for it.

I’ve modified hundreds of items in the past several days and many have reverted back. I’ve done some of the same ones several times and the new modified date still disappears. I’ve wasted so much time doing things Zazzle tells us to do and their falling apart systems are continually thwarting those efforts. So many things are broken on this site in addition to this issue. Is there no one left manning the IT department?
Beyond frustrating.

This is continuing to happen, the latest discovered last night, 2/11/24. Some things I’ve modified multiple times. And many revert back. Tags that I added were also removed. It seems like a pattern has emerged though. When ‘last viewed’ stops working and then is ultimately fixed, at least before it breaks again, it feels like the clock is rolled back with the fix and some changes we’ve made are rolled back as well. In other words, without warning we lose work. It’s not gremlins or our active imaginations.
@Scott, can you explain what goes on when they ‘fix’ these endless, tiresome problems? Do they roll back the clock impacting any changes we might be making? What are the unintended consequences of the fixes? Why are there no warnings informing us how our work might be or might have been impacted? We spend so many hours jumping through the increasing number of hoops erected on the Zazzle obstacle course to keep products fresh and visible only to have our efforts crushed — by Zazzle. We are all Sisyphus, repeatedly rolling the boulder up the hill, only to have said boulder come crashing down as we near the top. Please explain. I, for one, am exhausted and angry that my work is being lost.
