Media Manager photos disappeared

I've noticed on two designs (there may be more I haven't found) the mockups I uploaded to media manager are gone. I don't mean they're not showing in marketplace display, I mean the media manager for those items is empty. They were clear and accurate mockups, so I'm sure there's no reason they would have been pulled by a moderator. I'm putting in a lot of work to this feature, so I really hope this doesn't become an ongoing problem.

I notice this as well on one of my custom mockups

ALSO I am seeing new situ views for favor boxes - it allows us to post say on pinterest but when you try and update and save a view under detail design it only shows the original 3 views.  The  NEW situ views are not even choices.  When I go under media manager it wants me upload my own photos?  Can someone look into this as well?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar error here. Regarding the favor boxes, to avoid confusion, can you create a new post for the favor box issue wit examples so that we can investigate this for you separately?

Below are the two products from which the media manager photo disappeared. I have since replaced the pictures for both, but my photo for the tote has disappeared again. The replaced pic for the foil print is still there at this time. I have not found other products with the glitch.

Are you looking at the media manager uploads? I still don't see my uploaded photo for the tote 
I tried logging out to see if it was only in the back end, but it doesn't seem to be displaying on the customer side either.
